Good piping hot. Chicken wrap delicious. Small cod yummy. The price of chips was extortionate though for a box of chips. Maybe I’m getting old!!

very professional, food was hot, very quick, polite, great halal battered sausage. even late in the early morning they provide a great service.

Even in the early hours of the morning, they gave a nice solid diner kebab, properly done compared to other places at that time of night. I was surprised. For a late night dinner, you can't go wrong. Battered sausage (halal) is the best one in my opinion.

Usually a really good experience from this restaurant. On this ocassion, fish and chips large & medium ordered, batter very salty, and a great amount of chips given, not freshly prepared, lots were old, dry and unedible. Disappointing experience 😕

Cod fish was nice but soggy underneath. Chips seemed old, hard and chewy not soft and crispy.

Juicy, succulent kebab. Tasty, not overly salty and cooked to perfection.

Usually love this place but this time quite disappointed. Lamb Doner was nice but the Shish was dry, well overcooked and there was barely any meat to it. It was like some odd bits of left over meat was used. Do better guys, your Shish is normally succulent. I was really looking forward to my Kebab & instead got overly charred chunks that were not edible.

Order was 20mins late and arrived only just warm not hot.

Very poor take away. Waited 2 hours to not get my food. I called the take away to be told the food would be a further 30 minutes. The food never came and when I called back got no answer then the shop closed. Very rubbish service and this is not the first time this has happened. If you are hungry i would NOT order from this take away under any circumstances

Had to call the restaurant 3 times to get an update. The food when i got it was lukewarm and chips soggy. Not impressed.

Ordered fish and chips and a kebab. There were not enough chips for 1 person. At £35 this is a rip off. No help from the staff despite spending over £100 per month with this restaurant. Won’t be buying from them again.

Today was my first time order from Pond fish & kebab and I wasn't disappointed at all, combi kebab, lamb and chicken donner was delicious, good cooking temperature, salad and sauces was delicious, I would deffo come back again...welldone we really enjoyed the food 👍 👍

They do the best kebabs ever. The chicken and lamb kebabs are to die for. I ordered 2 half pounders and a portion of chips over the phone and I have specifically asked that I want very little ketchup and mayo on the burgers. When the food was picked up I opened the burger and it wasn’t not edible as it was covered with so much ketchup and mayo and falling apart. I called the shop and the Turkish guy with a big belly was getting very rude over the phone and I said I will come to the shop if he didn’t believe me. When I went to the shop the guy was very rude and aggressive and saying it’s my fault and started to threaten me and swearing and shouting at me when it was very clear that they did not follow simple and basic instructions. Would not recommend to anyone. Even if you do go just make sure the Turkish looking guy doesn’t prepare the food. Disgusting behaviour from him, when it could have been solved in a calm manner as suppose to putting the blame on me. Will never go back there again!!!!

chips were soggy and cold, kebab meat was cold and not up to usual standard, was so pleased you were back on just eat but not a meal up to your normal standard

Don’t know what happened today because the food is usually good but today my kids fish and chips meal wasn’t the best. The chips were soggy as was the batter on the cod and the curry sauce was more like curry water.

I went into buy lamb and chicken doner, I asked the man with a beer belly thst I would like the meat cut freshing of the doner spit, this man retorted back so rudely and arrogantly that he had already cut meat before and put it in the hot box, I'm paying you money for the food so would you not think it wise to at least make an effort and listen to what your customers want, I walked away and he just grunted arrogantly, I have already told my friends to not ever go to ponds.
