Really annoyed... ordered 2 meals one being a brisket burger. Got told must order from the App. Downloaded the App and ordered. They took the money from my account. They called me to tell me they have run out of brisket. I only wanted brisket, so I told them to cancel the order. They said must be cancelled via the app but the app did not allow me to cancel and the shop refused to refund the order even though they didn't have what we wanted. When times are hard. You treat yourself once in a blue moon and businesses cheat you! Its despicable!!! Stop smacking ppl with ur scams.

I ordered a takeaway from here via UberEats and unfortunately the food was not great. The burgers were flat and felt like McDonald’s standards but worse. The wings , chips and nuggets were ok and the burger waffle fries were just sickly.

1.10am in the morning... didn't want maccy d's... drove around looking for a food shop... drove past twice... came back still open... got the 2 for 1 cheeseburger deal and 2 milkshakes.. Full bag of fries. Immaculate burger. Heavenly milkshake 😋 Defo coming back again. Got to try the spongebob edition krabby patty! Clean shop. Friendly staff. Neatly packaged.

Food unfortunately was not to standard at all. The chips were good however the 2 burgers werent nice at all and had bits that were extremely hard and chewy.

The driver refused to deliver the takeaway at the correct address, saying that we have put the wrong address on the system. I have explained to the driver where to drop off, but refused to come to the right address. Called the restaurant and they said that it is not their issue, won't be able to help - took our money and never got the order delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Smacks has great burgers especially their brisket burgers you can tell it was cooked to perfection and their staff are so welcoming and service is quick I highly reccomend this place as a food spot to try.

The staff was cool. Nice environment. Looked clean. Service was fast and my food was fresh. That’s half the battle right there. I got a cheeseburger, regular fries, and a shake. Shake was thicker than Serena Williams in her prime. But once it settled and came up through the straw it was a decent shake. No bad aftertaste. Not too heavy. The burger was exactly what I wanted. Just a cheeseburger. Nothing crazy. It was small but good. Perfect for me. If you like it thick get a double. Fries were regular fries. I should have gotten the waffle fries.

The chicken burger was awful. Very stale, couldn’t even bite into it. I called them, the response was: next time we will try to do better. The meal was £12.89. Not a cheap meal to get such a response. Customer service 0 out of 10. No more orders from them.

Ordered a double Pattie brisket burger with an extra patty and slice of cheese and two fries but was given only a double burger without the extra patty or cheese. When I questioned this I was told that I ordered only double no extra patty or cheese. The brisket was dryer than a leather boot no seasoning and they tried to cover it in sauce. To top it off I ask for sauce for my two portions fries and was given one sauce and when I asked for a second sauce the staff member argued with me absolutely ridiculous.

Food would be okay if they put some effort in. Above all else.. customer service is non existent! Place order online for £30 only for missing items, and then am told to go and collect the missing items! The franchise needs to stat checking shop managers are employing. When driver was on way we got a call from restaurant. They said that a bag wasn’t given to the delivery driver with our drinks in. Once driver arrived he spoke to the restaurant and they wanted him to go back to collect it. Unfortunately he couldn’t because he had other drop offs to do. So we were without drinks that we had paid for and to top it off the food was cold & tasteless.

The worst burger I have ever had would leave a zero if possible. The smallest shrivelled up bit of beef that didn’t come near the edge of a bun that was too big dry and cold. I would question the reviews if what I received was abysmal.

Ordered the burger with nothing on it and they ignored it and put everything on it. Ordered a can of coke got a can of coke zero. Might have well not bothered

Attentive team 5* service Tasty and good quality food We were surprised by the extreme hygiene, nothing normal in these parts. We noticed that even the doors of the internal refrigerators were shining. If we feel like fast food, we will definitely come back here.

Driver went 20 minutes the wrong way and when he arrived it was not with my order. I asked him where it was and he claimed this is what he was given. Restaurant claimed that was not the case but as it was not their driver they could not help! Waste of time and money. Worst service ever from Just Eat and Smacks!

There was an error in the order delivered, I received another customers items; these were returned to the delivery driver. The restaurant however were incredibly helpful in resolving the matter and personally delivered a fresh batch with freebies to compensate for the delay caused. Huge thank you to the staff member who helped and went out of his way.

Don’t get a normal hamburger or cheeseburger, because that is McDonald’s quality. Their specialty burgers are probably good but I wasn’t hungry enough to get one. Get the criss cross fries because they taste like curly fries—normally fries are ok but just normal. They forgot my smack burger sauce despite charging me, which left me really disappointed as the normal cheeseburger and regular fries weren’t interesting.

Did not like the chicken wrap was undercooked, chips were over and under cooked at the same time (some under some over) nuggets were nice and milkshake was A1. Only ordering nuggets and milkshake from now on.

I've already submitted when the delivery driver was going all over South London with my order my disappointment. If the food wasn't good I would never order again. Just eat drivers are beyond useless and this particular driver was rude.

I made an order and realised I made a mistake as i wanted to add to the order. So i placed another order and rang to say that I have two separate orders going to the same address, and asked if they could send both orders with the same driver. This wasn't done so I'm sitting here with the second order (mozzarella sticks and sauce) and waiting for my first delivery. Just don't male sense to me.
