A good restaurant. Food was so yummy. Portions were big. Prices were moderate. I’m giving 4 starts, not 5 because I think that service should be improved. One of the staff was a bit rude while placing our order. Other than this, everything was good.

By far the best Turkish restaurant I have been to in London. And I’ve been to many. I’ve already been here 6 times in the past year. We usually order the platter to share. The meat is cooked to perfection with juicy flavours. The food is just amazing!

Really lovely interior that made the restaurant feel special and a place that you could host a celebration meal. I came here with a few friends and tried their lunch menu. The menu was a very good value and food was so delicious and a good amount. We particularly enjoyed the mezzes. I came with my baby and staff were very accommodating and helpful.

First time trying this place out with the family great seating and atmosphere. The whole aesthetic of the restaurant is great and also clean. Food tasted great and came on tim I did how ever found that the ricer portions was way too small just was not enough as you have zee from the pictures and it was a bi family of us.it was a shame we didn't get to have Turkish tea which i find they was out of.over all great place but don't think I'll be rushing to go their again.

Wonderful restaurant, went for eid and even though we didn't have a booking they swiftly found us a table. Food was amazing one of the best turkish I've had, the shish kebab was defo the best shish I've ever tasted. Highly recommend the platter if you're coming with a group. Service was fantastic and attentive, they don't add service charge here but make sure you tip, these guys deserve it. Going to make this my regular now

Excellent food but when the waiter from Afghanistan asked where we were from we, and in particular my brother in-law who lives in America, were given a talk on how the Americans had abandoned his country. Not the response we had expected.

Melissa is a wonderful establishment serving the Harrow community. I was joined by lovely friends for dinner at this restaurant and the service was fantastic. Drinks were great, the food was absolutely delicious, can't wait to come again!

Service was absolutely excellent. Food was also really well prepared and tasty albeit dry with yoghurt being strained to almost being solid. All in all, would dine here again.

I can't recall the names of the dishes we had but they were all excellent - fresh and delicious. I want to add a few words for Alexandra and Suzie -lovely service. Thank you and hope to see you again perhaps in June.

Came here for birthday/leaving do celebrations with colleagues and we had a great time! Maxi platter was sooo delicious. Great value for money especially. Elias provided such a great service too. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

One of my new favourite restaurants in London. The food is just amazing! The portions are quite big too. Only minor thing I'd change is turn down the music, which is slightly annoying.

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. This is not authentic Turkish food and the staff will leave you waiting to be served. Disrespectful and rude, AVOID at all costs.

Everything was amazing and can not fault one aspect of this experience. Will 100% be going again and I highly recommend you give it a try!

Delicious meal and great service

I totally loved this place. Got the maxi platter such good juicy kebabs oh my god definitely like the ones you get in the Middle East. They didnt serve humus that was the only down side for me .

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and looked after very well by the staff throughout. Melissa Restaurant provides a gold-standard service. The quality of food is also very high: some of the best Turkish food I've tasted in the UK. The meat was succulent and full of flavour.Very highly recommended!

It was our first time dining at Melissa Harrow and from the get go, we literally felt like we were not in Harrow, but in Soho. The ambiance is amazing and the staff who served us (Hashmat) did an impressive job. Will definitely go back multiple times and will highly recommend this fantastic restaurant to others!

Been here teice to the harrow one and it's really good are here at the place and both times staff were very friendly. Definitely great value for money and food taste great!!!

Takeaway lamb doner was disgusting. This place has really gone downhill, one day its ok and the next day disgusting. No quality control, staff have lost the will to live.

Not your average 'kebab place'. In fact, a little gem of a place in the heart of Harrow! Fresh ingredients, tasty recipes, succulent meats, friendly service, (insta-friendly visuals, clean, modern, timely arrival of food, relaxed atmosphere - in all, great value for money and highly recommended. The ladies (did not catch their names) who served us and the man (Ilyas) at the end did a great job and made us feel most welcome.

Nice place. Need to book in advance. Went in as a walk-in, they refuse us but took another couple... A bit pricey £10 for a meal but nicely seasoned and not the usual bad lamb (mixed) kebab. You can see the nice layer of meat.

Dinner for 3, had a lovely evening. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and sweet. Food was delicious and portions were great. We didn’t feel rushed and will definitely return.

Came here for my mum's birthday and tried to convince my family to try something different rather than go Green Lanes/ Gokyuzu 🙄 and everyone was pleasantly surprised. In the heart of Harrow, service was speedy and efficient, deco was really nice and classy like you'd find in green lanes and the food was really delicious not too heavy! The prices were reasonable too. I would come again! They even went the extra smile to get plates and forks for the cake and big knife to cut it and didn't seem like an effort for them. We went for the jumbo platter which is 2 of the platters that you see in the pic and was more than enough with some left overs for 7 people. No service charge on bill so make sure you give it!

Very nice restaurant, lovely decor inside looks very modern with a good atmosphere. I stopped by here for a meal and decided to go for the lunch option in which you get to choose a starter, (i had the humus with bread) a Main (I went for mixed Doner) and had chips but you could also have rice and I ordered a coke (not part of the lunch deal) for 2 people the bill was £30 which is really good value for money considering the amount of food we were given and portion sizes. Really like the Lamb Doner meat it reminded me of Crystals in Holloway Road which is one of the best Doners i've had. Would like to come back and try some of the other options on the menu next time. I give this place 5 stars. Amazing

Nice interior and vibe but just another glorified kebab shop. You get cold bread, salad and some yogurt dip. Food was horrible, the mix donner was cold, lacked flavour and I had to return it and ask for an Adana instead. They did swap it over but had to make a face and a unnecessary comment to make me feel uncomfortable. Tried and tested and fair to say won't be returning. £45 for a kebab for two LOL Photos for reference.

Had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was of excellent quality and very tasty too. I'll be coming back there very soon.

We went here for our work dinner do. The majority of us were disappointed with our food. Don't expect Gokyuzu/Izgara quality of food. The other Turkish restaurant around the corner called Lokma is better! It really is a shame they don't do a mixed platter for one. But then again after tasting the food from everyone's plate, I will pass. In terms of food it is borderline okay (2/5) or mediocre (3/5) at best. I must say the menu is somewhat limited compared to other restaurants. Now the service provided was exceptional. I didn't catch the waitresses name but we all agreed her customer service skills were fantastic.

Your standard Turkish restaurant but with great service, presentation and atmosphere that makes it all the better. Food portions are excellent especially the platter which are served by complimentary fresh bread and dips.

For a restaurant that has been only open for 4 moths I'm honestly blown away by the service, food and good vibe that Melissa Restaurant offered. The menu was extensive featuring everything from kebabs and kofta to rice dishes and desserts, but what really sets Melissa apart is the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into preparing each dish, the meat was fresh and flavorful and the vegetables were crisp and vibrant. I highly recommend the mixed grill platter which comes with a variety of kebabs and chicken, the dish was cooked to perfection and are sure to leave you feeling satisfied. The service was also top-notch and the staff were friendly and attentive.
