Its my first time to use just eats but its perfect

Food was cold. The most flavour came from the tomato, the rest was bland. The chicken in the wraps was hard as though it had been sitting there since lunchtime. Extremely disappointing as the food from here is usually amazing :(

Definitely one of the best kebabs! Walked past the restaurant recently, as we usually order for delivery - but it looked really nice and made us want to pay a visit soon.

Honestly, I've been ordering from Kemps for years and todays was absolutely perfect 👌🏽 delicious chicken shish kebab, soft Turkish break and the chips were fresh and hot. The salad is always lovely too, comes packed separately so it doesn't get all wilted and warm. Simple but always so well done.

The staff are very rude and impolite they don’t even know how to respond to the questions which I asked them. I didn’t like their attitude they don’t know how to speak properly.

I didn’t receive my order it’s says delivered however there was no food delivered to me, I called the the place I ordered at and they said it’s not their responsibility and to call just eat they were rude and don’t want to give me my money back or my food. I would like to give it a 0 star but I can’t. Where is my food I payed money for that!

Food was terrible ordered a kebab full of oil and i ordered kebab chips and salad came all separate boxes £24. Threw half of it away

We eat hear for many years and we love it. Food always fresh and tasty and very friendly staff. Very highly recommended

You really do get value for money, with these mouthwatering and tasty dishes, which were out of this world. Tasted many Turkish places like Diaar, Izgara, but Kemps blew me away. My new home after my last final visit to Izgara in Hatch which I thought was nice but really mediocre compared to Kemps taste, quality. I was really amazed. Thank you for making our day.

JUST EAT don't take any responsibility and the restaurant don't take any responsibility. If you receive the wrong order, nobody does anything so basically I've been conned out of £30 and left with someone else's cold, £12 order. DISGRACEFUL.

Worst place, rude people over priced

The driver was very polite, on time, and respectful. True gentleman. 👌🏻 The quality of food is really good. Nicely packed. However, I naturally would prefer to have the hot food covered in an extra layer on the top of the box to keep it warm. [ which they usually do🤷🏼‍♀️] but it was not this time!! The home made bread is so lovely. 👌🏻 but again, the package was very poor. Also, foods shouldn’t be mixed together. For instance hummus should come in a separate box. Also, I was expecting to have a couple of disposable cutlery and napkins. But there was none! [ Turkish restaurant are usually very good at hospitality]

I have been meaning to write a review about Kemps BBQ Turkish Restaurant. Apologies for the delay. Firstly, Kemps is a refreshing restaurant in the heart of Harrow Weald High Road. The quality of their food is luxurious and tender. As you enter the resteraunt, you are welcomed by the chef and staff by the left where their counter is. The essence of kemps is enough to make your mouth water and a sense of craving for something luxurious from their generous menu. You can see the chefs and staff are dedicated and passionate about their produce. They are exceptional quality and high professionalism. Furthermore, their hygiene, health and safety are at high standard. You are reassured that you will be provided with fresh delicacy and tender food. The ambience in Kemps resteraunt is a cosy, warm vibe with a sense of the Turkish culture within. I must emphasise how friendly their staff are. Even when I am walking past, a kind wave from the staff really does warm my heart. The owner is a polite, kind soul and is ever so welcoming. The young man who is a chef their is very kind and always gives me a wave and hello which really does mean a lot to me so thank you!! All the staff deserve huge credit for their hard work. You can order via uber eats if you wish to have their food delivered to you which is very convenient. If you ever wish to try out a different resteraunt, Kemps is one of the places to go as they do not disappoint. The cost of their produce is very generous and their chips are to die for! I wish all the staff the very best and a huge thank you for their kindness. Kemps truly is the heart of the harrow weald community. Thank you 😊

I got 2 chicken kebabs for 21£ It was 8 little cubes of chicken and some salad that I have to throw away cause is old and taste like plastic No chips no nothing Is absolutely a waste of money they don’t want to offer you a meal they just want to take your money I will never buy again and I will not let any of my friends family to buy from there again You guys need to close your shop or stop scamming people

Best Mediterranean/ Turkish food in Harrow. Food was always prepared fresh and its yummy . been many times and never it it failed . As a complimentary they serve with hot bread and cold mezze as starters and baklava with cream to end

My food hasn’t turned up at all I’ve tried ringing the restaurant and just eat but I’ve been told I can’t get my money back and I’ve got no food, I’m very upset about this please sort it out

Food was authentic, service was good. Parking a bit tricky so all round a good experience. Not my local or my regular place but a friend who loves nearby says its a family favourite.

We ordered takeaway from Kemps last night - mixed kebab of lamb shish, chicken shish, kofte, lamb donner and chicken shwarma with chips, salad and bread. It was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 children (6 and nearly 4). Delicious, tasty food, chunky meat, everything was fresh. We all loved it! We'll definitely order from here again.

Not bothered about the late delivery as the driver apologized and it was peak time on the roads. The food quantity is perfect - it fed 2 adults and 2 children with leftovers!! The food was delicious, we all enjoyed it. Hubby especially loved the kofte and chilli sauce. Delicious all round - we’ll definitely order again.

Food is really lovely unfortunately our Just Eat delivery driver did not deliver 1 part of our meal which were the chips. Which was annoying because now rest of the food went cold whilst waiting for new chips order to be delivered!

The second time send me lamb not chicken I went to the restaurant

I ordered an adana wrap and asked for garlic sauce inside and they didn't put that in. I ordered a portion of chips and they were refried and old chips, hard so I couldn't even eat them. The best thing was the mozzarella sticks. I won't be ordering there again.

Such a lovely experience we had today! The food was just amazing, so divine! The people are welcoming and friendly! Recommended! Will back again soon!

The lamb doner I ordered from this place is definitely the best I've had in Harrow. The meat was cooked to perfection and it was a very generous portion. And I was so happy that the salad came in a separate container, keeping the fresh taste. The size of the portion of chips was also good for the price. My only negative was the lack of pitta bread with my order, it definitely stated on Just Eat that the doner comes with pitta. I will definitely order from this restaurant again. I'll also upgrade my rating to 5 star if the pitta bread does arrive with the doner next time!

Food was very nice I ordered lamb doner regular size which was too much for me the portions are very generous my son's ordered mixed meats platter for two which was huge and very delicious the chips were so good and we had a nice mixed salad they give us a free starter bread and dips and a free dessert And the Turkish larger was very good I fully recommend this restaurant good value for money you won't be disappointed.

Best kebab in Harrow, been using them for years. Food always comes on time or even slightly early. Always piping hot and fresh and there is never anything missing. Also if you have a certain requirement and leave a note they actually ready it and listen, unlike many other restaurants! Shows they have pride in what they do. Deffo recommend
