Varied and wide choice of food all presented and cooked very well with good sized portions. The staff were very friendly and polite could not do enough for you.

Good choice of home cooked meals at reasonable prices. Drink prices also great. Cooked breakfast was outstanding

Reservamos nuestra estancia de fin de semana largo (cama y desayuno) en el teléfono. Mark fue muy agradable, profesional y atento, como el personal. Tienen un off road, zona de aparcamiento privado.Nuestra habitación era luminosa y v limpio. La cama era muy cómoda, tomamos el té y café en la habitación, instalaciones para Internet, tv de pantalla plana. El baño también estaba impecablemente limpio y la ducha era fantástica, había agua caliente constante. Las toallas, ducha, champú y mano de líquido ofrecidas son de buena calidad y olía muy bien. Hay una gran variedad de desayunos para elegir. Son de primera clase. Caliente, recién preparado y muy sabroso.En general, una estancia muy agradable en un hotel precioso que no dudaríamos en recomendarlo a amigos y familiares y el uso de nuevo nosotros mismos. Si hay un inconveniente para el Melbourne House Hotel es que en nuestra opinión sería beneficioso para mostrar el menú de cena. Por desgracia, llegamos demasiado tarde en la noche para probar sus comidas de la noche, así que no pida ver un menú, pero si los desayunos son por que estoy seguro de que sería delicioso!!

The hotel was very clean, modern, very good night sleep, Mark was very good, did me an evening meal on the Sunday,Would reconmmend hotel, The bar prices were good, would stay there again, if only for the wonderfull bed..............

Me and my partner visited on New Year's Eve as the advertisement said there would be a buzzing atmosphere... How wrong, there was only 3 other parties in, the place was very quiet and felt like we had to whisper to each other. For a starter we got 'garlic cheesy baguette' which was not garlicy as all, just tasted like cheese on toast. For mains I got chicken Parmesan with chips and salad which was really tasty, my partner got some sort of pulled pork burger which was 8.95, we expected some chips with it but no, just a burger with a few leaves, thankfully I got enough chips to share with him, he said that the burger wasn't worth the money we paid.

On arrival the staff were pleasant and really helpful ( Kirsty and becca ) the first appearance of the decor was really up to date and modern the rooms were really clean and tidy bathroom was clean also all of our needs we're met and any query we had was answered any problem was solved so over all this is a real nice pleasant hotel would highly recommend as I have been to most of the hotels in Hartlepool this up their at the top And thank you to Shirley the manager she was more than helpful with the breakfast the eggs were spot on over all me and my partner will be back I cannot comment on the restaurant as we only had a breakfast but my family live hear in the town I was born hear and this is highly recommended to go have a meal at and me and my family are real fussy and picky when it comes to dinning out we like the best my brother and sister recommend the Sunday lunch hear one of the best in the town

Una bonita decoración. La comida era mediocre., mi selección de lomo de cerdo era extremadamente seco/recocido. El cordero de mi marido estaba recocido. Oí a otro ambientado al comentar que su comida estaba seco. Nueva señoras wc necesidades algunos toques finales, por ejemplo algunas de las baldosas no grouted. No mano secador o toallas de papel. Encontramos una toalla, que estaba en el suelo! No toallero. Las camareras muy agradable, sin embargo mi queja de 'no estaba mal, no hay nada que destacar' no fue recibido con sorpresa, así que deben haber escuchado antes! No puedo opinar, o disculpa recibido del personal. No dejar una propina, ya que no les gustaba. No será otra vez.
