A very nice place with very nice staff. The food here is very good and the selection of dishes is really large. You have to wait quite a long time for the food, but it's really worth it because it's amazing. You just need to take cash with you because you can't pay by card here. The food here is always fresh and delicious. I recommend this place to everyone.

Pretty good food reasonable priced. Crispy duck pancakes was very generous portion. Never had it served on the bone where you Shoreditch yourself. Kin Do ribs good, big portion and meaty ribs. Hot and sour soup wasn't very good, no real flavour and full of cheap cubed ham

Need to shutthis shot down dirty nasty place everything is frozen and the crispy chillie beef is made with sweet and soure I spent over 85 pound on family meal and 4 out of 9. Of us have not been well been the doctors and told I have food poussin dirty dirty place trust people don't no wa thay are doing shouting all the time in the kitchen and am telling us all thay are going to kill someone one day coz thay dnt no nothing

A fantastic Chinese Chip Shop that makes great food. Unlike so many others Mei Sun food portions are still larges and the prices are decent. I love this place.

Best chippy in smithdown, it is inevitable that the prices has gone up but it doesnt matter when the quality of the food is excellent, worth every penny!! Staff are amazing and kind, always welcoming me when i come in. I normally order chicken fried rice with chips and a classic sweetcorn soup! this combo never fails me, what a daily treat! Id would highly recommend anyone whose passing by to get a quick scran.

Amazing tasty chippy offering the best and most reasonably priced traditional Chinese fodder, lovely owner too, chatty and genuine... MILES BETTER than proper rip-off GreenBankFishBar that relies of drunk students leaving the Brook House and willing to pay sub £4 for chips and gravy and £9 for fish n' chips... no, just no! Do yourself a favour, do the 3min walk, so worth it!!

Expensive food. Bought salt and pepper beef and could only taste batter. For £5.50 was expecting much more. Chicken chow mein was tasteless and the chicken was just terrible. No card machine so had to order online. Found it a very disappointing experience

2 hours late, luke warm food. Rubbery chips and soggy spring rolls. Avoid. There are much better chinese takeaways in Smithdown like Laus and Manwah. Will never order from this place again!

I usually order from a place called palace peking on park road which is amazing and it was closed today so I thought I give this place a shot even though I saw very negative reviews on it on how inedible it was but I thought you cant go wrong with salt and pepper chips I tired salt and pepper chips from 1000 place in my life but this is the worst by far its watery the onions 🤢 and just disgusting and the vermicelli had some really bad smell to it not the smell you ever get with a vermicelli...guys dont do like I did! do not ignore the bad reviews trust me they are real and the food is really 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Do not order from here. Rancid old food! Chicken was like jelly and smelled like vinegar, even the sweet and sour sauce couldn’t mask the smell. Texture was like cheap cat food! Called to speak with the manager who just put the phone on the side and carried on her day. Disgusting!!

First time coming here very friendly woman, got salt pepper chicken and salt pepper chips great portion size not a bit dry really lovely, got egg fried rice with omelette on top, son loved it. Great price will be going again or getting a delivery.

Food was soggy, cold, salty and flavourless. I've ordered from here a good few times but the past few times the quality has gotten worse, the delivery times are absurd, nearly 2 hours it's a joke. The entire order arrived COLD!!! When I phoned up to find out how long it would be as i had been waiting an hour already they said another 20 mins (was actually 50 mins in the end) on the phone I asked that the food be cooked again as I didn't want cold food. Crispy beef has no meat just batter. Salt and pepper chicken which is supposed to be crispy was soggy and in no way spicy. The gravy they use to put on chips is WAY too salty. I will never order again, they don't care about quality of food or their customers.

The delivery driver was so rude and late

not happy with the order and got wrong order and got phone call saying the driver is tired and cant deliver my meal and was told that get refund tomorrow

normally meals are nice, but got crispy beef was bland tasteless complained. took the meal back and said it was me not the food. not customer focused at all/ wont be going back as cannot trust the saftey of my food

Horrendous. Took 2 hours to come, when it eventually came stuff was missing. We rang and the woman said “so you’re saying I have to delay an order just to bring the sauces you’re missing” which our response was yes as we’d paid for them. After half an hour we rang and told them to just give us the money as we’d gone past hungry. No apologies. Rest of food was nothing special either. Didn’t taste of anything. Definitely won’t order again. Also seen they’ve just been given a recent hygiene rating of a 2!!!! So 100% won’t order again.

Wouldn’t recommend, first we were waiting 2 hours for the food, also our order got mixed up twice. When we finally got the food, it was cold, didn’t taste nice and we found a hair in the rice. Avoid at all costs.

Salt and Pepper fish was the best I have ever tasted in the UK. Delivery driver (think he's Turk or something) got really aggressive though and seemed a bit shady.
