Brilliant food, service was quick and friendly. Was served by a great waiter called Dan who was very knowledgeable about each dish and which to recommend to me, and was friendly and cheerful throughout our meal. Food was delicious and good quality, would recommend.

I came in for a quick lunch and the team was lovely. They were all so interconnected, Anastasia, Bogdan and Alice were very helpful with my dietary requirements and the food came in really quick.

Really lovely afternoon....Bogdan was super friendly and gave great recommendations on the food. My spiced scrambled tofu was incredible.

Dan was our waiter and gave excellent service and was really attentive

Staff was all really kind and happy. I didn’t bring my dog but I like it’s dog friendly! Really nicely designed restaurant. Food tasted fresh, we didn’t like the kofta but that’s just down to taste preference I think. We had some kind of sharing meal and the potato slices were burnt but we ate them anyway. The chicken was really nice.. The reason I gave it a 3 and not a 5 is because the food was good but it definitely wasn’t amazing and because they do not accept cash, personally I prefer to use cash so for only that reason I won’t return but I appreciate that wouldn’t bother most people.

First time for Brunch. We booked a table for Saturday morning and had a very special time. I really liked the style as it felt very considerate and had lots of interesting nooks, the place was fully booked and lively. We had our dog as we walked there and she was welcomed as a well behaved dog that she is. I had an open lamb kebab and mimosa and it was very tasty. The meat was just right and the minted pesto and pickles are sublime. It looked like they were having a function and they were preparing for food on a grand scale. Will definitely be returning.

We were a group of 11 really looking forward to celebrating my niece's 40th birthday after reading the reviews saying it was a good food, we were so disappointed everyone's food was cold, we ordered extra sauce which was given when meal was nearly finished, their was no customer service whatsoever, it spoilt the whole experience, which should have been memorable, but for the wrong reason!!

Disappointed, staff possibly overwhelmed by a large party at rear but at front plenty empty space and free staff. Hostess staff were pleasant,the Indian male server who was obviously English born we had to make stop , he purposely tried to ignore us, far too nonchalant and indifferent so we insisted he wait and take our orders for coffee. Food looked good so we thought we would order. The second young English waiter was very helpful and took our orders. At that point manager walking past pulled him aside,ignored us and told him to tell us we would have to wait 50 minutes as were busy.Never addressed us or looked at us,even though he was less than a meter away from us ,rather tactless chap. So we had our warm coffees and left ,service is getting worse in attitude,whether managers or staff it seems. Have worked, and owned,for over 40 years in catering / hospitality from simple establishments to Harvey Nichols.From no star to 4 star plus ,Hilton's, Marriots and Four Seasons so appreciate vagaries and pressures but do see a slip more often than not in standards in recent years from owners to staff even if customers or guests are pleasant no bother and just expect plain ordinary service as anyone would expect!

We stumbled on this place as we were starving. It was a Wednesday evening and most places looked closed. Kieran greeted us and ended up serving us too. He was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was gorgeous and the food to die for. We're already planning our return. Total gem.

Freya was our server and was professional and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. She checked up on us regularly for drinks and to make sure our food was good. She gave us sufficient timing to choose from the menu , even though it took us an age as we are too busy chatting (me and friend) . She was smiley, pleasant allll the way through and gave great food recommendations. Megan's are lucky to have Freya!! I'll definitely be back :))

The place is lovely. Had a coffee and waited for 30min to order but the waitress did not come. The place was not even busy!! We decided to leave to a place where we can actually eat!!

There is literally nothing to complain about. Every dish was exceptional and so well worth the price. Our waitress Freya was incredibly attentive and professional. Loved it and will go back!

This review is long coming after several visits to Megan’s and this place is simply incredible! The food is delicious and consistently scrumptious, the service always warm, friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Bogdan for making my mums bday lunch extra special and also Freya who has served us in the past with a welcome smile and a great attitude. A large selection of good food but everything was very oily

Shame as I've had a great time and excellent service on three previous visits to Megan's. We waited 15 mins to order drinks & food, another 10 for our drinks and 45 mins for our food. It was also pretty chilly and we and two other tables asked for the air con to be turned down (as in less chilly!). Table behind us waited over an hour for food. Not a great experience this evening.

They have the best food, The waiter “ryan” was so kind and patient and the place is amazing

We went for a bottomless brunch today. Dan was such a good waiter, what a a guy. So friendly, helpful and approachable. We always had a drink in hand and were asked constantly about more drinks ! He alone has made me want to return to Megan’s! One of the best bottomless brunches I’ve done.

Dan was an absolute saint, he could keep up with our alcoholism and I was impressed, so was he ! The service was as fast as we could sink the Proseccos and the sangrias. Would recommend purely for the service and value for money ;)

Nice interior and atmosphere with tasty food. Dog-friendly and was lovely to relax with our pup beside us. We went for lunch at the weekend and it was very busy (a great sign as popular- definitely make sure to book a table in advance) but it felt just a bit too crowded- as a result the service was quite slow.

The food was excellent - you need to take on board their menu is more of a brunch and delicious pancakes. Note the dishes are well prepared and flavours thought out. Jessica, our waitress, was delightful and thrilled that we continued to order Champagne for our celebratory meal. Good humour and great service. A great day - thank you Jessica and Megan’s.
