Mega Munch in Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered food after an hour and 45 mins waiting it turned up cold and soggy rang to complain was told more food would be delivered and nothing came.wont be using these again!

Excellent customer service. Delivery on time. Food was hot and nice. Huge variety under new management and maintaining taste every time whether it's pizza, loaded fries, peri peri strips. Will love to order again.

waited over and gour an 40 mins for food to be delivered we had rubbery fries dry donnameat wrong drinks missing drinks wrong pizza I do not recommend they have gotten worse since new management won't be ordering again

Ordered lamb and steak. Steak nice, but the lamb coated in a hot sauce. Bread hard, chips refried.

Always had nice food my burger was delicious really enjoyed the food and great prices so try for yourself we enjoy the food from mega munch

Wrong meat in the kebab, chicken piece undercooked

the chips with the sauce was really nice, the Asian pizza was nice but I put on notes no green chilli, but jalapeños were taking off, which was disappointing.

Worst value box I have ever had, thought I would treat myself after a long day at work, ended up just throwing it away and cooking a micro pizza.

The chicken was delicious. The best southern fried chicken I’ve ever had. The donor meat was delicious. Fast delivery, friendly driver. Well impressed. I’ll definitely use again.

30 minutes after 2 phone calls one where they cut me off. Marked on website order on way. The restaurant is less than a mile away. Then took 55 minutes from there. Food was dry when it arrived.

Tried this place late at night when my usual takeaways were closed. Don't normally go to a place with few reviews but didn't have many other options. Have to say this is one of the nicest kebabs i have had in a while and a rare take away that didn't over/under cook the chips. Genuinely try this place the food was great. thoroughly impressed

I went to this takeaway today and it was incredible! The food was so delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home. I ordered the chicken tikka wrap, and it was the best I've ever had. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The staff were also really helpful in recommending other dishes. I ended up trying the there Asian style pizza aswell, which was also amazing. The portions were really generous too, and I ended up taking some home with me. Overall, I had a great experience at the takeaway. The food was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a friendly atmosphere.

Food spot on. Only down fall os that there was way to much salt on the chips, I also orders a kids meal and that also had loads of salt on . Other than that it was really delicious thank you

As an HGV driver I have a treat once a week delivered to the truck. Found this place on Google. Great quality food at a reasonable price 👍 absolutely surpassed themselves with the delivery time! I'm sure they were on their way before I'd even knew what I was going to order 🤣brilliant service, highly recommend

Orders 2 pizza's and chips and received the wrong pizza's. We orders one hot and spicy and the other vegetarian. Mega Munch send one hot and spicy Which we order and one Hawaiian. Myself and girlfriend are vegetarian. We rang they and they said they would send a vegetarian pizza's. Sadly we didn't receive the pizza. Would strongly AVOID!!!!!. Bad service on every level.

Just popped in for some chips. £2.50 per portion when the board stated £2.30. Then my guys only fills up the box halfway with some overcooked still oily chips. Nasty and extremely over priced. Never again

My payment wasn’t going though so instead of my walking all the way back to my hotel to change my phone they changed it for me whilst cooking my tea and when my food was done I was able to transfer extra money to my account was so nice and helpful and food is banging

Order a chicken kebab along with other things, and found the kebab had a piece of plaster embeded into the naan, maybe of clay oven. Rang to complain the staff laughed said il send some photos. They passed me on a WhatsApp number and I sent pics... rang them back up, they denied seeing pics,(SOMEBODY HAS) as well as still laughing at me down the phone. I think this is totally disgraceful. No customer care/satisfaction... no offer of refund or replacement was added, even tho the food was badly contaminated. Basically they don't want to know.... luckily I can have a refund through just eat... but people be aware... personally from my encounter I would tell people stay away

Mega Munch they're just amazing, they have the best customer service very kind n polite. Food is amazing they really do represent their name. I highly recommend it if you're looking for good kebabs 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

order was at 5pm and delivery came at 6:30pm your driver was lost and also you didn’t give me a refund I had to get it back from Deliveroo so please don’t lye and yes chips were recooked and cold as was rest of the food if you were good person you would have said I will send you another order which you didn’t please don’t come up with lyes and excuses

Spot on ! Really great food , brill deserts , and Milkshakes are just "To Die For"!!!!!! Deffo recommend ...Its a credit to these guys, every dish is spot on, RED HOT on arrival, you get what no one has done here, "they listen to you"! I usually love food from ere but a couple of times now the chilli bites wich is all I eat have come like they were cooked the night before and re froze and then cooked again so they tasted nasty made me sick and a pizza wow wen dose a plain chicken pizza come with no chicken but tuna they need to give there heads a wobble and realise that u can kill people this way n read your online orders properly i n my fella both have alleges to fish the food was amazing not no more

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a curry, cost £16.90. Half the meal was missing.... Called them to notify them of their mistake, I was told the rest would be on its way. After waiting half an hour again I called back to be told that they will give me the rest of the food next time I make an order. WHAT!!!!! They actually ended the call before I could give the a piece of my mind. I called another 8 times only to be ignored and finally got through to them when I called from a different mobile number only to be told it wasn't their problem. WHAT AGAIN!!!! Where's the food I ordered and paid for????? Con artists!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID absolute waste of time and money

Had an order this evening...dire food !! Ordered extra onion chutney only got 1 in hindsight i was lucky altho 50p shy ..was like coleslaw in smallest pot ..poppadoms sooooo greasy !!!! finally a proper curry takeaway in stoke on tent I’ve tried my fair share of curry’s In my time and this is far the best in stoke on Trent it as a great options of kebabs also the Asian style curry’s are quality a must try place
