Worst kebab I've ever had coleslaw thrown on top gonna throw this up

Arrived cold, told to call back later... Eventually spoke to the manager and treated like a criminal, he came to collect and opened it all like we wasn't telling the truth, terrible behavior. Never ordering from them again. Tried again... This time the coldslaw is now cabbage and some kind of salad cream sauce. Terrible, I'm done with this place.

Very pathetic customer service. Small portion size compared to prices. Dont waste your money.

Cold. One piece of cucumber, one piece of tomatoes a very limp piece of lettuce and onion that looked like it had been chopped with a spoon. £20 wasted

We have ordered our food from them on just eat, the app has showed that they received the order, prepared it, sent it out but never arrived. When my partner has rang them up they were very unpolite and they said they have been cancelled the order but we saw on the just eat app that it was “on its way” so it was out for delivery and then they cancelled it, after we have called. This is unacceptable. We were hungry and were waiting for long enough. If you not able to make our food then reject the order don’t keep us in the loop and make us wait for something that never will turn up. Absolutely a joke what they have done to us.

I ordered from deliveroo a large chicken doner chips it was all burnt as you can see in picture . It was for my son . I called the restaurant to tell them that the donner it was burned h, he said o okay and he hangup the phone . I’m so disappointed never to order again

Spent just short of 100 pounds on meal Chips was cold and oil needs changing Not a lot of meat in the family set meals And cheese and salad just thrown on top of the pitta not inside. Very disappointed

Bad burgers Ordered a beef burger with chips And a veggie burger with onion rings The veggie burger was just mash potato with sweetcorn and peas and fell apart as soon as you touch it. The beef was cold and not very good quality. Not recommendable ordering from here

It use to be good place to eat not anymore i want my money back

Don't order via the Uber app. They will charge you and then cancel the order saying the minimum is £20. At no point does it say this and you won't be refunded for at least 2-3 days. Person I spoke to on the phone at the restaurant was rude.

Prices are average but its great for takeaway as they try to deliver on time and the food was always properly cooked

Horrible experience buying food on delivery , compare to other places, no salads , no sauces, the chicken overcooked almost burned , dried lamb. Never again get delivery from that place.

This is genuinely the worst kebab shop in Stevenage, kebab & chips and nothing had no taste. Meat was cold and had no flavour to it tasted like wet slush chips had no taste just tasted like cardboard. More hungrier now then I was before. Avoid this place

Don't waste ya time with them. Took 30 mins after I ordered for them to decide they didn't have a driver to deliver. The excuse sent via msg was my address was out of their delivery zone. I live 2 miles away. Clowns.

Absolutely disgusting place just ordered a mixed shush with rice the chicken was pink inside and burnt black on the outside and they tried to cover this up with an excessive amount of mayonnaise. Never order from here it’s absolutely revolting. This place should have been shut down years ago I don’t know why I ordered from here.

THIEVES! Didn’t receive my order waited 2 hours tried to call up where I was told the food had been delivered and that I was lying! Id avoid this place at all costs bad customer service they hung up the phone and blocked my numb

Extremely bad!! Waited 2 HOURS for my food, it was delayed by 40 minutes, when I rang he told me it’s on its way to me I waited another 30 minutes because it still didn’t arrive he was so rude to me on the phone and said it’s on its way again. Disgusting food wasn’t hot. Waited way to long. Bottle of Coke was hot!!!! Never ordering from here again.

Food came after almost an hour, chips were OK but pizza was ruined by delivery driver holding it sideways. Driver accused us of not paying and refused to leave our door. When shown we paid via card he told us to "f off" and stormed off saying he was going to call and report us. Rude people, not ordering here again

The worst experiences. The food was terrible, the entire thing went to waste, the delivery driver really did not know what he was doing, they did not include the drink they charged for, and they forgot to add the utensils requested. Had a couple of bites and trashed the entire thing. Even one star is an exaggeration.

Pizza margherita was good but the farmhouse was disgusting I'm sure they put in expaired ham. Don't recommend

5.50 for a quarter pounder "king" burger .

Ordered a donner pizza, their was hardly any donner. It was perhaps 1 strand cut up to cover the whole pizza, garbageeeeeeee.

Chicken donner and chips always lovely from here, changed delivery menu slightly a while back and made it harder to order a kebab (their main product) for some reason, but seems to be resolved recently

Pizza arrived half hour later than time told it would be delivered. It was cold, we didn't get the chips or dips we had order and we received stuffed mushrooms instead of the garlic ones we actually ordered. Tried to call Mega kebab and pizza several times and no one answered. Appalling service! Won't be ordering again

I've been ordering kebabs from them for around 20 years. It's now impossible to order kebabs through Deliveroo. They should change their name to Mega Pizza. Shocking customer service. They put the phone down on a Deliveroo customer services advisor who was trying ask them why they no longer list kebabs. I now have to find an alternative kebab shop. I refuse to order from these rude people.

Ordered garlic bread pieces with our meal.. upon delivery we open the pieces to this... A cooked plain pizza base which is as hard as cardboard.. I call to right the wrong and they basically told me to deal with it as they didn't have garlic bread. Don't charge for garlic bread if you don't have any! Will not be using their services in the future.

Brown sauce on prawn salad! On phoning they said that’s normal!! Garlic pizza instead of garlic bread. Delivered very late and all cold!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT order food from here, there're far better places to order local to the area. (Kebab: Stevenage Charcoal Grill, Pizza: Mr. Toppings, Dominos, etc.) Apparently it's normal for prawn cocktail to be covered in "brown" sauce rather than "prawn" sauce. The 4x Garlic bread with Cheese turned out to be a simple 3" cheese pizza. Seriously. False advertising. Horrible customer service, blatantly telling the customer that they're wrong rather than accepting blame for an obvious mistake. Will never order from here again and I'd hope others do the same.

Very lovely food, brilliant service and friendly staff.

I have always had a good experience and have ordered once every two weeks for 2 years or so. Today, .y order never turned up. I called up to see what's going on and was told "the delivery was through just eat, it isn't out problem" then the line was disconnected. I will never order from this place again. Good food, SHOCKING customer service!!!

Walk in takeaway, testament of the place, it is disgusting.... there is a grey cutlery tray on the counter and it was so filthy, grease all over the counter, never buy from there again didnt even eat the food, the photos don't show how bad this really was

I'm disappointed in your pizza. The dough was gooey. Base was like straight from the fridge,not well baked. I've tasted over 1000 pizzas in the UK this was one of the worst.

Terrible service order was wrong the gentleman on the phone was very rude when I rang about it. and when the delivery driver turned up he did not wear a mask or stand 2 metres away all drivers I have had during covid knock and leave order on the floor I won't be ordering from here again

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. !! I honestly couldn't be more disappointed by the service and food that has been provided. This place has a 4.8* rating in uber eats and I am getting yelled at by the delivery driver who refuses to bring me my order. After calling the driver back and the restaurant he finally came back with my food. How can you let your staff yell at your customers and then on top of that provide them with cold food. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I sincerely hope that you will changes you ways because you are losing customers this way.

Great for that late night kebab you're craving. Not sure about the bad reviews?! It sounds like some people have bad experiences with take aways. We turned up 20 minutes to closing time for a late night kebab. So much attention was paid to the cooking of the meat. It was tender & delicious. Also had a halloumi salad, simple but good- yes it's onion, salad leaves and some very thrown in but not exactly expecting a gourmet salad from a kebab shop. Their home made chilli sauce is also excellent - that with their garlic sauce on chips was yum. I also saw him take a phone order 10 minutes before closing time which I thought was nice of him.

Halloumi Kebab is apparently just 3 bits of Halloumi and a handful of lettuce, no pita bread? Chips missing, Kebab wrong Never again

The food was so salty and cold when arrived all of our meals was comming with salad unfortunately we did recived bunch of onions with literally slice of tomato and cucumber it was so funny to see this after opening the box ... the worst experience ever ! dont eat there my son didn't fell well after his tortilla ... very rude and lying stuff !!! (I spoke with them on the phone to tell them about my experience they hang out the phone then they blocked my number . I called again from different number they played stiupid blaiming connection ... horible place horrible customer service DONT EAT THERE !!! Ordered a chicken doner kebab, and a lamb doner, both to have the salad separately. Arrived and salad all over the lamb doner, and the chicken was vile. Tasted off, and parts were all slimy. It looked nothing like a shredded chicken doner as it should. Wont order from there again. Also when i ordered, they guy on the phone was really rude and practically hung up on me.

Ordered with just eat app. Food came earlier than expected which was great.... However the food was cold. One order was wrong and the other was literally swimming in grease. Which made the salad and chips soggy. Very disappointing

I cant put a 0 as its not a opstion the portions are really small when we ordered a large portion of chips it look like a kid sized portion we found loads of hairs in the pizza and the person we answer the door she was very rude mannered, i called them and asked for the mans nane that i called my order and he got on the defences sating i did what you asked and its all my fualt and the pizza was greasy as it was dripping with grease,I think that they should be shut down and I am going to farmhouse pizza where there are much more nicer and that the staff are well mannered I don't think I am paying £18.50 for that ever again

The chicken donner meat and chips with cucumber on top was a really good size for your money they advertised a king sized burger that look like it was a Happy Meal burger I thought king-size ment fit for a king to eat size not a juvenile other than that I've been about four chips about 3 bits of cucumber about 2 bits in my chicken and I'm stuffed already I was well satisfied but my partner wasn't with his king size burger

Disgusting. Myself and my partner ordered here and never again i got the 'king size' burger meal expecting it to my bigger then the 1/2 pounder not the case it was a standard cheeseburger and no chips my mrs got the potatoe skins they were cold the pizza garlic bread tasted like it was sprayed with cleaning product they also forgott the chicken strips phoned up and got the burger and chips replaced no problem but the potatoe skins was told we would have to pay for another portion when the delivery man deliver the missing/replaced items he banged on my door aggressively twice even tho he mist of heard my dog bark i got to the door he was arrogant rude oh and they were late on the first delivery. Disgusting the best part of the whole meal was my can of dr pepper never ordering there again and i would advise others to go burger kimg if they want a semi decent burger.

Ordered food and a drink, food came and drink never did when trying to call to ask for it they haven’t answered, were now about 20 calls in with no answer so won’t be going there again.

Nice food here. Had Chicken Shish which was good.Went there for a second time and had a nice veggie Pizza. Although the we did not get any chilly flakes or seasoning the pizza tasted very good.

Disappointed. Rushed through. This is the 3rd time my order was delivered incorrectly. First time my side order and drinks were not delivered. My second order: wrong size was delivered and milkshake has melted. This time (3) wrong size delivered, wrong pizza delivered, extras not added to pizza, overloaded with cheese so it makes it soggy. It felt rushed - it was to be up around 45-60 minutes and it arrived within 20 minutes. Disappointed! Not worth the savings they offer.

Used to order from mega kebab until they sent me the wrong order I complained and they gave me so much abuse over the phone I told them I was a good customer and I was gonna leave them as a customer the response I got was f**k your mum and many more abbusive insults I was devastated My parents have had a good thriving business for years and I know never to talk to a customer or a member of public I'm that form Shame they do!!!!
