Horrible. Very poor customer service and some things are ridiculous, like how are we paying just for a very small amount of sauce. The worker there it’s very much disrespectful and he has no manners. Don’t come here guys don’t waste your money and time, I do not recommend this place at all.

Always delivers before the recomended time on just eat. Food always hot and nice. Portion sizes are good. The kids love the food from here. Burgers and loaded fries are spot on! Ive ordered various different burgers and all have been just what i ordered.

Once my mate got food poisoned like couple weeks ago and I tried ordering food from there in person and when I was ordering they said I don’t know with what burger and drink I was ordering

Such a terrible service, used this business quite a few times, food is very nice, service is shocking, I spent over £30 on milkshakes for my children as a treat, they didn't send all the order, as you can imagine my children were upset as some had them and others didn't, called them and they wasn't very sympathetic, said it would take over 30min for a new order to come out, tried for a refund, said nothing to do with us, go through just eat. I would highly recommend to use another establishment

phone lines were off. food was barely warm when it arrived. with no updates until we got just eat to force one. sloppy burger with way too much sauce the whole burgers just slid off the bun (which wasn't even toasted).

Thunderbird burger was a huge let down. I would rather watch the Thunderbirds film again. It claims to be spicy hot grilled, it was dry hard and plain. its a good job i like mayo because there was a tonne of it. would i go again? no

I have ordered from this place about 6 times in total. Five out of six times they've gotten my vegetarian option wrong and I've been served fish or chicken instead of a veggie patty. On my last order, I ordered a veggie patty but was given chicken. I phoned the shop and asked them to resend a veggie burger. I got chicken for a second time. The lad on the phone was very polite and helpful so respect for that. However, the cook seems to love messing with vegetarian people. I'll take my business elsewhere in that case 👎

Donner stir fry went in the bin and I'm not a fussy eater ,king Kong was 4/10 the sauce wasn't the best the burger was not bad fries was decent but the oil had a mad taste , but peri wings was 7/10 had the smokey nandos taste chicken tasted good got 40% off and if I had this offer again I wouldn't order 😕.

They delivered the food within 30 minutes of ordering however when we got the food, we were missing a whole burger. Called up to sort it out and they told us it would be 2 hours til we would get the other burger and they would send us it the next day. Very poor as my wife was left without anything to eat and had to spend MORE money to order elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Whatever you have done to the smash burger patties recipe I’d change it back, as they tasted horrible,it tasted like it had loads of herbs and the meat tasted weirdly metallic. Shame as I love the burgers from here usually ,but it was not nice at all the only decent thing was the chips and the boba tea 😬

Normally fantastic but not tonight,chicken was hard and dry,as if it was old,and chips were all bits and hard,burger and onion rings were fine,but for first time not happy!!!

The Food was very tasty especially the wings, they were on point and I will be ordering them again for sure. The burger was nice, however it would have been better extra hot, and hopefully they will add the sauces i requested on my next order. For a first try i cant fault them at all. Loved everything, got £70 worth of food for £40 with the 40% off over £25. Korean & Kansas burgers were lovely and the burger loaded fries were cracking too, got extra wings since we had the discount so saving them for a midnight munch later tonight. Well worth the money. Wee superstars ⭐️

Just eat asked my problem to why I needed to call and offered me a refund which I rang the restaurant and declined it as they solved my problem. Food wasn’t up to scratch today sadly ,the mayo on wrap and burger tasted sour ,food came soggy (wrap and burger ) and not really hot, the chips were very hard and cold :/ shame as this place is usually nice

just eat needs to get on top of the notifications saying courier was on the way and then enjoy your food when i hadn't received anything but i wont mark them down for that, meat me here make some good quality burgers and i got to try their house sauce i couldnt tell what it tasted off but i still enjoyed dipping my cheesy chips in it.
