McKenna's Bar in Belfast

McKenna's was good but that Josey Doyle had me in stitches ffs telling jokes

Quiet out if he way place never to full.

Great place. Waited here for the Isle of Man ferry and the service was above and beyond .

Atmospheric place. The beer is not bad.

Staff are friendly and helpful the food was excellent as we ordered there buffet for the twins christening the ground floor bar part is wheelchair accessible and there is accessible toilets as for the private room and bar upstairs it is not wheelchair accessible as I am on a walking stick and unable to get up the stairs and there is no lifts here so brother in law had to lift and carried me up and down the stairs there is on street parking for free also so all in all it was a beautiful day.

I had not been in this bar for 30 years 😬 Yesterday I was there for a Christening party and I must say Brian has made a fantastic job of the bar 😎 Welcoming friendly staff, great atmosphere and craic . Upstairs was bright and spacious and the food was fantastic... Chicken curry was excellent 😎 Thanks to all the staff for helping making the twins day special 😎 Highly recommended for small family events. We wish you all the best for the future

We had a great night out at McKenna's last Saturday night. We had a party of about 50 people. The place was well organised with cold and hot food, DJ and drinks promotions. Michael and his bar staff were friendly, very helpful and really welcoming. The function room was ideal in size and was very well presented. Really could not fault the place and would definitely recommend. Thank you to all at McKenna's

Quiet lunchtime drink during work after a long lockdown. Very quiet at lunch and not totally sure what food is on the menu at lunchtime but there’s a cafe nearby if there’s no food options. Huge TV screen! Very clean and modern bar. Good to be back!

Friendly bar staff and great Guinness

Absolutely the worst bar I've ever walked in to. Was charged a fiver for being there less than 5 minutes. Firstly there were no seats also some of the punters were well drunk and banging into you. We decided to leave and get our money back. Oh no the big bad manager went through the roof. Screaming at us that seats were available. He proved this by taking someone's drink of the table and placing it somewhere else. When we complained he went really mental. Effing and blinding in our faces. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle and just left. Never been treated with such nastiness by anyone in the hospitality industry. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE.

Had a function on Sunday. Staff helped themselves to the food without asking in front off my guests. Staff member observed going to toilet and not washing his hands. Great bar downstairs with a lively Irish band.

Beautiful bar in sailors town with live music every Saturday. Very clean bar with friendly staff and laid back customers. Also has a pool table and outdoor seating

This is a great newly refurbished bar the inside is beautiful and it's in the docks location so not right in the city centre but still close enough. It has karaoke on Friday nights and a good little crowd and a great atmosphere the cocktails are also fantastic everyone should give it a go
