McEnaney's in Belfast

Had my daughter's 18th Birthday Party here last Saturday night in the Attic room & am so glad I picked McEnaney', I picked the £500 package that included them room, a DJ, our own bar & staff and an amazing food package. Whoever McEnaney's get to do their food need never to let them go as people were still talking about it days later. The staff were very attentive and the DJ did a mix for all the family & my daughter's friends. The Attic room only held up to approx 70 but felt full at half that so if a bigger party hold it in another room. I would definitely recommend here for a party.

Lovely we bar staff very welcoming and the cocktails are to die for. Little gem right in the middle of the falls west Belfast.

Brilliant wee bar for a pint , fantastic Guinness served , great wee bar to watch live sporting event’s always a great atmosphere in Macs, the staff are great and even the manager has a great positive attitude, also live music and the odd quizzes, this bar has always been part of the west Belfast community and would recommend it to everyone!

We booked the private room for a family event and will book there again because the service, atmosphere and food were excellent. Also, McEnaney’s is reasonably priced.

I was at a birthday party last night and the catering was uncooked. I bit into a peice of chicken and it was pink. The cocktail sasauges were not cooked and neither was the sasauge rolls. I have been up all morning with food poisoning and the dj cancelled last minute and we were only told when we arrived. a lot of money went into the party. This was a very bad experience and I don’t recommend going for anyone that’s thinking about it

The food was excellent and they were doing 3 pints for £10 it's a must try if even in Belfast

Had great wee nite, the band of 1 girl 1 fella were excellent and had the place alive and kicking, the staff are friendly and quick,defo give a sat nite a go in Macs

Great pub. First time in Belfast and this was lively. Great live music and good mix of young and old. Great banter with some of the locals and good pints. Give a shout if you're in the area👍

Friendly bar staff, nice decor & prices reasonable

In my own experience I think this bar has gone downhill big time. I visited it recently and caught up with some acquaintances which I enjoyed but the atmosphere and decor and altogether demeanor of the place was lacking to say the least. I used to frequent this place many years ago so was looking forward to having a good night. But really it was cold and boring . Ummmmm

Guiness is great, comfortsble surroundings and staff are brilliant, including door men (big Seans a gentleman). Well worth a visit☘️😊😁😁😁😁

Prices are a joke and ya can hardly swing a cat in the place. Talk about taking advantage of their locals. Price of pints jumped at least 70p after lockdown with no social distance or covid measures put in place what so ever.

Very little social distancing in place . outside. Tables outside forcing pedestrian and people with prams on to road at a very busy junction.will not be back.

Terrible smell in and outside of the place flys all over the place probably because of the smell and at £4.10 a pint on the glen Road it's a rip off. Not b back.

Wouldn’t recommend for Sunday lunch. This chef can’t cook or at least doesn’t taste what they are serving. There was no basic seasoning or flavour in any of the food. Tasteless carrot and parsnip cubed veg, disgusting mash and an over cook roast potato. No seasoning at all on roast beef, came stacked on top of potato and about 2 inches thick. Yorkshire pudding was undercooked and tasteless. Reminded me of a really bad school dinner. I didn’t complain.. were not asked if we enjoyed our meal, think it was obvious because all 3 plates were left full. Complete waste of money. Some very nice restaurants in west Belfast and this isn’t one of them.

Food is amazing and reasonably priced. Staff are super good. Only thing letting it down is the first escape is left open for access and people smoke right at the door. You can smell it in restaurant. Not very nice at all

I had chicken burger it was spot on my partner had the lasagne not good bland no flavour both dishes came with chips too salty couldn't eat them my dessert was nice my partner got pavlova it was meringue nest like you'd buy from supermarket my partner near broke plate trying to dig the spoon into it meringue is like a rock very poor

Absolutely love this bar. Its cosy, the staff are really friendly from the bar staff to the door staff. They serve a large range of drinks and a great cocktail menu too. The restaurant upstairs also has a lovely menu with great pizzas. Live music at weekends. Would reccomend to anyone for a quiet drink or also a night out.

The food was cooked to perfection, great size portions and service was also excellent, just need to be a bit clearer on pricing, there was no prices on the menu . Other than that it was beautiful all round. Definitely be back.

Food bad waited an hour for food to arrive then had to send it back as it was cold. Then give wrong dinner. Starter never arrived. Serve was awful definitely wont be back.

Dont like drinking out of plastic cups...paying enough for beer without having to use a childs beaker....

Brilliant at wedding party staff were amazing .nice atmosphere. Drink was good price only downfall I like gin in gin glass lol just my preference. But came in half pint glass .

Until 20 00 with my teenage son watching gaelic hurling......perfect....very friendly and then the music started...great place for griups of all ages.

It's a nice wee pub with decent live music on a Friday. Also the first place I've been to that serves proper twelve

Great menu of drinks especially the cocktails. Menu also had local historical information. Friendly bar staff and nice seating area outside. Will be back!

Great place for a coffee, a pint , a bit of craic, and usually some good Irish traditional music. Clean tidy with friendly and helpfull staff. Its Worth sticking your head in the door. !
