Mcdonald's - Woking in Woking

Apparently it's your fault when they mess up your order because you didn't look at the screen when you ordered. Difficult to do with a car full of kids! Rubbish customer service!

Ordered online to be delivered, kids drinks were missing, this restaurant is awfull, lost count of the bad reviews I've now left,

I've lost count of the wrong orders and wasted money at this store, always miss something from the order or get it wrong, use the app for delivery and your lucky if you get your own order, they have sent the wrong person's food on at least 3 occasions

Ordered 2 Big Macs with fries. The order after with 2 Big Macs came first even after we waited over 15 minutes. When challenged I was told that the reason the order took so long was because they were waiting for fries to cook. When I said that was ridiculous as fries take a maximum of 6 minutes (been working in hospitality for 7 years) the exceptionally snarky Mr. Woodward openly admitted that with their fryers it only takes 3 minutes to cook fries. I can only assume they therefore waited 12 minutes after the order before dropping the fries. I was then told the reason it took so long was due to breakfast changeover despite the fact that we were the last order to be prepared for any customers. Clearly the management have no clue whatsoever how to ensure the smooth operation and prioritisation of food service, as more interest was taken in preparing food for nonexistent customers who may or may not come in later than ones who have already paid. Most other reviews say this is worse than any other McDonalds they have ever visited and I wholeheartedly agree. Currently rated less than 3 stars average, but I think 1 would be generous.

Really??? What happened to walking into MacDonals and getting fast food??? The cheeseburger patty was so cold, from there to cat, that cheese had not melted, and the party was soooo thin, what the hell, smaller than the slice of cheese. I used to work , 20 years ago, in one, and he'll, you guys are being ripped off, by service and the food, how do people get so fat on this??? NO FAST SERVICE FOR WALKING IN, YOU HANG AROUND, AND GET RATIONS!! Sick. And I mean, puke, sick, children.🙃😎

This is the nearest McDonald’s to us and most convenient as a family visiting or going through the drive-through which is more convenient for us I don’t think there is a time we have visited this McDonald’s that they haven’t messed up our order.You ask for plain cheeseburgers for the kids it comes with onions And all the sources and gherkins the kids throw in the bin because they don’t like it this happens every single time if it’s not that it’s missing something like fries or cheeseburger or sauces I’ve let it go every single time but Today they’ve really annoyed me I’ve tried to call them to tell them about this but they will not pick up the phone very bad service.Not coming here again I’d prefer to drive to Staines

We are the regular customer and last few weeks always missing item and we left it to go couple of last orders and ordered today fries missing from the order called and manager in charge told me that we can’t do any things.She was not polite and very Nasty I think she is not from UK and she doesn’t know how to talk to customers.we would not go back again

Dear McdonaldI went today this lunch time with my 9 year son it was a disaster First dirty I side no one check the people coming in Normally mysonlikr the seat down stairs and gess what they closed and upstairs everywhere. Discrase And Discusting my son had to eat Without chair a d also. No fish fingers no ice cream Seriously horrible. Don't blame the pandemic. People like to spend the money. I will ever be back again. Went thought as opened after lockdown, queued up what felt like forever and when I finally made it they would not serve me because I was on a motorcycle and not a car. Ridiculous and outrageous! I'll tell you where you can stick your burgers...!!

I went through the drive through and placed my order for a flat white , double cheeseburger and a mc flurryI was disgusted at what I received. The flat white was luke warm, no sugar available and was literally thrown at me from the window spilling over my hand and car seat... thankfully it was luke warm otherwise I would have an injury. The cheese burger if you can call it that was a sloppy warm mess.The mc flurry went straight in the bin as I was given it in an open container not the normal enclosed one.Waited a long time for this treat... wish I hadn't of bothered. Give it a miss

All that you’d expect from a mcd’s. Roomy bright inside. Service pretty quick. Can order manually or via ‘boards’. Convenient location.

Very rarely go to eat at McDonalds but missed breakfast in hotel so popped into on way to office.Absolutely ridiculously slow service and it's supposed to be fast food. Who ever manages this one needs to look at staffing numbers as people were walking out fed up in waiting

Been here many times and every time the order has been wrong! Especially today when I ordered 5 chicken selects and they gave me 5 mozzarella dippers in the chicken selects box! It’s honestly some the people that work there are taking the piss!

Went through the drive thru, placed my order, collected, got home and I was missing food. Same thing happened to me a month ago and I had to drive all the way back. How hard is it to pack what people are paying for!!!!

I ordered twice and my order took ages was baley warm . I ordered tonight they made me wait ages then cancelled my order it's ridiculous not happy

This is the only McDonlads I’ve ever been to that never has anything you want. Millionaire latte? Nope. So I settle for a toffee latte. But they have no idea how to make it properly. Lack lustre and bland. They are forever running into technical problems and always have excuses. The staff are not very friendly either. Maybe they’ve been abused too much by fed up customers. It’s a pity. Nice place. But get better staff

I went there to ask if I am student I get a free burger and she said yes and then she start to ask what drink I want so I said what I want to. Then when I was going to pay I realised was a bit much so I asked why is £5.09 then she said in a very rude way and aggressive, not explaining properly so at the end what I understood was NOTHING! I opened now. At the end, after getting my food I realised the way the lady talked to me was rude so I asked to speak to the manager when she came and she didn’t look very professional at all, I explained what happen and she did seem very normal and she didn’t apologise for at all and she asked me if I was ok and that’s it. How unprofessional!Not being rude but I know both are from their country so of course she will protect her ‘friend’ which is unfair. I will never go there again to be treated like rubbish. I been paying extra for a burger I didn’t ask for. Doesn’t make sense at all! Don’t recommend it at all for the fact the service was rubbish and the burger was cold!

Voucher codes did not work. Counter staff refused them.Did not deliver food to our table despite putting table number in when ordering.Eventually got our own food which was sat the counter.Food was cold when we got it because they had failed to deliver it to our table.Table was dirty. I had to wipe it down. Our previous visits to this branch have also had dirty tables.

I arrived at 11:30 pm . The food tasted like it was cooked the night before, the delivery operative outside was smoking by the front door and I saw him spit on the floor by the door. All in all a thoroughly disappointing experience.

I visited here with my 2 year old (and 6m pregnant bump) at lunchtime today. A lovely employee called Lena came to the counter as we were waiting for our meal and blew up a balloon for my son. Lena then helped take the buggy and our tray to a table that she then cleaned. My son got a little story book in his happy meal which Lena even read to him while I enjoyed my Big Tasty! Lena cleared away our tray and empties and brought us a paper bag to take our left overs home. I've been to some superb restaurants in my lifetime but this was hands down the best and most helpful lady we've ever come across. Yes, okay, it's just a McDonalds (although it really hit the spot!) But the service was absolutely 5 star! Amazing work, Lena!! Thank you.

This is the second Sunday that I have been very disappointed with the service in Woking. ( Sunday 4/11/18 & 11/11/18 ) both breakfast time and not that busy.

I was served complete SH**. Made and official complaint and this is the response I get. There is no excuse for the poor quality Big Tasty you received because you said it was cold and you shouldn’t have been served a product that didn’t meet the quality standards you rightly expect. Please accept my apologies It’s as important for us as it is for you that we serve great-tasting food made with quality ingredients. We’re disappointed that we didn’t get it right for you on this occasion... No mention of getting my money back or even a replacment meal. Taco bell and KFC next door have much higher standards and customer service. Go there.

I have selective mutism, and so often choose McDonald’s over other places because the screens enable me to easily order without having to write things down. On the day of my most recent visit, the receipt printer for the screen I used wasn’t working, however a lovely employee came over and told me that it was okay and that the order had gone through and I could still pay at the tills. Since I’d ordered a veggie burger it took a few minutes to freshly cook, so they asked me to sit down and brought it over to me when it was ready.

Called in for snack as we had 20 mins to wait for the bus. Not a frequent McDonalds customer, but was nicely greeted on entering, pointed in the direction of the order counter (dont do the touch screen thing) served promptly. Noted that there were several staff, customer side. the greeter - and a guy wiping down tables and clearing trays. Our tray was taken from us for clearing as we were about to do it. Thankyou.

No extractor fans in the toilets. Absolutely stinks. Questionable brown splatters on toilet seats and brown marks on wall. I’m guessing it’s not chocolate McMousse.

Was starving just before running a theatre event in Woking. Spurned KFC in favour of quick nuggets and chips at McD in new of their recent TV ad campaign.

Just had a massive refit and is fully digital meaning food is better than other locations and service quicker and more efficient.

Food is good and cheap so is ideal after a night out in Woking, especially as it's 24/7.

Its recently been refurbished. You can now order your food with touchscreens as well as speaking to a human. There looks to be tablets you can play with connected to one of the tables but I didn't get a good look as other people were sat there.

We usually poop in here after some retail therapy. As we have special dietary requests our food is always good to order, the staff could be more attentive to the customers and not so concerned with what each other is doing that night or the night before.
