McDonald's West Bromwich 3 in Birmingham

Terrible ordered a big tasty git home it was raw phoned the store sent pictures and video all they are offering is to change ge the order no o want my money back feel sick dont want another burger from you its put me right off can I get a refund No why because they feel that another meal is the answer what part of I dont want another isnt registering I am lost for words

I’ve ordered multiple times from this store, and almost every single time they missed something off? Kept going back for convenience but it’s getting annoying. I shouldn’t have to remind you what goes with my order and I shouldn’t have to keep chasing up for a refund.

Es triste decir que no Desayuno, incluso si era antes de las 10. 30 am, realmente lo agradecería si se apegaran a sus reglas.

Staff were great and toilets very clean however the staff serving were more interested in all the ubereats/deliveroo orders so when we got ours it was a bit cold (we ordered takeaway so didn't know until we got to the car) and then my meal was burnt (burger and chips) couldn't be bothered to drive back through the match day traffic to sort it. Will try eat here again next time.

El personal era excelente, los baños estaban limpios, sin embargo, el servicio era lento y el personal parecía preocuparse por lidiar con los pedidos de Ubereats / Deliveroo. Pedimos comida para llevar, lo que significaba que cuando volví a mi coche para comer noté que la hamburguesa y las papas estaban quemadas, lo cual fue una pena. Como era un día de partido, no estaba preparado para intentar regresar y clasificarlo. Intentaré de nuevo la próxima vez.

Disappointed with our order. Food luke-warm when it arrived, large coke was flat and a large fries only half full!

This new restaurant is opposite the West Bromwich football stadium so the local is awesome. The food was first class and the staff were really helpful. I will certainly be calling in again soon.
