late by 50 mins ! All food was cold ! Didnt seem like fresh food it was as if the order had been done a long while before the delivery person even got there to pick it up

I had egg in the one I wanted which I didn't want with no hash brown. and the 2nd mcmuffin single one had no egg which was wanted but it did have a hash brown. very simple order which was messed up easily.

Burger wasnt exactly hot, luke warm at best. Chips were cold and tasted like they had been on the rack for to long. Second time ive been disappointed with the quality of the food, even though the delivery was ahead of time.

food was cold due to the delivery driver goes 2 miles out of his way before he gets to us. we were wondering where he was going, at one point. and to top it off he was quite rude.

I feel it’s highly unacceptable to open a door to a delivery man while his taking a personal telephone call and talking to someone else

Ordered after my daughter returned from a school trip, for something quick and easy. ordered at 19:20food arrived at 20:45 time on app kept getting adjusted of waiting time. Yes food was fresh however wanted quick food so she could chill after a long day. Time get getting pushed back all the time for delivery not good enough. Absolutely appalling nearly an hour and a half later

Burgers were fine but chips were overcooked and dry and sauces were missing

Drink had spilled in the delivery cool bag ruined the bag with food

Order was missing two items. It's pretty standard to be missing items from this store.

Took over 50 minutes for delivery , the man that brought it dordled up the path on his phone to his mate. No urgency , food cold

Asked for plain cheese burger kids meals both come with added extra my daughter that is allergic to mustard had mustard on her bun that they had tried to scrap off after putting this on there luckily I always check before allowing her to eat it

order from here lots and the delivery time kept changing to up to 45 mins! waited over 1hr

Really poor can’t seem to get a order correct missed of a complete happy meal and large fries and a portion of 5 chicken selects it’s always something just cannot get a order correct.

The delivery never even arrived I ended up having to drive to mcdonald's and do the order again

Our original delivery time was 1835 but you kept changing the time's by the time it arrived it was cold even the ice in my drink had melted not happy especially when you charge me a service charge yet the service is rubbish personally service charges should be upto the customer and not compulsory.

Usually they never forget anything, but they forgot all 4 dips this time.

This place is terrible. Waited over an hour and a half for our food for it to arrive cold. Chips were stone cold and way over cooked too. Every time there’s always something wrong, either missing items, arrives mega late or it’s just stone cold. Never again, too often a terrible service!

Person delivering was great but the frie/ arrived very cold and stale. I took an hour for my food to get here so I’d assume that the food been sitting out for a while waiting for a delivery driver.

The delivery time's kept changing and by the time it arrived it was cold even my coffee was cold and what annoys me is that you ask me to tip the delivery driver which I did yet the service is diabolical.

How useless place is that, ordered the breakfast and get burned roll, then ordered some extra hash browns through the app before 11 but by the time I got to the window due to queue it was exactly 11 and they didn't accept it. Staff is not polite at all and don't know what they doing, absolutely disappointing.

Waited ages for my food and get a burger missing the salad and top bun!! When food preparation and service is your business how can you get it wrong?? This is what’s wrong with these American franchises. Outside of America the customer service and food quality is non existent. To be honest, I’ve experienced bad service from this and the Europa Way restaurant many times so at least they’re consistent.

I have just been on the phone to McDonald's to track my food and the manager was very nice to us and just said sorry but the food is with your driver the driver turned up just after 1hr and all the food is cold and we have 3 un happy kids we have never had problems ordering before so now my wife just gone out to get pizza for the kids I have just spent £40 and McDonald's and now £40 on pizza just not on

Waited in a que for ages it's not first time I've had to wait ages at this macdonalds. It was jus for a milkshake wen finally got to hatch they must of mad the milkshake the min I ordered it gave it me was nearly all melted to milk.

Why oh why are we Brits still putting up with the shoddy service provided by this chain? It is long past time McDonald's got their act together and started providing a service commensurate with the process they charge. Just ordered a delivery which was missing some elements (two straws for three drinks, no dogs included, despite being ordered) and was delivered cold. Won't be using again in a hurry 😜

Fries were cold when they arrived and only half full, there was no ketchup which i had paid for and the drinks had fallen over in the bag so were 1/4 empty

Food was not hot! On the tracking, the driver didn't seem to know where my location was.

They didn’t put the lid on the Fanta properly before packing it up and handing to the driver for delivery. This resulted in it tipping over during the drive and soaking through all the bags of food and the inside of the drivers bag. The entire meal arrived damaged and had to be binned.

Very poorly run McDonald's. App did not take payment at end of order. Manageress said she would check if payment had been taken but did not bother. She then reorderd for us and after an hour or going back and forth finally recieved our food which was 1 happy meal short. When we asked where it was she said she had only reordered one meal. No apologies. So then had to reorder and she changed us full price instead of the app offer. Warwick Tesco's McDonald's you really do need to not only sort out the app but also give your managers a course on customer service skills.✔️

The wrong order turned up missing practically everything I ordered. All that turned up was 4 hash browns and a drink. I said this to the driver and he said I need to contact just eat

After receiving our food during drive through and asking for bbq sauce, we were told there were no sauces available. Due to this we asked for another dip but was denied and told we’d have to pay extra. The customer service was appalling and attitude of the server who looked like a manager, refused and said we’d have to pay more even through they had no other sauces available. It’s extremely confusing and annoying when we’ve frequently been before and other employees have no issues and happily give sauces and dips at no extra cost. Not sure if this inconsistency was intentional for making more money but we were left with a cold attitude from the employee who seemed to expect us to re-join the long queue again just to pay for a little pot of sauce. Overall, we were left stunned by his behaviour towards us and left with cold food that we couldn’t enjoy. Very disappointing

The delivery driver was exceptionally rude. Couldn’t find the drop off location despite me putting ‘A&E Entrance. I was in the middle of having a contractions and she’s yelling at me down the phone asking me to direct her. Awful delivery driver!

Best macdonalds in the area. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. It’s very clean and welcoming and the app works every time unlike a lot of there other stores. We live in the area and will only use this macdonalds over the others nearby.
