Waited nearly 2 hours! What a joke!

I ordered 4 breakfast wraps..3 turned up….i called the restaurant and they said it was Nothing to do with them and I had to contact just eat for a refund…crazy when the restaurant was only 1 minute away and the restaurant messed up not just eat!Poor!

Took forever to get our food (take out on foot). They seem to prioritise drive-thru customers over everyone else. In the end our order took 20 minutes to be given to us, we only ordered a wrap and a cheeseburger. You’re better off going to the one on europa way.

Driver was extremely helpful, I forgot to change my address back on the app after ordering while at a friend’s house and the driver went out of his way to get my delivery to me, helpful very kind and patient. Highly recommend thank you

couriers attitude could have been better he knew very little English. also this delivery code is annoying and don't appreciate being pressured at my own door. oval food was excellent

Sharer meal for four - 4 McMuffins and 4 hash browns… or in this case NO hash browns! A simply “deal” order being offered and even that is wrong. Appalling!

Food was kept in boot of car so drink that was ordered has spilt and left just under half a drink!!!!! Also ordered 3 apple pies and received 2 …

Nothing worse than ordering then watching order after order behind you getting their food before you , no apology for the ten minute wait either , we had a simple order too nothing special!! Wanted to complain but I really couldn’t be bothered after the long wait!!

Come on get your act together, don't know how long the food had sat waiting for the driver but it was warm at best once we got it. Also I don't know what the driver had done but the drinks had started to spill and the bag they were in was falling to bits. Just very disappointing, We've ordered breakfasts from here and they always seem to arrive nice and hot. No consistency.

Long wait, cold food and staff who don’t speak. Popped in for a quick and easy late lunch with my partner and children. As soon as we walked through the door we could see that it was untidy, but we were hungry and willing to give it a go for some good food. Unfortunately, after ordering, I realised there were no clean tables available. I then had to wonder around to find a staff member to request they clean a table so that we could sit down. The staff member didn’t even speak to me, wondered over, rubbed a cloth on the table and one of the seats and then walked off, leaving the table still messy and sauce on the seats. We then had an almost 20 minute wait for our food, which arrived cold. Once again the staff just didn’t speak to us, even when spoken to and asked questions. Overall, it was a horrible and uncomfortable experience in a McDonald’s with as much atmosphere as a funeral directors. And although it was practically empty, nothing was cleaned by anyone without request. Do NOT recommend

Delivery time kept changing and was an hour by the time it turned up but the food was good

Ordered large wrap meal and gave me half portion fries.. went back and waited 10 minutes just to get fries because manager went on his break and didn't tell anyone to prepare it..shit service

How you can never remember sauce is beyond me, reading should at least be a requirement when applying.

18 min wait for breakfast. No means of an apology. Manager doesn't know what's going on. Drive thru orders being sent out but there is a restaurant of 30 upset people waiting! Mcdonalds need to get a grip on here. The manager kept taking orders yet there was over a 30min wait. I would say the worst run Mcdonalds in the country!

Excellent location next to Tesco for a bite pre or post or pre shopping. Friendly and professional staff to assist you. Ample parking on site with overflow into Tesco if needed.

forgot one of my mix and match’s, gave me the wrong sauce

Need to train their staff on how to read orders and check them. Everything.e I have ordered online, I have either been given the wrong item or an item is missing.

When I received my food and drinks the drinks had been spilt in the bag every where the lids where not put on properly and I am not happy with the fact I know have no drink with my food

Staff are nearly always incompetent, you don't need a rocket science degree to work here but apparently the people they hire can't count to 3!! Everytime Ive ordered online they are always missing half the items ordered! Painful to deal with this store, it's literally baffling how they cannot ever count beyond 3!!

Walk in take away service takes way to long, often waiting over 20 minutes for a small meal, can often see 20 drive through customers being served before I received my order, every time. Other McDonald’s are not that slow and get my food within a reasonable time I guess my walk in take away order doesn’t get priority unless I ask for it twice 🤷

When we went it was not busy at all, maximum 3 people in there, and drive through pretty much empty. We waited by the till to order for about 15 minutes, whilst multiple members of staff walked past and didn't try to help, there were a good 5-6 staff members. we then asked a member of staff if we could order and she said yes and walked away, we then waited another 5 minutes before being served. After this the food took bout 10 minutes which wasn't too bad. But while waiting we heard the other 2 people in there complain about the wait for food. When we finally got our food it was good, however part of the order was wrong. It was only a small order two burgers (only ketchup) and fries. Once sat eating the meal, there was two other people eating, and one of the staff came up to us and told us "we had two minutes" as they were closing. We said okay and started packing up our stuff while still eating as we'd only just gotten our food, as we were doing this the same staff member came back over and told us we needed to leave cause they were closing. And she never once went over to the other people and told them that they had to leave. If it was that much of a problem, they could have said nicely that they were closing soon so we had to take away. It seemed like they wanted us out just so they could go home.

Disgusting place. Third time this McDonald’s has messed up. First time they got the order wrong, second time there was a hair in my McFlurry and just been again to a big black hair in both mine and my partners fries. My partner went in to speak to them to then get greeted to staff not wearing beard nets or hair nets! Absolutely disgusting! Management need to sort their staff out and ensure they are compliant to health regulations!! 🤮

Drive through, took ages in queue for 20 minutes following order being taken. There were only 3 cars in front of me. I asked how much the chips were to be told,'I really don't know, and the shutter closed in my face. Then both meals were only like warm. I will not go again.

service is absolutely horrible! was surprised when the woman who i think is the manager told me (not in a nice way) not to stand in the counter to wait for our food. I understand the point but the way it was said isn’t the kind of customer service i expect coming from a “manager”. took almost 20mins for us to get our food! Just received the order, m spicy burger is hard like brick, chip are cold, have they kept this chicken fillet in the cabinet all day? Why the chips are cold too. Normally I don't have any problems like that. Wasted my money and time...

Was originally meant to be delivered at 14.40 didn’t arrive till 15.15 over an hour to get here just isn’t good enough wouldn’t of ordered if it had stated at the time it would be that long !
