Very poor, the day I went Waiting time was around 1hour I ended up with a parking ticket as I was there that long ffs

Standard McD’s, no different to any other McD’s. Friendly staff.

Workers have appalling attitude Hair on table Messed up the drinks as I ordered a coke and when it came it looked like coke but was mixed with oasis However the food it’s self was very nice despite being a bit greasy.

Food hasn’t come for over an hour we had payed for our food for them to just forget about our order only ordered a couple of items

The most shocking McDonald's I've been to. I actually went twice. The day before I queued In the drive through, expected to be waiting a bit because it was mega busy. Waited about 20 minutes from the back of the queue to getting food which was quite slow but expected. However the day after I went in at 10:30 at night as I was travelling back home and needed something to eat before I went. 40 minutes later I was pissed off and angry because not only did it take that long to sort my order out, they had also lost my order so I had to wait extra time for it to be remade. Wasn't anything big either. Was literally a box of 20 chicken mugs to share and a kids happy meal. Didn't get any apology for the time it took, or the fact my order was "lost". Fast food???? What fast food?. If there was another place open or nearby then would have gone there. But never again. Worst place ever

We went through the drive through on a busy August holiday and it took ages to get our food…. I know there was an approaching bank holiday and Skeggy was busy anyway but it was ridiculous the time we had to wait. Not the best McDonald’s experience to be honest

Very busy!! Not only that but on the day we went it was so busy they had to shut the drive through and also store orders, and i had to wait 2hrs for my food very unorganised and they lost all the orders off the screen!! The staff where awful 1 with pink hair 1 pink and 1 blue eyebrow pushed past all the customers saying move move!! The manager was ok he was trying to resolve the issue but when i asked him how long my food was (waited an hr and half at this point) he said 15 minutes so i gave him 20 minutes my food still wasnt out so i asked again and he said im sure this order went out (also not busy at this point as they had cleared the rest of the orders i was waiting the longest out of everyone!! So they had to redo the whole order again meaning i was waiting an additional 15 minutes and the food was cold and stale!!

Worst McDonald's I've ever visited in my life. Even during the quieter times there was an average wait of 30-45 minute's before getting our food. Could have literally gone to the pub and ordered a steak in the time it took us to get our so called fast food. Then when it finally came the order was never right and the food was freezing cold. The only thing that wasn't were the drinks, which were warm!!! Will not be going again and wouldn't recommend anybody else to either.

what an atrocious experience… absolutely disgraceful. food came cold, flies EVERYWHERE, dirtiest place ive been for a while. we were disgusted and unable to finish our meals due to multiple grimy, little flies smelling my chips. if i was to compare my experience to anything, i could compare it to a bin lorry. disgusted. staff look miserable, toilets were filthy and smelled revolting. absolutely disgusted in this place. do better mcdonalds. if i could rate this establishment 0 stars i would… but thats not allowed. so they get one star.

Store was filthy, no tables clean enough to eat at, food all over the floor. Toilets hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Had to wait 10+ minutes for two items. Milkshake/frappé machine not working. Ran out of most of their sauces.

I use McDonalds a bit and i used this one when i was in Skegness last week, we stopped for Breakfast the food was as expected. The floor outside in the seating area was covered in litter. We sat inside and could over hear in full view a staff conversation with what looked to be an area manager and one of the front of house staff, the conversation was in regards to another member of staff and how they are treated, the manager really did not what to here and dismissed the treatment and made excuses for the middle manager they did not take onboard what was been said to them not a good look and maybe not the best place to conduct this type of conversation in full view for the customers.

The place is an absolute filthy dump, toilets are always stinking and don't get cleaned much, been going there for years but not anymore,my advice is keep away from the place,too many bad points to list.the service is diabolical with some very lazy staff,best staff went to the other branch.🤮🤮🤮

Had to wait over half an hour to be served then another half hour for the food to come. It was very busy so waiting is to be expected but an hour is just to long to have to wait with three kids moaning that they are hungry

Went through drive thru for kids tea whilst on holiday and after paying got told to pull into the carpark and had to wait an hour for the food to be brought out, then they'd forgotten the milk shakes 🤬🤬🤬 Bloody useless 🤪🤯🤯

Terrible service, everyone waited a minimum of 30 minutes for their food if not longer. Staff were just kids who didn't care. Manager wouldn't come out to answer customers questions. There was a massive queue for people waiting for their food inside the restaurant, yet the drive through was prioritised and their food was being served in a timely manner. Filthy conditions inside and out.

Attended at 1400 during the school holidays. The place was rammed and the staff clearly couldn't cope. 30 minutes minimum for food. Tables were unclean and the were bins overflowing. Avoid.

They ran out of so many breakfast items by10.00 am.

They forgot one of my orders, another customer was waiting over half an hour for food with kids with them when a colleague came up to them said they ran out of sauces, the customer was trying complained about how long they have been waiting for their food to the colleague and the colleague just turned their back on the customer and walked off, Rude. Also this McDonald's was letting drunk druggies in taking drugs in the toilets with young kids about. And toilets r absolutely disgusting, won't be coming back here again. Worst service ever, not impressed as so was the other customers.

The dirtiest toilet I’ve ever seen this restaurant should be closed down I’ll be contacting Skegness health and safety Monday morning hopefully to close this restaurant before somebody gets serious poorly

Very busy today as its school holiday and warm, no ice-cream, sauce, staff under pressure to keep up, waited 15min for our order.

What an abysmal experience. I come here semi regularly when I have work in the area and, rather unsurprisingly, it's usually busy. But I find myself having to wait 10 - 15 minutes EVERY time when ordering via the drive through, is this deemed acceptable? The last time I ordered a double cheeseburger, it resembled one that had previously been regurgitated.

I had went in to get my mother a drink as well as a drink an apple pie for myself, the first issue arrived when I ordered my take out meal on the machines as the receipt dispenser wasn't working an looked busted, thankfully I asked one of the staff who asked me what my order was an gave me the correct number, the second issue came after getting my order the staff member placed them with force on the counter called my number an walked off I didn't even get a drink holder an had to struggle to carrie the drinks to the arcade, third issue was that my apple pie was overdone it was firm an hard on the crust an burnt my mouth an hands on the first bite, thankfully the order was fairly quick otherwise it was a pretty terrible experience

Very busy but what can you expect. Its in a great location and parking for 90 mins so you have time to nip across the road and use the arcades with the kids

Ordered on the app, took over 35 mins to come, asked twice where my food was they said they would go and find out nobody ever came back to me, finally got my food to find a piece of plastic in my Big Mac I took it back and all I got was oh sorry and they replaced the Big Mac, they closed the restaurant at about 6:45 and were not allowing anybody inside my daughter had left her shoes under the table when asked to go back in and fetch them I got a eye roll very unprofessional I’ve never been to a Mc Donald’s before where it’s absolute chaos i understand it was busy and and everyone was rushed off there feet but a bit better communication with customers and a bit more respect would go a long way I definitely won’t be going there again

ABSOLUTELY APPAULING. GAVE ME 9 CHEESE STICKS INSTEAD OF 12. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. AND MY FAVOURITE SECURITY GUARD WASNT THERE. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TOO, THIS TIME IT ONLY TOOK THEM AN HOUR OR SO. Ordered through drive through and had to wait over 15 minutes to get our food, when our food finally came there was things missing so went in to get what was missing, there was lots of people complaining that their order was wrong as well, manager was incredibly rude to everyone and her own staff. Absolutely no staff was wearing hairnets so how are they even allowed to stay open like that as surely that’s bad for food hygiene. When we finally got our missing food, it was COLD. Absolutely ridiculous how they are still open with customer service as bad as that. Went for a little breakfast, leaving knowing I’m never going back to that McDonald’s, I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. Terrible.

Absolutely useless! The manager is rude. They messed up our food completely, asked staff for help they did nothing had to ask the manager who has no customer service skills. Had to wait for 15 minutes then wait another 15 for them to fix their mistakes! They didn’t even fix their mistakes the porridge was freezing cold like it was left on the side for ages! Most of the order missing, staff that refuse to come to the counter when you call them over politely. The filthiest toilets I've ever seen in my life, urinals that are thick with dust and hairs, and the sink full of vomit up to the top. This was at 7.30am on a Monday morning and when I asked a member of staff if the toilets had been checked that day the answer was "I don't know" absolutely disgusting.

Slow service waited 20 mins for food, crew were swearing at each other. Manager couldn’t care less. And there was a girl with pink hair who was a crew member on the front without a hat which I am pretty sure it’s procedure to wear a hat at McDonald’s. I thought it's supposed to be Fast Food, waited 20 mins after my order number came up for collection, asked several times where my order was to be told they're waiting for McFlurrys of which several McFlurrys were served to other customers who had placed their order after mine. So I asked and got a refund and left.

I remember the basic simple hamburger as being nice & tasty, the one I got yesterday was dry tasted horrible looked sad as if it didn't want to be there. I asked for sugar for my toffee latte but was not given a wooden stirrer, things like that use to be left out for self service. I took a straw to stir the sugar. Later on the staff member doing cleaning came around & blocked me in with a child's high chair & some other contraption.

Nice friendly staff just sometimes over busy and a very long wait for food do you have to ask usually as well for the tables to be cleaned but can't fault the staff

Visited during school holidays and it was extremely busy, used the app to order and have food brought to the table the food was piping hot and was brought to the table within 5 mins of ordering way quicker than people who were waiting in the queue. Staff were friendly even though it was packed.

Went to McDonald's at skegness parade branch at 18:51 (monday 5th august).. what rude staff! I understand you guys are stressed and busy but to be talked at the way I was in the driverhru is an absolute joke! Went to the toilets and the floor was a complete mess, no wet floor signs down, absolutely stank of urine, numerous cracked floor tiles(which squelched when stepped on) and broken toilet seat!!

In Skegness Grand Parade branch of McDonalds today with family. Absolutely shocking hygiene. Tables not cleaned and food all over the floor. Fourty minutes wait for food not good enough. Manager was cleaning tables just before leaving. Said cannot get staff.no excuse for poor standards of cleaning. Customers do make a mess but McDonald's should be on the ball with constant cleaning of food eating areas. My view is poor management and extremely low standards on hygiene. We have come through a tough few years of Covid and strict controls. Has nothing been learned. One star.

What an absolute shoddy joke, Skegness is heaving this week, food was ok but 25 minutes from ordering and waiting in the car park is a joke. Flat coke, when asked if they will change it their response was everything is flat, Why not make your customers aware at the first point that drinks are broken and give them an alternative or even a national voucher! Even if you pre order on the app there is 2 opportunities for the store to check and discuss your order with you before you even pick it up. Crap attitude from staff but it's not the staff's fault, it's just money making management.

Order a meal for family.. after waiting 30 minutes for food it was cold .. someone can’t obviously count.. ordered 6 chicken nuggets.. only 4 in box.. drinks were warm.. I know it’s a busy site but you could at least get the orders right and give hot food

Disgusting service and attitude from the so-called manager at this dump. I'm assuming the service of the drive thru is robustly checked because cars and vans were being served quickly. People paying inside however are just left to wait while that takes priority.

Due to the incompetence of one of the workers and they're inability to look for table signs me and my partner were made to wait over 40 minutes after ordering our food even then my partner was forced to go inside and then carry all of the food out to the table despite just ordering table service completely against the objective would not go here again.

We had our food to take away it was red hot chips were crispy and everything done to what we asked for plain, only cheese etc perfect well done best we've had.

I'm sorry but this Maccas is one of the worst I've ever been to. The following experience is typical. Order from the screen, take a locator, wait forever, maybe 30 minutes. Eventually go to the front to ask where it is, guy finds a tray with cold food on and passes it to me, no apology. I hand it back and say make me some more please - and another wait. It is inexcusable, making the term "fast food" laughable. The new alternative Maccas in Skegness on Wainfleet Rd currently puts them to shame.

Had to wait 50 minutes for food in the drive through because they “forgot our order” and they only gave us our food because we went in and complained. Rude and unapologetic staff and the food was cold. Security just sat outside smoking.

Went threw drive threw they missed putting threw half the order ended up putting 2 orders in and still got it wrong then when up at the serve window they were clueless and I ended up telling them dont bother just refund both payments and went to KFC along the road.

Possibly one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've ever had. The drive thru was painfully slow at best even though we were the only people there initially. From waiting to order what seemed an age to collection of the food, which also took forever (6 min sat at the window as a queue formed behind) to watching a staff member blowing their nose into napkins then handling the food without washing their hands, pretty off putting & unhygienic.

I've never been in a macdonalds where you have to wait so long for a egg and bacon macmuffin nobody else was waiting took ten to fifteen mins chairs still up on tables and this was after 9 in the morning I won't be going to this one again only good thing about it was there's tiolets the food same has every other macdonalds service rubbish

Made an order and was waiting for 30 minutes until i realized it disappeared from the screen,spoke to a member of staff and he made this order for me but of course drink from happy meal was missing. Within this time i've seen number of people complaining about missing items,some had stuff they didnt order. I understand it was busy at this time of day,but this is a bit too much. Food was good for a mcdonalds tho.

Worst experience I've ever had. If i could leave 0 starts i would, Had 2 separate orders in the same car 1 was forgotten and other came out cold. Went in to check on the other order, and there was a que of people complaining and asking for refunds. Both orders were finally remade 1hr after originally ordering and came out still cold with some things missing, staff were rude, didn't know what to do and just didn't care. Will not come back again

1st time going to this newly placed McDonald's,well it will be my 1st and last ever visit? The wait for the food was a good 20-25 mins at least. When I did finally receive it the food was overcooked and the fries were hard and salty,in fact they were hard to ingest. To be honest it was not even Uber busy either so no excuse really. I went to the other McDonald's just a short drive away and wow the difference in quality is unreal,I proper enjoyed yesterday's meal. But never returning to the retail park one!!!
