Food was tasteless.bearly warm. Place was dirty. Staff were OK. Won't be going back there again ever. Wouldn't recommend people to go there either

I asked for meal crispy chicken and double Mac , but they charge me for single item and then I asked they said must paid for chips . I thought mc Donald staff under stress they lie’s customer too . Tee must avoid this restaurant.

Whatever you do, do not order via UBER from McDonald’s in Winchester Street. Every time something is missing from our order. It’s not the delivery driver as the bags are sealed! Rubbish service and disappointment all round again!

The self service tills at this branch haven't been giving out order numbers or print outs for months. Its chaos, you have to guess which order is yours.

Awful. Food was cold. Order was incorrect. Other people complained about the same issues. This is the second time we have had problems with this McDonalds. Have never had problems with any other McDonald's branch. Terrible experience. Will never stop there again.

For 4 hash browns, one drink, a sausage and a bacon muffin = £20+. Hash Browns went from £1.39 to £1.99 in less than a week. I can’t believe that a global business like this needs to profiteer from bloody potatoes. Great breakfast don’t get me wrong, my literal favourite, but absolutely ridiculous price now. Hardly family friendly in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Local takeaways are now cheaper than MacDonalds, you get more for less and more quality. Going off MacDonalds until their prices aren’t ridiculous and insensitive.

Staff are very unprofessional and look untidy, not well presented at all. Ordered four ice creams which took 20 minutes only for our order to be wrong when it was finally ready.Don’t waste your time.

Stopped in for breakfast one morning. We were hotel guest at the Red Lion and this restaurant is just a few blocks away. Had to order from a kiosk, which was a little annoying. But our egg McMuffins came out hot and fresh. My husband said his coffee was good and hot. Can’t complain about the food! Service was pleasant restaurant was clean.

As it was very cold and McDonald's was warm I went in. I ate chicken burger from saver menu with onions and curry dip plus latte coffee. I savoured it all and then procured a tea to was down coffee and burger. Very nice, and is cheaper than other places.

I had ordered my food and was waiting when I witness a member of staff wipe her nose with her hand, she was not wearing gloves, she then proceeded to the fryer where she started to put the Hash Brown's into the packets, whilst doing this she coughed several times all over the food. At this point I went to the counter to ask to speak to a manager and ask for a refund. It turns out the woman who was wiping her nose and coughing was the Manager Clara, I did get a refund and she apologised but this is disgusting behavior, its certainly put me off going to that particular Macdonalds ever again!!!

Not so much about the food or service, more so about the staff. Shift manager this evening was shouting at a young member of staff, was completely disrespectful and out of order. Should not be treating your young members of staff like this (especially on a Friday night) 🤬

Twice in a month we ordered an online delivery direct with McDonalds and not through Uber. On both occasions we had an email to say food was delivered but it had not. On both occasions they took the money. Uber don’t want to know and the staff at this branch try blaming it on Uber being totally oblivious to the law. The manager must be utterly incompetent and nothing more than a criminal rogue if this type of thing is allowed to be repeated.

Hoy en dìa creo que merezco mucho màs que un restaraunte normal y cuando estès igualmente en sus piensas entonces hay que ir a McDonald's y experencìa todo por a ti mismo. Antes de nada deberìa explicar que el menù es tan grande y complicado y por lo tanto debes ser paciente y vale la pena tener un lapiz y papal para hacer una lista de opccìones posible. As muy importante eligir una mesa en is esquina para ver vistas hermosas pero sobre todo apreciar el medio ambiente y sofisticaçìon de este lugar. Pues, ahora venimos a la cosa màs dificil. Què quieres comer. Aunque en un lado el menù le parece simple no, no es el caso. Hay un monton de opccìones desde platos principales hasta postres que derretir en tu Boca y tambièn ponen un risa en tu cars a mismo tiempo. Si todo lo demàs falla entonces puedes preguntarte el gerente quien te asvisa los mejores plates. Siempre que tienes mucha fueras de voluntad entonces que valdrà la pena. Por supuesto al final recibiràs la cuenta y aunque no es caro igualmente no es barato pero siempre digo "què alivio". ¿Por què venir aquì? Para el mejor. Despues de todo es por eso estamos aquì. Sofisticacìon con comida de clase mundial es un mezcla perfecto. O a ver las cosas desde un àngular diferente. Es excelente relacìon calidad-precio. Guau. Estoy tan feliz ahora mismo y otra vez.

Mientras en Salisbury por supuesto querìa far un regalo especial a mi esposa y de repente me di cuenta que estaba muy cerca aquì a McDonald's y desde luego tenìa que entrar. Antes de nada es tan importante eligir cuidadosamente. Normalmente puede tomar màs que treinta minutos para decidir pero siempre es que vale la pena. En este caso el restaurante era bastante tranquillo pero tan sofisticado y los trabajadores estàn muy simpatico y professional. Mi comida era muy delicioso y sabroso y a pesar de esto no era caro. Si quieres or algo especial entonces no puedo recomendar McDonald's màs altamente. Guau. Perfeccìon.

Salisbury es mi ciudad favorita y mientras estaba ahì querìa buscar por algo buena para tomar almuerzo. Por supuesto hay mucho variedad de restarauntes y cafeterìas asì que literamente estàs estropeado para la opcìon. Es muy importante eligir bien y si,por ejemplo necesitas apretar su cinturon o simplamente quieres algo seguro entonces McDonald's siempre es el lugar perfecto. Este restaurante està en la carretera principal y es limpiar, los camareros son muy simpatico y sobre todo este lugar es muy sofisticado. El menù es monstrado en las pantallas y tiene todo lo que podrìas querer o deseo de. Siempre la comida es deliciosa y sabrosa.En total no hay absolutamente nada de què quejarse.

A typical McDonald's located in the centre of Salisbury. Service was quick and staff very helpful. Plenty of tables available even downstairs. My Big Mac and the fries in particular were not very hot, on the cold side really, hence average for the food. The coffee was nice. Overall quick and cheap food so not too bad.

The black coffee here is probably the best cheap coffee. On the bitter side but not sour :) service always quick and prices always cheap

Well located next to Tesco on the Southampton Road this wonderful new restaurant where if you eat upstairs you also get a view of the cathedral. Very clean, excellent service and the usual high standard of food and drink.

Entramos al restaurante vacío (esto debería haber sido una advertencia) para encontrar casi todas las mesas llenas de basura. Limpiamos una mesa para sentarnos con los niños y pedimos comida. El piso estaba grasiento y cubierto de comida. La comida vino rápidamente pero las hamburguesas y patatas fritas estaban frías! Teniendo en cuenta que no tenían clientes, no puedo entender por qué la comida no estaba recién hecha. Finalmente conseguimos hamburguesas calientes y nos dimos por vencidos con papas fritas ya que los niños tenían hambre. Desafortunadamente, los niños necesitaban el inodoro, el olor al abrir la puerta era repugnante y el piso estaba muy mojado, casi inundado. El restaurante del piso de arriba estaba vacío, aparte de que algunos adolescentes abusaban del wifi y los cargadores gratuitos, cada mesa tenía comida y desperdicios de basura y los contenedores se derramaban sobre el piso. Durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí, ninguna de las mesas estaba despejada, los pisos eran vergonzosos y los otros "clientes" eran jóvenes adolescentes que entraron y no compraron ningún alimento, simplemente enchufaron sus teléfonos y usaron el wifi. No podíamos poner nuestra basura en el contenedor ya que estaban llenos y se estaban derramando. Cuando nos fuimos notamos mucha basura y medio comida en el sendero que está afuera y en la entrada del restaurante. Sin duda no volveremos a visitar este restaurante!

Went here for lunch we took food to go found somewhere to sit food was pipping hot and lovely now you don’t come across that very much so very pleased with food

Salisbury's Mc D's was clean and tidy and the staff did their job well in a warm and friendly manner. The coffee was of the usual standard and although they were busy the delivery of the coffee was in good time.

As with all McDonalds, the food is of a reasonable standard but what lets it down is the dirty tables, dirty floor, a little bit of attention to detail would go a long way.

Eat here often and never less than delighted. Food always piping hot, fresh and well presented and always good value.

Estaba en Salisbury demasiado temprano para un domingo por la mañana y vi a McDonalds. Fue un salvavidas ya que tengo que admitir que amo su salchicha y huevo McMuffin comida con un hash marrón y un café con leche

Fuimos temprano en la noche y conseguimos comida (que en sí misma estaba bien). Subimos a comer, luego alguien colocó unas sillas en los pasillos y poco después las luces se apagaron. . Luego nos pidieron que bajáramos las escaleras.

Siempre he encontrado que la comida de McDonald's es la misma donde quiera que vaya, y Salisbury McDonald's no es la excepción. Es el lugar perfecto para llevar a los niños a comer algo rápido. A los niños les encantan las comidas de los niños y realmente me gustan los wraps y un café.

What can I say mc Donald's is what it is, I love a happy meal or big mc but keeping it clean seems to be a slight issue

We often enjoy McD's hot chocotale as it is excellent value for money and tastes ok. Although Salisbury's Mc D's was busy, the service was quick and the tables were clean, as were the toilets.

No complaints at all. Hot food served fast and benefitting from the self-ordering system. Usual good quality.

Nothing to special about this Mac D's apart from the fact that its in Sailsbury :) Its staff are friendly & the food...well we all know how yummy this food is right otherwise you would not be reading this Right..

Visitamos hoy y experimentado el más sucio Mc Donald's que he visto. Mcdonald's es uno de los lugares más consistente se puede comer. Sabes lo que vas a obtener. Todos los restaurantes son generalmente limpias y ordenadas. Sin embargo, esta rama en Salisbury estaba asquerosa. Comida todo el suelo y las mesas sucias. Frente a mesas de personal de limpieza o borrado pero nunca vistas. No ordinariamente comentar tal cosa, pero no podía creer lo bastante desordenado y sucio que McDonalds era.

I often come here for a meal the staff are ALWAYS friendly & because of my Asperger syndrome I ask if they could turn the music off while there & they happily comply because with my Asperger syndrome I just cannot focus & I let them know when I leave so they can switch it on again!!!! I would like to make particular mention of the manager Yvonne who has been so so supportive she is a real star ⭐️!!! ALL the staff are great & the food !!!!! Is brill & tasty !!!!!!!

After my negative review last year I witnessed a lot of improvement in this restaurant, so I thought, they deserve a positive acknowledgement for that. The new interior is nice and well-designed. The four big touch screens make ordering much quicker and easier, although in response they are a bit slow sometimes compared to an average smartphone. I see large teenage groups and smoking in the door a smaller issue now. The restaurant management might have talked to these young people. They definitely recruited enough staff, as sometimes I count 10-12 people behind the counter. The restaurant is also much cleaner, even if I see some dirt or rubbish every once in a while, it is usually cleaned up during my staying. For a fast food restaurant these are great results, especially if wee look back, where this particular branch is coming from. Well done!

I appreciate really good food and enjoy eating out in restaurants. I do not understand why people can be snobbish about fast food when it is as good as this. This place is heaving with customers all day and evening, which proves they are doing something right. The buns with salad and chicken are so fresh and tasty with accompanying hot crispy outer, soft inner, thin chips cooked to perfection. How they do this year in year out for such a cheap price I never know. Children love it too and we all know how difficult children can be about food. I would not rave about sitting in a crowded place but when the food is this tasty and so cheap it is a treat! In good weather just collect it and use it as a picnic. Just remember to dispose of the packaging carefully, for sure you will not be disposing of the food!

I needed a quick, hot breakfast. The staff member was courteous but the breakfast range was not good. Being in a hurry I ordered a breakfast wrap which was disgusting. Warm, flabby dough with rubbery tasteless contents. But it was quick service, I suppose.

Nice new makeover and staff are warm and welcoming. One staff (I think he's polish) was very helpful and even went out of his way to help me find a table, carry my tray and even get my daughter a high chair 5* Customer Service!! Downstairs where it's mostly busy was lovely and clean. One lady had a drink bottle leak on her pram hood so with complete stupidity she brushed it off onto the floor then just walked away leaving it open for someone to slip over However with the Salisbury staff being on the ball they put a wet floor sign out and cleaned it up, the water was gone and dried within 2minutes.Let's not forget the food! Always yummy and love that you can swap the fries for a fruit bag for the little ones!

We nipped in on a quiet Sunday eve to pick up a couple of meals for 2 exhausted kids. After standing in a long queue for the only manned till I then had to wait nearly 15 minutes for fish fingers, fries and fruit shoots. The wait was over 20 minutes in total and certainly not a Happy Meal!!! The photo shows 3 members of staff staring at a screen full of orders and a screen of orders waiting to be filled. Recently refurbished but a dreadful system that won't get me rushing back.

Staff need training. Helpful staff member at the till but with poor product knowledge. The manager/managing staff member was very clearly flustered, making no secret of how overwhelmed he was with the work... this was on a quiet evening and when I counted the customers there were fewer than 10 (very quiet for a mcdonalds)

I do not want to talk too much about the food, it is Mc Donald's food. Everyone knows it. I'd rather talk about the circumstances of this restaurant. We can say I am a regular customer with 3-4 visits each month, so I do have an impression of the struggling of this restaurant in the past year. They are nonstop looking for staff for more than a year. Therefore they are always understaffed. Poor boys and girls work their guts out for minimal wage, so it is not a miracle none of them smiles. The floor is always dirty, as well as the tables. I do not blame the staff, as it is just physically impossible to keep the place clean and serve food with this amount of people. And it still could work, if most of the customers wouldn't behave like animals, and would clean after themselves. Unfortunately this is the second (or first?) home of hundreds of teenagers between 12 and 16. At least 50% of the customers are coming from this age group. Sometimes 10-12 of them are sitting at a table, while 2-3 of them eating a cheeseburger or drinking one coke. The restaurant has a nice upstairs part, but in the evenings this is often closed. In this case sometimes it is not possible to find a place to sit, as all the tables are full with loud teenagers, who leave awful dirt behind themselves.Another problem with these young herds is that 90% of them pretends they are already chain smokers. Often it is difficult to get to the front door, as there are 10-20 of them standing in the way, producing so much smoke, that the native Americans could read a message out of it in Salisbury USA. I am in my 30s, so I like to believe that I still remember for something in my teenage years. I am not against having fun and hanging out with friends, even though I found better and more exciting places for this activity than a Mc Donald's. But ok, this is what they love. The problem is just not caring about anyone else. Smoking in the door (not to mention it is illegal in this age), leaving outrageous mess, shouting loudly. I am not sure, how this situation could be solved.If even after a year Mc Donald's is just unable to recruit enough people to work here, maybe they should raise the salary of the poor guys in there, and attract more workers with more money.With enough staff maybe they could keep up with the herds, and the floor wouldn't look like a disaster each time I go in.Also, the constant nicotine smoke and mess at the front door is very disturbing.I hope, some higher management reads this review, as currently it is a very unpleasant experience to visit Salisbury Mc Donald's.I hope, it can be sorted out somehow.

Went in to get a breakfast McMuffin and coffee, Staff helpful without seeming to want to appear too helpful.Order was taken and provided without much interaction, staff do their job but without wanting to excel.

Quick pit stop en route to Salisbury Playhouse. Prompt service, clean and tidy, friendly staff. Food was hot, coffee steaming and well appreciated.

Had s great mc muffin meal with of all things s toffee latte . Strange as it sounds l really enjoyed it. Staff were quick and very friendly and the place was as clean of you would expect in any where joy find food Highly recommended

Visited the Salisbury branch tonight, and all in all it was one big disappointment, went in solely for a milkshake, but the guy serving us, who's name was frank (who is one of the managers there) turned around and said they can't do milkshakes, so ended up ordering a Mcflurry instead, which ended up being a tub of ice cream with three bits of Oreo in it? Whilst frank was making the Mcflurry he mentioned to his colleagues that they needed to stop selling mcflurrys and switch the machine off, this was at 9pm, two hours before they officially close, which is also why I imagine they weren't selling milkshakes as they had turned the machine off!

mcdonadls is mcdonalds not to much more i can say, the place was clean and the mcdonalds staff was just as normal as mcdonalds staff can be :)

Can't get over how polite the guys in this McD's were!! Good place to grab a meal. It was clean and tidy and there was a nice buzz but it wasnt ridiculously busy - we could comforatbly find somewhere to eat.

So another Mcd's but in this case this reveiw is about a warning. As a quarter pounder with cheese expert I am aware that some McD's tend only to put one slice of cheese on their 1/4pounders this is wrong and you should complain. Salisbury is unfortunately one of those sites that do it. Please be aware.

I sometime's pop into McDonald's as it is a cheap lunch and convenient. The staff are friendly and the manager is a very helpful lady. It is a great McDonald's and I am always happy to visit it.

I popped in here for a quick, tasty and cheap meal, and to warm up on a cold evening. All my expectations were met and more - the server was helpful, friendly and even apologisedThat there was a short wait because I'd asked for a burger without sauce.

This was my husband's & my first Mcdonald's experience outside of the US. The food quality was very good. The service was nice especially to our tourist questions. The upstairs were closed (bathrooms included), and it was obviously a very popular location given the crowd. Lots of kids & patrons. Very modern decor. Glad we stopped.

As a family we tend to visit this McDonald's about once a month. The food is the same as all the other McDonald's however the service in the Salisbury restaurant is very good, we have never had any problems, the staff always seem to be polite, friendly and helpful. Well done Salisbury.

Food always fresh and piping hot. You have a great floor staff member... although I don't know the name he has blonde hair and he is always willing to carry your food over, take you tray off you, wipe tables and fetch highchairs. Top man!
