Using self service machine and half the drinks were not available for certain meal deals.

Everything you need in fast food place. Nothing extremely fachinating and nothing bad. Service was very friendly and nice

2 delivery orders.....just awful. Dry old tasting food, chips tasted like they had been sitting around for ages.

Fastish food. Need to park up often but not for too long.

AVOID THIS STORE!! Unreliable. Can’t recall the last time they managed to get an order right. They’ve certainly messed my daughter’s order one time too many. Never going there again. Never ordering through the app either. Think it’s time to complain to head office. They tell you a refund needs to be requested through the app yet the app tells you need to call the store. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cold chips, returned to have even more cold chips

Asked if the dips were in the bag and they said yes, got home and they weren’t!!! Not happy right now

You can absolutely guarantee that your order will be wrong, regardless of what you order. It’s infuriating that every time I’ve been here my order has been wrong. I even went inside to order today as I thought it may be that the drive-thru often get it wrong, but no, as expected there were items missing. The staff also need training on what good customer service looks like, rather than running around giggling and messing about! I will never go there again!

Just got a take away, to find half a carton of cold soggy chips asked for a burger with just onions and red sauce to find one little slice of onion! My strawberry thick was more thin shake! My daughters lemonade was flat, and the same with the chips and everything was cold. Last time I wil go here absolutely terrible waste of money.

Order taken efficiently but when I went to pay at next window the staff member ignored me, talking to his colleague, I sat there for 5 miniutes or longer, he did not even acknowledge me, I moved to the next window and the girl gave me a row because I had not payed. She reculenty took my money to cashier. When she came back she told me the cashier was dealing with another order. I would have appreciated being told this, I did tell the girl this. It would have been nice to be told acknowledged and told why there was a delay.

It is not 24 hour! We were left waiting for 30+ mins

Not sure if I have just been handed a Mc Flurry or an old pot of paint, no toppings unless they are under the plaster of Paris, normally quite good.

McDonald's, the 24 hour service with their big signs that say so and adverts on the radio that lead you in to false pretence everyday. You are not a 24 hour restaurant so stop pretending. You either having a 'system update' 'short staffed' 'got no food' or generally can't be bothered. Either way change your signs.

Problem on this Mcdonald is so slowly 🐌 😪 always. And missing something in order is normal.

Can almost guarantee something will be missing from the order.

Very dirty place and a few people slipping when entering as the floor was very wet!!

If you want your food right keep driving. Store can never seem to get an order right. Limited parking due to delivery drivers sitting in the parking spaces waiting for orders to come through. Staff direct you to park up every time you're there.

Milkshake or mcflurry machine is off alot of the time, They Tried to palm me off with a small portion of frys in a large box but did swap it for me when went back in. The coke very often tastes flat as if the syrups gone, often mess up orders but that seems to be the case with all maccys. One morning I get served a sugar donut then when back a few days later and I'm told they can't sell desert items with the morning menu.

We had to wait for our takeaway told to park & wait. Right at the exit looks like MDonald Parking it is not. You will get a £60-100 fine for parking there. Texaco Sgiwen Services are worst services I have visited

Friendly service even at the most hectic McDonald's you could wish for.. and yes.. they always remember my sweet and sour sauce.. this being the hallmark of any good McDonald's!

Food always missing orders milkshakes tipped all over over the food and lukewarm

Forgot my sons chicken nuggets, ap wasnt working so I didn't get my treat or right burger. They concerntrate on deliveries rather then customers, no doubt as more profitable

Staff tried charging extra 10p for sauces even though they was free on the app they never put them in our order . Service was not the standard id expect from mcdonalds .

Called in for a quick stop on our way home from a mini break with the kids. It was peak time so we waited a while after placing our order via the app. Unfortunately our order went to the wrong table so they had to remake the whole thing. When it finally arrived (approximately 45 mins after placing order) one item was missing and one item was incorrect. Also no milkshakes available which seems to be ‘the norm’ for McDonald’s these days. Before leaving went to use the toilet and there was no toilet roll in the ladies. Disappointing.

Only there usually for my daughter's Happy Meal but McDs points system is outstanding and I got myself a McSpicy. Good parking. Always busy but quick service.

Food was cold, chips were like cardboard, burger was cold with a very hard bread roll as if it had been standing around for ages. The bbq chicken wrap didn't have any bbq sauce. Overall the food was shocking.

need to be trained to take an order, then give customer that correct order. they never seem to get order right and the drive thru. nothing worse than getting home to find something missing. its just typical from there.

Several times on delivery there has been items missing or food not what as ordered. Example wrap with no salad having salad and burger without cheese having cheese

Filthy dining hall. No one making sure tables are cleaned and cleared. Floors are not cleaned.

Absolutely awful. There's is nothing there. No mc crispy, no, ice cream, no milkshake, no apple pie, no brownies, no cookies, no frappe, no grill chicken wraps, no coke cola, no iced coffee, no ices smoothies. Got my order wrong and everything was cold.

Been to this particular McDonald’s a few times now as it’s on my commute, not only do you have to wait over 30mins for your food but they can’t get a order right! Today I had to go back in 2 times because they messed my order up twice! Who do they employ? It’s not rocket science!! Can safely say I will not be returning again!!

Not 24hr cones are always out and they get your Order wrong most of the time.

Not reliable when driving there at night as they randomly desire to close (happens all the time) and blame the tills. Came to this one cause the ice cream machines broken at the other McDonald’s…. They make loads of money

As you would expect from McDonald's. Fast, efficient and well prepared. Manager particularly friendly and helpful. Rest rooms could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Wouldn't bother. They are all useless! If it's not forgetting your extras such as sauces or other condiments they make you pay for or the food being completely cold! I've actually gone to physically order food over 3 times in the last year and the "tills are being updated" not impressed!

Aoways good fun to visit here, to see conservation efforts in practice and lots of things to do for smaller children. Not the biggest park so it doesn't take long to go around but enough to do to make it worthwhile.

Visited this week ordered food to eat in,food came with burger incorrect if it wasn't for Kevin bringing burger back correctly after I waited 10mins I think I may have still been waiting,Kevin was great other staff on same shift 100%rude I won't be going back there in a hurry

I had a Delivery Your staff need clearly need reading lessons or they should go to specsavers. Surely reading info in front of you is a requirement for the job poor food quality poor customer service..

Went to buy food from the drive thru as I was in a hurry to get home from work. Ordered a large double big Mac meal, chicken nuggets & a chocolate brownie. Drove halfway up the motorway, opened the bag of food to realize they had forgot to put my burger and chocolate brownie in the bag? Only chicken nuggets and chips... Absolutely abysmal. I will never order food from here ever again.

The staff were just miserable at the drive through, could clearly tell they didn’t want to be there, and the food was horrible the chips were brown and hard, like they been sat under the heater for ages, and the burgers were not even wrapped properly and was half open and had tomato sauce all over the wrapper and were cold, tasted like rubber the cheese was hard and had started to darken around the edges, spent around £20 and the only thing worth it was the drinks

Called in for a coffee. Nice and quiet at the time. Machines out of paper as always. Staff don't interact anymore since self service machines were installed

Regularly missing items purchased as part of a delivery order. This morning ordered the Sausage and Egg McMuffin Meal... they didn't send the Sausage and Egg McMuffin, that's literally the main part! It's the very thing the meal is named after! This happens regularly at this outlet and has been happening for far too long, management were informed but nothing has changed. Go only as a last resort.

Food was below the required temperature for food safety.

Louise who was the floor manager was absolutely lovely to us this evening, great personality and brilliant service. Our food took a little longer than normal at the drive through and she went above and beyond in sorting. Thank you so much Louise!

Disappointed... my uncle treated myself and his 2 nieces. Dirty tables, trays not cleared, bins were overflowing and flies inside the restaurant. Further to this the sauce dispenser was empty. I asked for sauce and was advised by the shift manager that it was complimentary only and i had to pay for sauce (I had ordered already by this point and was waiting for the food to arrive). Very disappointed.. and was not even busy.

Lovely place and food was lovely but my only issue is the food wasn't hot enough when served up. They was busy doing loads of other things and orders were backing up.

It is with a heavy heart I say "McDonald's may aswell be shut down what with the quality of they're food and the attitude on staff........gutted.........but there it is "Maccy d's is officially off my eat out places". Has anyone else noticed EVERYTHING tastes of fish. Maybe clean the hot plate once in a while instead of just scraping it.

Great service and the food was hot, today a young girl called Charlie deserves her first star, her attitude to her role was exemplary.

McDonald's is McDonald's, this one is a regular for us. Food quality isn't always fantastic but it's ok. Staff are lovely.

Just stopped for coffee on way to work. Ordered on the app so quite quick but staff were pleasant and coffee was hot.

I don't use McDonald's very often thankfully and when I occasionally go there I remember why I don't go there

Just had 3 meals delivered with uber. Yet again, it's all freezing cold. Chips were all tipped out in the bag and stale. Burgers were so cold I had to reheat them. I had a coffee which is also flipping freezing. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Ron Moundsy, sort your managers and staff out. Sick of wasting money here. And I cant blame the uber driver as he came straight to me which is a 5 min drive.

Standard McDonalds layout but the food is well below average. Of the four burgers ordered all were cold. Little to no lettuce or sauce in the McSpicy, Double quarter pounder was unbelievably dry and the normal hamburgers were barely together. Most of the food looked like it had been thrown together, literally, and it was a really quiet time so no excuses. Whilst there one delivery order driver needed to wait for the food to be cooked fresh as the server wasn't happy with it. Maybe an off night but not the great.

They often forget to put part of your order.

1 out of 5. Went through drive through could barely hear the person who clearly had an attitude and didn’t want to be there. Ordered mcCrispy burger to try, and a mcChicken sandwich. Got home to discover both chicken burgers had the mcSpicy chicken burger in them and not the normal mcChicken sandwich chicken burger and mcCrispy chicken burger. Both very disappointed, and not what we ordered. Would not be ordering the mcSpicy anytime soon as flavour is very strong, we were looking forward to our food after a long and busy day. If there was no normal chicken burger patties for either burger would have preferred them to inform us to order something else or would have gone to another McDonald’s. Will not be returning to the Skewen McDonald’s after reading all the other terrible reviews.

Call this a portion? Always dissapointed with orders here. Cold food, missing items, long wait times. I give up with this restaurant.

Every time Ive been here, something has been wrong. I have avoided it for a while but it was on my way home and only wanted 2 bacon double cheese burgers. Can’t go wrong surely? Forgot the BACON in my bacon double cheeseburgers. Always something wrong or missing. I can understand a mistake once or twice but it has been every single time. Really frustrating.

Probably the best McDonald's I've been to for a while . Excellent service Tilly I think her name was very polite and quick and seemed very professional. I will now eat here regularly even though it's out if my way. Highly recommended.
