Literally worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They’re cheating the system by serving off all orders as soon as they’re placed without handing them out to customers to make their numbers look better. As a result I waited 15 min for my wrap, when I eventually asked them, I got a snarky response and they gave me the wrap which had been sitting there all the time, but how would they know as they had already served it off ages ago?

Amount of staff & security at the door,seen less at a night club.

Quick and easy stop for breakfast not as cheap as before but still good

October 2024 I ordered a large McChicken meal. The sandwich was very good. I didn't like the potatoes, they weren't crispy. In the end, Mac is a lifesaver if you are ever hungry.

Worst McDonalds of my life. Took a while to order which is usually fine if the meal has been freshly made, however, the fries were stone cold and the burger (double 1/4 pounder) you could have stoated of the wall and it would have bounced back at you.... which is exactly what happened but out of my stomach at 6am.... sitting on my stomach all night. Horrific.

It's a McDonald's in Glasgow. There are plenty of screens to order your food at. Took a while but once it was ready they shouted my number. There were seats available at lunchtime so that was handy.

Never received my food after stating delivered

asked for 2 plain double cheese burgers, a philly cheese burger and 2 large fries. Instead received 4 plain cheese burgers. absolutely disgrace

Delivery was good but I didn’t get my sauce

ordered 30 min before and service is shocking had 3 people working with no refund of food i never got for only nuggets and chips also phoned 3 times with no answer from anyone

Having been in to get a take-out not overly impressed with the service. The medium fries was equivalent to a small, the drink (coffee) with the meal deal didn't have the monopoly promotion sticker attached, napkins weren't placed in the bag and no sauce placed in the bag. Wasn't expecting to have to check everything at counter as had a train to catch. Not the quality pro-active service I would expect.

I asked for a Chicken Big Mac and to have it plain and it came as a Beef Big Mac and it had everything on it SHOCKING!

Decent food, the restaurant wasn’t super clean - which is ok. Service was quick and everything was as expected

It cane very fast susliciously too fast. It was disgusting tbh. Will never eat here again fir delivery food smelt horrible when it came. Smelt like it was rotting. This mcdonalds use ti be good but now wont use jt again. Chips looked old. Yuck.

The staff talk down on u and if they get the orded wrong they make feel like its your fault

Absolutely awful experience kept outside for no good reason. Asked the security guard and he wasn’t told anything either. I hate McDonals absolute bams

All good except a cookie missing but was refunded for it. Second time it’s happened with deliveries though.

Food was cold and took over an hour to get here

I'm a Canadian who likes McDonald's. This was a fully disappointing McDonald's experience. I don't know that anyone in my family enjoyed it. Fries, McCrispy, Quarter Pounder, all these things were below par. Usually trying a McDonald's in a new country is fun, but this was so bad I wouldn't go back to a British McDonald's.

Missing items and weird delivery driver.

City centre location is great. Everywhere was very clean, we used a child high chair and it was also clean. Quick service and food is of McDonalds quality. Worth a visit if you like McDonalds for sure,

Crowded during peak hours. I need to wait for at least 10 minutes. Food is fresh.

Honestly probably the worst McDonalds in Glasgow. Gets by on the fact it's open later than other places and a lot of it's customers are steamin when they eat there!

Bacon rolls are very good. Had a problem with our coffee which was quickly resolved by staff member.

It's a spacious place, although the potatoes and melon were a little overcooked.

The store site says it’s open until 03:00, went at 00;45 and it was locked up tight. Bad form

Very sad, burger was grey and tasteless, chips were soggy mess, place was depressing. Soft drink machine was "broken" . Went elsewhere after for an actual burger

Super slow service, the cops at the door even look like toys. The manager need a course customer service, never I see delivery Hamburger like my photo

Large McDonald's in the bottom part of town , order using electronic board's or at the counter. Fast efficient service, absolutely plenty of seats on ground and first floor. Value for money, with extensive range of meals on offer.

They should not offer sauces if they aren't going to include them.

What a joke never appeared and no one answered shop phone

We ordered our food at 2410 and we ended up having to walk to the restaurant to collect our food as it was telling us we would be expecting our delivery at 0230. When we arrived to collect our food it was all wrongly packed and the food was freezing. This was totally unacceptable. I would like the have a full refund on this!

The time kept getting pushed back. Food was cold. It did come right all the right stuff though. Packed good

food was never delivered. they just kept adding more and more time onto the delivery then said it was delivered when it wasn't.

They didn’t give me my order then challenged me on it the service was shocking I waited over an hour for my food to not be there and was made to prove it on my bank as the machine didn’t give a ticket, I will not be back not even one apology during this whole thing. Absolutely disgusting service an hour and a half for a saver meal joke is you ask me also after getting the order re made they still got it wrong so had to get it remade again xx aslo chewing gum be careful as this is health and safety this was a “manager”

Honestly worst experience, managed to get 3 of my orders wrong in one time. Then had the cheek to get annoyed when asked to remake and change it (in which she made terribly on purpose and tastes rubbish). Happened on multiple occasions as well, so not just a one time thing :/ All of this just for my food to be freezing after getting it all sorted out.

McDonalds 4 corners. Cheeky arrogant woman about 40 odd does the early mornings most days, attitude stinking obviously cause she can't deal with early mornings no ones fault your 40 odd and stuck in mcdonalds, need to change your staffs attitude or find better staff with professional customer service!!! Cause the cheek and unprofessional manner from this woman is disgusting can't cope with nights at concerts then serving customers first thing in the morning, mcdonalds isn't the job for you!!!

Had to argue with the driver to actually bring the food to the flat. And then I have 2 half portions of fries. And cheese missing from the burger everything was cold. It was absolutely terrible.

Bad experience. No syrup. 2 order's of pancakes no syrup. In comes with it in the description.

I placed order after saying that delivery time would be between 20-30 mins. as soon as order when through the time jumped to 45 minutes which was fine but whilst waiting for my order the time kept going up to 2 hours after my delivery time. I cancelled my order as didn't want to wait 2 hours as was already late yet still been charged and didn't get my order.

No sauces arrived (one of which we paid 70p for. No straws. Ordered a coke and a Fanta, received 2 cokes

Ordinary MSD. In times when there are many visitors, the staff does not have time to clean, there is dirt, garbage, it is not very pleasant. During the day, when there are few visitors, it is cozy and pleasant here.

Over an hour late, no ketchup or mayo on the burgers, fries cold, no napkins. Ordered milkshake no straw??? absolutely awful!

gave me 2 boxes of cheese been was waiting all night on my food and it gave with the fries and drinks but 2 boxes of cheese now had to place another order this app is shocking doesn’t work properly

Good place to sit down before getting a train to Crosshill. It is easy to find on the corner, it has two disabled toilets on the ground floor towards the centre of the back wall. It was clean, it felt safe, there all sorts of people passing by and coming in and out all day and night. I am not sure what you would do for parking as I was on foot.

Can't get your order right and just rude and the security can't do anything part from telling you to stand back when it's very busy if I went back any further I been standing on some one and end bing the rest off my food cos was cold and my McFlurry had turn in to a milkshake

The trick shot was successful. Hope they make it a mainstay. Otherwise It's annoying that the ticket number to collect, comes up on screen waaaaayyy before the meal is anywhere close to ready.

I had to go out and find the driver, who was at the next street down. Could tell the difference with number 2 and 19 and unable to communicate only advised new to job, food cold

Easiest way to describe this place is: dirty, slow and not edible. Better looking for another fast food place.

The flat breads were rock solid aswell as the mcmuffins bread completely dissatisfied.

Hi everyone. For my thinking it is most good McDonalds on the city centre. No small, no big, two floors, every time is shine, no rubbish on the table and great Team. For cup of cacao why not?)

Like just fast food...no atmosphere

The order is showing as delivered but it was not. I took time out of my lunch break to wait for it. Really disappointed. Have already requested refund but really unhappy with this as usually have a great experience with Just Eat.

Today was the 3rd time this year I asked for table service. Checked it was available and then had to go enquire about it. Restaurant was not busy. Was offered a replacement drink, but my break was over. Will not be using Macdonalds again and have deleted my account.

Had happy meal for 1.99. Order it with the offer on the app before 4.14!!

the boy working the night on 31st of March is so ignorant. I work in McDonald’s and he was refusing me an employee meal and aggressively shouting at me then his manager a short girl with short blonde hair was cheeky too after me only wanting my Employee meal the service is shocking. Will never be returning

Delivery time kept changing then fiid arrived cold amd milkshake all melter
