Great service and really made to feel welcomed! Massive shout out to James (I think) we had a right laugh in there, really enjoyed the game and atmosphere!

Great dog friendly bar venue in the centre of Glasgow! Visited late on a Saturday night and despite being super busy the staff were really welcoming and gave us treats and a water bowl for our dog! Great life music and live sport on the TV’s too!

I tried to book to watch the 6 nations on the 8th of March, sent email enquiry on the 15th of January. Had to phone at the weekend just last as I still hadn’t heard from anyone and was told someone would phone on Monday. Finally had a call today, Thursday only to be told we cannot book to watch the Scotland game as it was no longer available. No scrambling to find somewhere to watch the games with a larger group, horrific levels of customer service.

Once again attended a Superbowl night, 4th year at Committee Rooms and wasn't disappointed. TV screens situated through out and never a play missed. Good selection of beers, although on this occasion the Guinness had ran dry due the Rugby in the afternoon. Despite this a great night was had by all.

Just had the most awful Christmas night ever here. I have arranged works Xmas parties for over 20 years and this is by far the worst yet. The organisation of the whole night was appalling from start to finish. My confirmation email stated it started at 7pm, got there to find there was still an actual function on in the room at 7 o'clock, all the guests for other parties and my party alone that had 28 people were all standing crushed on a stair way with no member of staff telling us what was happening until I decided to go into the function to speak to a member of staff. I was told the party night started at 8 oclock which if there was a change of time I should have been informed about and I showed the person in charge me confirmation email stating 7pm, I was then told to go down stairs and speak to the bar staff as I had tables reserved, trailed my full party back down stairs to be told we didn't have tables, had to trail everyone back up again to be told well actually the tables reserved have people on them and they only seat 10 people anyway, we were then asked to all go in and wait in a smaller room down the stairs which has no seats and all had to stand and wait for our party room to be ready. When we did get in eventually the organisation of the food service was shocking, the staff didn't seem to know what the hell was going on, everyone was getting wrong orders from their pre orders put down to them and everyone getting food put down to them at different times, the veg was uneatable as you could not even get a knife through it. The time the desserts were getting put out there was no spoons on the table so everyone was sat staring at their food with no means to eat it. I asked the waitress if we could get spoons to be told we woukd all have to wait until everyone's food was out so she could go find some. One member of my parties dinner had a very long hair in the middle of her gravy and told the waitress and her response was just "Ok". The Dj was the worst DJ i have ever come across, no introduction to welcome any the parties and the choice of music was very bizarre, we felt we were all at an 18th birthday party, nobody new the songs and they certainly were not party songs. I asked him to play party songs and everyone was giving him simple requests but when I asked him why he wasn't playing them he told me he can't because he doesn't have any of them. I told him to read the room and look at the dance floor as nobody was dancing. My whole party started to leave at 11 o'clock and by 11.30 my whole party was gone. I felt awful and responsible for organisation such an awful night which I had originally booked at Hummingbird bird but due to the change of owners at the last minute was convinced to change venues. I left the venue and went to meet my sister at her Xmas night just round the corner at a different venue with a few of my colleagues and we finished the night in a completely different atmosphere which actually felt like a Xmas night and danced away to a great DJ until 1am and the difference to the two venues was night and day, there was no effort at all put into the Xmas night at The Committe room 9 and with very poor organisation it resulted in an awful night. I could tell the other two separate parties felt the same and thet were all sat there looking miserable and they all started to leave early too. I would never recommend this venue for any function especially a Xmas night unless management get the organisation of this place together as I felt the staff were out their depth and no one seemed to know what the other was doing, the waitresses looked absolutely miserable and the service rubbed of on all the guests. It was simply awful.

Great place to enjoy a half pint of gluten-free beer with a whisky chaser. Big screens all round so you don't miss any action.

Spent in excess of £300 one young person in our company was feeling a bit tired and closed his eyes for five minutes,asked to leave absolute rubbish.

Nice pub to hang out, decent pub food. Music is pretty loud so better for later in the night than when you’re trying to chat. They also offer a student discount which is nice.

Found the food to be hard got a club sandwich and nearly broke my tooth .

We had our wedding reception here at Committee Room No. 9. From the first moment we enquired, to the big day everything was stress-free and amazing. All the staff were super helpful in the lead up to the big day and the bar/kitchen staff were amazing on the day. The food and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic too, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to David and all the staff for making our day so special.

Bit more expensive than places I'd normally go but the atmosphere and service is much better so I think the price difference makes it worth it.

Love this bar, had some great nights here, the staff are very welcoming and polite, and the nachos are amazing.

Way too loud inside, but always friendly. Kitchen always shuts about 8-8.30pm which is a pain.

Went to watch the footy and the place was bouncing so the atmosphere was great fun, the Dj did a great job of timing the music and lighting effects to every goal which was great fun. George, my bartender was very friendly and provided excellent service.

We visited Committee Room No 9 to watch the URC final and a private function afterwards. All the staff were friendly and took time to speak to you. The atmosphere during the rugby was brilliant and well done the Warriors. George was our barman for the private function. He was excellent and went out his way to make this a great evening for us. The food was good, the function room was excellent and the range of drinks were fantastic. Thanks George and Andrew

Tacos tennent's lager and a shot of tequila -£10 the pork tacos 🌮 are awesome and they have a veggie option that are just as good

The tavern is very well decorated and spacious, but there are too many televisions and very loud volumes. The service was very friendly and correct. The food they gave us, fish, seemed like a hospital diet. Better to have a pint, very good. In the heart of Glasgow.

Let me make a booking for a sporting event I would have liked to have seen. Then without warning until arrival told me they will no longer be showing it. Apology seemed forced and non genuine. Would avoid booking if you’d like to actually see the event you’ve booked for. 1*

1st time in Committee Room No9 and won't be my last, was in with my wife to watch the football and there were tvs and big screens a plenty, also the Guinness was superb 👌 all the staff were friendly and chatty, wasn't too busy to start with but soon filled up. Food was decent just had some small plates to share and it was enough and all reasonably priced. But I will say again the Guinness was superb.

Been here twice and the service is brilliant. I booked a table but there was an admin error and it hadn't gone through. The staff set us up with an area until they could make us one. They even checked to make sure we happy. Highly recommend for the staff's service. Very lovely team and I hope management recognise their hard work.

Always busy and great atmosphere

Great pub atmosphere, drinks are avarage prices, server Raymond was 10/10 fantastic. Food however wasn’t. The fish and chips we had was so fried that the chips were just crunchy greasy piece of beige. The fish was actually nice though, so disappointing on how bad the chips were. The burger also was a fail, the bun was so full that the bun dissolved and was very soggy again ashame as the chicken inside was delish. Simple things to change food wise but on a whole great night so would go back for drinking. The chicken wings we had to start 10/10 so food isn’t all bad.

Lovely pub. Staff member who served us was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly. Prices in pub were excellent. Will definitely return.

Fantastic Broadway diner show. Singers were wonderful food and food service poor. Burgers were not fully cooked. Atmosphere was great.

Good place for a night out, but unfortunately no real ales.

We stopped here for a spot of lunch at Committee Room 9, there were plenty of tables so no need to book ahead. Overall we had a good time, some great beers choice available and our fish and chips were lovely. One point to note is that it was loud inside (we didn’t mind) so if you want somewhere quiet this might not be the place for you.

Great cocktails and great service, food was not the best but then I don't think that was really the main attraction.
