Forgot my apple pie very upset😭

Below Standard McDonald’s. Staff are not friendly and asking for basics like some tissues seems like a chore for them. Chips were old and soft. Interior is all dirty. Cleaner just walking around not doing anything.

First of all, staff needs to show their name, like how they did before. Been waiting for 20 minutes for my order because the staff was too busy chatting and talking in between them. Instead of apologies, I received rudeness. Manager should be ashamed of . That job is not suitable for her!

Ordered three items received two. Not the first time this has happened.

Do not go to this McDonald’s if you want fast food. It’s the opposite of fast. I waited over 20 minutes for a McFlurry at 8:30pm on a Monday evening. There were more staff than customers but the staff amble about aimlessly talking to eachother as the customers watch painfully. The staff seem extremely incompetent at the simplest tasks of pouring a coffee from a machine into a cup. They are also rude as I watched them ignore a delivery driver waiting since before me for the drinks in his order as he repeatedly asked politely for his drinks. When after 25 minutes i asked another lady for my order, she could not find it and I could not give an order number as the self service machine was jammed. In the end I told her what I ordered, she made the order in front of me, and other customers also began complaining. My first time visiting McDonald’s in over a year, I won’t be back

a delivery arrived on time. wasn't my delivery so I had food I didn't order and couldn't eat.

second time food came wrong, double quarter pounder came as a single, How could you get that wrong...

Wrong milkshake delivered. Orders a chocolate and they sent a vanilla. That’s the second time it has happened from this McDonald’s.

Food was good and almost hot but water was missing off order but they refunded it

I am very shocked with this order! I ordered a meal for my family and only received a drink and chips. Not only was this a waste of my money but it has left me and my family hungry. I demand a refund!

my items were just thrown in the bag, this ended up in our drinks being spilled. there's no care what so ever with how the food is put into the boxes an bags

The french fries were a bit soggy but the burgers were nice, also the dips were short

Once again no sauces delivered, supposed to be 3 rich tomato sauces with the cheese sharer box and 1 bbq sauce for the nuggets. Add to the fact that I got half a McFlurry and 3 straws for 1 drink and you get the message that service is not good enough if people can’t follow an order on a screen.

I had no food delivered and when asked the delivery person, he replied he was given one bag, yet on the invoice it shows my food order! so nobody checked anything. What was delivered was my coke which was also half empty with it being spilt during transit…all the driver said is take a picture and complain! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service all round. I also rang the branch several times and nobody picked up the phone. I expect a full refund for the whole order!

my food was cold the rider said he just got it fresh from McDonald's 1 mile away the ice creams was like water and for just under £23 this is absolutely disgusting this is not the first time but to be lied to by the rider aswell is out of order

whenever I make an order something is always cold and chips half full and the restaurant is only 4-5 mins from my house

This delivery service is diabolical The app shows as delivers and nothing arrived, ordered before ans only part of the food turns up Do not use as it’s unlikely you will get what you ordered or anything at all

so the driver mistake the order in place to give me my food he give only the drinks

I ordered one medium meal and i received just the burger with out fries and drink (you had on job to put the burger and fries plus drink in the bag just one job to do ) but i think is to hard for some people

When I got my order it was still nice and warm when normally when I order it’s mostly cold

Chips under cooked and Coke leaked

Nice. Hot Chocolate would benefit from more Hot Chocolate lols as mostly just taste like Hot Water(hence 3 star) . Wraps were tasty

I didn’t get my free nuggets like it stated I would with the McDonald’s 4burger meal deal my food came cold and chips were not in boxes and just thrown in the bag so we’re extra cold

The map was wrong but the delivery driver still managed to come to the right place which we appreciate alot much appreciation to the driver for going the extra mile

I specified no brown sauce on a breakfast roll it was smothered in extra brown sauce? My son would not eat it. Waste of an entire order as I now have to cook. I have a photo to reflect it drowning in sauce with the correct label stating no sauce.

Every time I order from Barkingside, items are always missing. My children are really disappointed and are considering not buying Macdonald's anymore. KFC are just as bad.

The food was cold and drinks were too runny, I don’t usually complain but unfortunately I wasn’t happy. The driver came on time thankfully but everything did turn up cold unfortunately

The food, this time was horrible. There was a scantily clad woman 3 tables away who kept on eying me up! Maybe she was trying to drum up business to pay for her McDonald’s!!!

so disappointed with the service at @McDonalds Barkingside branch!!! I had a free reward to use on a cheeseburger! I asked kindly to swap it to a chicken option as I don’t eat beef due to religious reasons and was told I can’t. They let my friend do it recently! Staff also abrupt… also I have done it at other branches before! What’s the point in offering something meat and you can’t exchange it. I also offered to pay the difference and they still said no , so now my reward goes to waste

no iced lattes so they gave me a water. Could have at least gave me a normal latte the only reason I ordered this was for the coffee

I ordered multiple items from here. The delivery driver turned up with ONE item…which was the pie. I don’t understand how you can forget 3/4 items? It’s just ridiculous.

order arrive late and cold. I gave a correct address and even phone number to call me in case of issue but driver was driving around the street and arrived late which caused food to be cold and disgust. Food ended up in a bin

My 20 nuggets wasn’t delivered , neither was the happy meal or the Big Mac meal. I’m so upset as a family we wanted McDonald’s and the service has been terrible. The just eat driver wasn’t nice when I told him this is t the correct order . He just drove off . I’m so so so upset. I’m not longer going to buy McDonald’s from Barkingside branch

Ordered a takeaway got home only to find chicken selects and a sauce are missing I'd advise anyone getting a takeaway to check their order, tried to call but no one answers the phone!

Do not order from this one in particular, I’ve ordered delivery a few times and both times there staff seem to always miss out one item of your order, either they are told to do this to save themselves money or the staff are just not trained and Can not seem to read the order correctly. An order with 5 items on its list isn’t hard to get correct. Do not buy food from this McDonald’s.

This is the slowest McDonald's in the whole of ilford. It's even worse on school runs. They just love to take there time while watching the queue grow bigger and bigger, i know about 3 of them who actually would carry the whole job lot for the rest of them. These 3 people are the only times when the queues moves a lot faster when either of them are on shift. The rest of them dont care about customer service. They just want to waste little enegery and do less work as possible then go home with the pay check.

We only received around 60% of the chips for a medium size portion. My son is diabetic and had already injected for the full 42g expected. This poor quality control has led to him needing to add more carbohydrates to his meal and could have led to him having a hypoglycaemic attack. Just eat passed this off with an email stating that ‘All of our Restaurant Partners have their own recipes and cook in an individual style, so the taste, smell and portion size of a dish can vary depending on where you order it.

Third time!!! THIRD, three times over the last 2 weeks I have ordered 9 chicken selects and retrieved nuggets, once is fine twice is a bit of a joke but three times. You should be looking at the employees especially if they can’t grasp simple English absolute embarrassment.

no issue with delivery but the nuggets were obv left overs that were reheated. They were rock solid and chicken was dry. had a share box of 20. would say half have been wasted
