Mcdonald's Restaurant in Redbridge

Stupid staff. I was waiting more than one hour for a online order and they didn't send all the items I ordered. They just don't care 👎👎👎 I hope there is a manager or someone who see all this bad reviews⁉️‼️⁉️‼️

Good service and food is delicious

Tried to order, almost an hour later the driver was still driving around in circles. I messaged through just eat and he had the cheek to call me brother!!? Then when I replied how to get to my house and politely asking him not to call me brother as from my name on the order he could see I was a lady he cancelled the order that would have been stone cold anyway!! Full refund given but that's not the point, when trying to explain how to get to my house that should have been so simple he was rude!! McDonalds didn't want to know, just eat said it is down to McDonalds though! McDonalds always get the orders wrong anyway so if they cannot cope with McDelivery as well as in store orders maybe they should give up doing g Mcdelivery!! Staff are rude and unhelpful when you call up or go into store. Just shocking customer services all round!!

Delivery was fine. McDonald's gave me a vanilla milkshake instead of a chocolate milkshake.

Avoid this one and use the nearby Newbury Park instead if you can. Barkingside is much below the standards of other franchise stores. If you order, expect them to fill large portions of chips to half the normal level (negating the point of a large portion), as well as missing items. Both in and out of store - the food is often colder and staler than usual - especially the chips.

The person who delivered this was rude he stepped into the house, demanded to see the mum. He gave the food barely which made my daughter drop the food. Very scary confrontational experience for her.

Item was missing. Had paid for delivery and then the restaurant expected me to go and pick up the missing item. Manager said she was unable to help poor customer service. They need to double check all items ordered are in the bag. Will not order from then again

The food was ice cold awful service

The Just-Eat mapping system sent the driver to the incorrect address. I had to help him navigate to the correct location. Food was completely cold. Just-Eat refunded in account credit for half the order value, which I don't want. So poor.

FOOD DIDNT EVEN COME AFTER 2 HOURS. THE APP STILL MARKED IT AS DELIVERED AND CHARGED ME

The items were as ordered, and it was delivered on time. The food was tasty. But the food was practically not hot at all when it arrived, very very lightly warm. So I had to heat it up before eating.

We ordered a plain hamburger and they didn’t give it to us. We also ordered a Coke Zero and I got a water instead. I am outraged that I spend my money and don’t get its worth. I feel hard done by and hope I will be refunded

Food was almost cold so had to zap it in the microwave, the dips were missing and it took an hour to arrive. Couldn't be bothered to complain. Will order KFC next time.

It's Maccy Ds, it's never gonna be 5 stars. Food was at least hot although when brought to me was missing some items which were soon served once pointed out The burger was wrong, probably somebody else's who'll be disappointed when their delivery arrived. Atmosphere not great, just full of Uber eats drivers waiting for a job.

Coke are flat and not cold. Not even full. Chips are soggy and cold one was missing and the other 2 half portion McFlurry came as complete liquid Burgers are not even warm a comp disaster. TBH

Food arrived hot - Was Shocked!! very happy with the heat of nuggets & fries. But sadly (like every order) items were missing! How can you forget Meal Deal Drink? and a Mc Flurry? Really upset my kids as it ment 1 didn't get a drink & 1 didn't get their ice cream..... why can't orders ever be correct???

The time kept changing for later and later. When he finally arrived, the food was lukewarm and wasn’t enjoyable. Very disappointing. Will not be using Barkingside delivery service again.

We ordered a children's Happy Meal there several times and chose to be given a toy. And all these times they lied!!! They put completely inappropriate old Happy Meal series in a box! The child was disappointed

Below Standard McDonald’s. Staff are not friendly and asking for basics like some tissues seems like a chore for them. Chips were old and soft. Interior is all dirty. Cleaner just walking around not doing anything.

First of all, staff needs to show their name, like how they did before. Been waiting for 20 minutes for my order because the staff was too busy chatting and talking in between them. Instead of apologies, I received rudeness. Manager should be ashamed of . That job is not suitable for her!

Do not go to this McDonald’s if you want fast food. It’s the opposite of fast. I waited over 20 minutes for a McFlurry at 8:30pm on a Monday evening. There were more staff than customers but the staff amble about aimlessly talking to eachother as the customers watch painfully. The staff seem extremely incompetent at the simplest tasks of pouring a coffee from a machine into a cup. They are also rude as I watched them ignore a delivery driver waiting since before me for the drinks in his order as he repeatedly asked politely for his drinks. When after 25 minutes i asked another lady for my order, she could not find it and I could not give an order number as the self service machine was jammed. In the end I told her what I ordered, she made the order in front of me, and other customers also began complaining. My first time visiting McDonald’s in over a year, I won’t be back

Wrong milkshake delivered. Orders a chocolate and they sent a vanilla. That’s the second time it has happened from this McDonald’s.
