DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP!!! The behaviour of the employee (an old man around his 50s) at the front side of the shop was very ill mannered and tried trapping me in their disgusting business technique. I was first told that I could pay by card and was never informed by them that I could only pay by card if my bill was over £10 when my bill was actually under £10, and I was told to pay after I ate so I don’t have any option left but to buy more food to make my bill over £10. They lied to me, were very rude and started verbally abusing me about my ethnical background. I really hope some action is taken in improving customer service instead of deceiving customers, and I absolutely do not recommend anyone to visit this shop.

Keep away, non healthy and expensive food, they never care about the hygiene

Poor service order over uber eat nan was missing I called them they said we can't do anything call uber eat food was cold roast of the food taste horrible never going to order it again

The food was cold, when I asked to get it heated they said I should just eat it and that it was cooked not too long ago. I asked if the kebab was lamb and he replied by shouting "LAMB!" a dozen times. The lamb kebab had no meat content, very little, mostly onion. Avoid. Nasty place to eat. No hygiene. The waiter was holding my roll with his bare hands.

Asked the front counter for yogurt in samosa chat , men lied ans said he did it. He is lucky I live far or I would have made his brain chat for sure.

Found hair in food and when complained, we were brought back same plate, same food and wiped off surrounding but seen it.. We ordered small portions but we were billed bigger and lied that they gave us large portions.. Complete scam.. Avoiddddd

If you're gonna try their food then only the samosa and chaat are great but more importantly the service is so bad that you would think they are doing you a favour by taking your money and just for that I would not give them my business. Shop is filthy and the equipment clearly needs replacing.

Food is tasty but very unhygienic

The old, fat man in the glass partitioned counter outside is as insolent as he is filthy. I went there this evening and he totally ignored me and many other customers. He was more interested in have a ridiculously loud yelling competition with some people inside the eatery and totally ignored customers. He also used his bare hands to handle the cooked foods and bag them up - utterly unhygienic and not fit for employment. Other reviewers have also witnessed and highlighted the filthy nature of this man in the reviews below. I, therefore, left without eating anything. You should avoid this eatery if cleanliness and hygiene is important to you. Nasty.

Guy serving is very rude with attitude for absolutely no reason, they pick and chose who they let use the card machine in hopes of avoiding VAT, bro needs to learn some customer service. Far better options like Nagina. On a street with so much competition please be nice to your customers. In today’s day and age cash is barely carried, so just let people pay by card lol.

Mr Faisal(inside glass partition in the front) he put naswar( sniff) in his mouth thought his finger and without washing his hands he start making naan and touching the food item. Very unhygienic restaurant. Meet samosas mostly smelly and avoid halwa puri coz it was very thick and have burn oil taste. They always have card payment machine but hiding it coz not to pay tax.

Spent £10 on a piece of masala fish, overcooked, dry and not edible. I knew they fried it for too long and even asked whilst waiting. Will not be buying fish again however naans were fine.

This restaurant always have hygiene issues hence if you told them about it they become offensive and rude staff. Used to go there but this time they are extremely rude and show some sort of attitude and serve the customers disrespectfully as they think they are in India or in Pakistan.

The shop doesn’t look that good, and the toilet condition is always bad. But the food is good. A bit cheaper than around places. Also not good for dine in with big group. Vibe is full desi. I enjoy going there. Chapli kabab, garlic naan, fish masala, lamb curry and channa chaat are my favourite ones there.

One of the greatest halal restaurants in London. very fast service and you can get your food in less then 5 mins if you dine. However the atmosphere isn't that comfortable though, In winter you need to eat your food while shivering.So is think taking away is better.They could also improve on their systems. Instead of accepting cash, they could also accept card.

If you go there, you’ll have a total feeling of eating in a traditional Pakistani restaurant a bit expensive but they have alot of options to Choose from.

These guys are very rude and arrogant, they don’t even know how to talk to customers, that is the reason we have stopped going there anymore. Also never try their biryani and pulao, whenever we tried it tasted bad like if they’ve been there for a week.

These people are so disrespectful they don’t know how to deal with a customer I been there and the person who was standing on the till was so rude and I ask him something and he blatantly ignored me and other person came and I told him so he start swearing at me and keep on yelling and then we didn’t eat there and left. FIRSTLY : Food is NOT FRESH. They buy food from catering companies and serve after warming up in the microwave. Nothing is actually cooked fresh exept except for the Naan bread. All food is either pre-cooked or half-cooked before being brought to the shop. HYGIENE : VERY POOR! The toilet is messy, the staff clothes sometimes stink. The staff sometimes handle food with hands. CUSTOMER SERVICE : staff is often very invasive in the name of friendliness. I personally had an experience that the staff member was starring at me and actually lost in his own world, which was upsetting and off-putting. CASH ONLY!!! you are in for a surprise if you order your food and realise you don't have cash with you. You got to walk a while to get to a cash point and then when you return. You might find that your food had been sold off because think you wouldn't return.

Initially, the customer service was impeccable with caring staff with a positive can do attitude towards customers. We were treated with utmost respect care and a positive attitude which made the atmosphere a comfortable place to be in. Regarding the food, it was simply amazing with a unique taste not in comparison to other shops. That bulky man who serves on samosa chaat and kebabs outside space is ridiculously rude 😒, and really poor customer services, serves the people he likes first and if you ask to go through the queue he says , " I'm doing whatever I'm feeling easy with" doesn't show any respect for anyone.really disappointed.

We always enjoy eating food from here . I bring my bother in law here today for lunch he totally enjoys the steam chicken, fish and chapli kabab.

I went today morning for had a chnnaa chat but there was a person who was on their staff I don't know his name who was serving chart samosa (clean shave bulky body, small grey and black hairs ) I asked some questions about chaana chat because I went there first time for chat. he said don't ask me question , I don't serve those people who ask questions. Very disappointed customer service.

Kebabl roll are lovely from large juicy sheek kebabs, naans are on the smaller side though. Chicken tikka was a charred nicely and flavorful.

I had breakfast here today: Halwa, Chana & Puri portion: I was given 4 tablespoons of Chana made from the ready made Chana in tins, in a watery sauce with Haldi in it. It tasted awful ! The Halwa portion was just 3 tablespoons and the consistency was very thin. There was no achar (pickle) served and when you asked for it, they gave me thick sliced onions dipped in something red ! However, the Puri's were great. Hygiene very poor: Toilet and sink was super dirty and purple bin looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years - I wouldn't be surprised if you caught MRSA from here. Astaghfirullah.

Love this place, the decor is basic but the pre cooked curry's are fantastic and the cheapest you'll find in the area. The menu is not extensive but the service is very quick. The food we ordered was on our table within a few minutes. Only gripe is they don't accept cards and there isn't much seating if you're coming with a group.

Best Pakistan food in London . The vegetable and chicken samosa are amazing , good chicken biryani , naan and amazing fruit chaat .

A small place on Ilford lane, not much seating but don't let that put you off. The food is very good. The staff are very quick at serving you, and seems nothing is a problem. We came all the way for shopping and cinema from Colchester. Definitely recommend this to be tried.

One of the number Pakistani restaurants on the high street. Very authentic food. Reasonable prices. Hygiene rating 2 (rated by council Nov 2022), but if you can go past that its all good. Other reviews complaining about customer service are not far away from truth. Its not bad, but its peculiar in its own way. I think it just adds to the authenticity of the place. Overall if you can swallow your pride and not expect ego stroke you will have a good experience there. Food is amazing. Can get busy in the afternoon, also time when customer service starts to slide down, but they're doing their best. They also have chaat corner, how cool is that?!

This is pakistani restaurant but staff is not much cooperative as they are just dealing customer like people treat customers in Lahore on counter just using slang words and not showing any respect to the customer. Keep an eye 👁 on their pricing. They do not write ✍️ the order on paper and later try to take benefit of the doubt in charging few quids extra. They even serve wrong food to what you order. Good idea but they need to BEHAVE and run the DHABA with some professional service and hygiene,no one is ignorant nowadays.

Bad customer service, rude staff including owners, no fresh food, no card payment. An year ago I had given them 4 stars which had to be changed due to my recent visit. I think now when the shop is running and getting enough business you guys don't take care at all. I hate shops where staff or their owners have a very rude behaviour and exactly same thing happened here. I am not going to write whole story here but just wanted to say most of asian/desi shops lack a good customer service. Also they would not accept Card payment at all, only Cash (This has been observed on many shops to avoid paying accurate tax).

Nice and low-cost food, not a luxurious place to sit, seem like they were built in the Victorian era and since then they haven't made any changes. Even in 2022, in London, they Dont take card for payment, they demand for cash.

I went here and tried a few things of the menu, really have to mention the Chicken jalfrazi the best one I have ever tasted, it went really well with the fresh naan. Seekh kebab and samousas are also very good. Will definitely go again on my next visit to ilford.

Its okay. Not too great. Biryani is good in terms of spices but the piece of chicken was not good. Their special lahori fried fish is not upto mark. The outside crust was good but fish was not fresh or properly cooked from inside. Its was more liked mircowaved rather than cooked fresh.

MOHAMMED MUNIR : I had ordered samosa which were rock solid and cold. The shop had massive rats running around and the staff were extremely rude with attitude. i also had a very disturbing outrage in there toilet as the lights kept turning off. The shop smelled of poo due to there lack of hygene and there dog which they keep tamed in the back. very very unhyginic and disgusting services and quality of food. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP FOR YOUR FAMILYS SAFETY!!!!
