Never received my food and didn’t get a message from restaurant

Chicken was not finish cooking

Ordered a meal but drinks weee missing

Order was late and cold. Chips were rotten and definitely expired

late food, food arrived cold. called the restaurant they said the food was ready but cannot be delivered due to lack of preparation from just eat as no driver had come. very disappointed

iam not happy with the service, order xame late. i called restauratnt up teice they said order is ready the driver is not here. i ordered at 12:15 and it half half 1. i was at work and my lunch time was finished by the time it came hers.

The food never came, I would like an email response please so I can attach the documents as I had to go to the restaurant in the end to receive my food. The restaurant even admitted fault at the driver.

you didnt send chips overliad with chicken and wrap. wirst servuce ever

I recently visited Pepe's Peri Peri Gants hill and had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, and I'd especially like to thank Amit, Zohaib, and Waqas Bhai for their excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for great food and amazing service!

Most shitest Pepe I have visited all over Uk. Don’t have food. Always closes an hour before the actual time. They won’t have and grilled chicken left so don’t even think of going there. It’s happend to me more than 10 times. Rude would be understatement for staff over here. Like there is no check and balance

Not only did it take an hour to arrive the food was cold and some of the chicken was burned. This usual for pepes as they serve good food but this time really upset me

Rice portion was £4.49 but they only filled the box halfway!! Rice was cold. Chicken didnt seem fresh, it was burnt and had a strange smell. Chips were fine, drink was warm.

They always forget a part of the order, today was my sauces and last week it was the drink.

Food arrived stone cold, both sets of chips were non edible as they had turned rock hard. had to put them in the bin. We ate the chicken as that was still warm. very disappointed as I love pepes and have eaten here plenty of times.

The sauce is not given and also it is the poor taste I have been experienced this time

I have been to other Pepe's and enjoyed the experience, but the branch in Gants Hill, Ilford is awful. Poor atmosphere, poorly made food and worst if all is the service. My party had bought a lot of food at Pepes to eat in and one person bought food from another restaurant. The worker came over very rudely and said food from elsewhere was not allowed. He did not budge despite explaining how much we had spent and politely asking to make an exception. Having asked for the manager he blatantly lied and said he was the manager. We ended up leaving and going to the other restaurant who despite having a similar policy were happy for my party to sit down and eat even though only one of us had bought food from there. At Gants Hill Pepe's it seems the customer is never right and certainly the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

BBQ Sizzler Chicken was undercooked, pinkish Loaded fries barely had any cheese and chicken Fries didn't have Piri Piri salt, although paid extra for it.

Chicken not cooked enough..what is this

driver should read instructions, I should not have to come out of the buidling and meet him in the car park to collect my food, he should at least meet me at the door before calling me. it's just laziness not getting off his bike, not a complete delivery service.

The delivery went to the wrong hotel, I clearly stated I was not staying in the ibis budget hotel in my notes, also stated to phone when at reception so I would come down and collect, none of the above happened. The ibis budget actually phone me that is only reason I knew where it was, I then drove to collect it from this hotel., by now the food was cold. I had even gave a tip to the delivery driver. Absolutely appalled.

Very poor and unprofessional staff behaviour. My family wanted to have Pepes and motherhubbards. We placed the orders on both resturants and decided to sit in Pepes and did ask at till before ordering if it would be OK to have motherhubbards food here. While we were about to have out food, member of pepes approached us that we can't bring food in. I explained that I did ask at till but that person did not listen and unprofessionally, at front of everyone, call till staff who I believe got scared because the way (Manager) called and denied he gave us permission. We then left the Pepes and motherhubbards was full too to sit and eat. This was our first visit at Pepes but would not recommend to anyone because of poor staff behaviour

Ordered 6 peri peri mayo and got garlic mayo instead. Just lazy
