Mcdonalds Newtown Powys in Powys

Terrible service especially off the young man with business manager on his uniform. Couldn’t run a bath alone a business

Arrived at McDonald's Newtown last night after a 2 hour drive when ordering our food was told tht they had ran out of fries and offered us a side salad instead which was pathetic a bit of lettuce one slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber but still changed full price

This McDonalds is disgusting, after the last time we said never again so our own fault really. Burgers are stone cold, chips undercooked. When asking the Manager "is it okay to ask for warm food?" he just scoffed "you can try". Absolute mayhem in there. Save yourself the bother and go over the road to Burger King.

Went for breakfast, and to meet a friend. Breakfast was grand, but they didn't include the hash brown which I'd bought. Also stayed longer than the allocated 90mins, and was fined £50, very disappointed 👎

Worst McDonald's I've ever eaten. I'd rather not eat than go there again. Chips weren't cooked, there where bits of god knows what in the drink and the burger was not as good as it normally is from a McDonald's.

Our food has taken over half an hour and still waiting! Heard multiple of people having to get refunds within the space of 5 minuets. People complaining about not even getting chicken in the chicken legends, hair in food disgraceful. Won’t be coming again, food was to cold to even eat. Fast food my arse

I ordered a large quarter pounder meal and a large chicken select meal so they said they would bring it to me. So I sat down. All my friends order after me and still got their food well before myself! This was not what I was expecting from a normal world class placeDaniel Pugh
