McDonald's-belgrove House Kings Cross in Lambeth

This place is surprisingly busy at 4 am but that is no excuse for the quality of service I received. Unfortunately my order was given to me incomplete and their indifference to me pointing this out was shocking. Porridge was vastly under cooked and the poor quality of service offered was hugely disappointing

I normally wouldn’t rate a McDonald but this particular one is just beyond cr*p. Driest ever Big Mac and the Double Quarter is really not mentioning at all. The final insult tough was having to ask security to raise the security mesh so I could walk out with dignity instead of a dog!!!

I went into this McD's at the beginning of December 2021 and whilst waiting for my order, I witnessed a member of staff drop some bacon on the floor, pick it up with a pair of tongs then put it back in the tray. I walked out and binned my meal. I then contacted McD's complaints and patiently read their emails as they told me they were investigating. After a week of these emails, I went in and spoke to the manager, Jermaine who did actually seem concerned. I then received an email from McD's telling me that the member of staff had been 'dealt with to my satisfaction' and received a 20% off my next meal voucher. I asked what 'dealt with to my satisfaction' meant as I had no idea what had been done. This is the kind of contempt that this company has about their food standards. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
