This place is surprisingly busy at 4 am but that is no excuse for the quality of service I received. Unfortunately my order was given to me incomplete and their indifference to me pointing this out was shocking. Porridge was vastly under cooked and the poor quality of service offered was hugely disappointing

I normally wouldn’t rate a McDonald but this particular one is just beyond cr*p. Driest ever Big Mac and the Double Quarter is really not mentioning at all. The final insult tough was having to ask security to raise the security mesh so I could walk out with dignity instead of a dog!!!

I went into this McD's at the beginning of December 2021 and whilst waiting for my order, I witnessed a member of staff drop some bacon on the floor, pick it up with a pair of tongs then put it back in the tray. I walked out and binned my meal. I then contacted McD's complaints and patiently read their emails as they told me they were investigating. After a week of these emails, I went in and spoke to the manager, Jermaine who did actually seem concerned. I then received an email from McD's telling me that the member of staff had been 'dealt with to my satisfaction' and received a 20% off my next meal voucher. I asked what 'dealt with to my satisfaction' meant as I had no idea what had been done. This is the kind of contempt that this company has about their food standards. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Loved Mc Ds strawberry milkshake, Bought one drank most but left about 1/4 when I went back into kitchen 2 hours later to throw out the liquid from milkshake but it was foam ? What the hell is in it never again will I buy Mc Donald’s Plus got fillet of fish waited 20 mins but fillet of fish was so overcooked and dry wasn’t no mayonnaise or sauce Worst ever ,

152 Waterloo Road, London SE1 7AA EnglandLoved this coffee shop I've stopped at many times for a coffee, located inside the station, with nice view of the station concourse. Today (30 October 2024 1pm) that all changed when I ordered a coffee and discovered it was only slightly warmer than lukewarm. I told the lady who served me (who appeared to be a manager) it wasn't hot enough, and to my surprise her reaction was to say it WAS hot enough as it had come from the machine, and she didn't appear to want to change it. Fortunately, the man dispensing the coffees overheard our conversation and immediately proceeded to replace my coffee. The new coffee was hot, at the correct temperature. Annoyed by the attitude of the lady/manager I then asked her whether the fact that the coffee had come from the machine meant it was necessarily hot enough, to which she replied yes. She then went on to say, defensively, that everyone had their own ideas of what is hot enough, and that she liked her coffee cooler! I told her I had had 100s of Pret coffees (which is true!) and knew when the coffee was below an acceptable temperature. What an awful experience, especially if she is a manager. I suggest retraining for her!
