Food was hot and most importantly the food was correct and not slapped together

The Philly cheese stack wasn’t actually a Philly cheese it was more of a cheese burger no sauce when ordered with everything on

wrong order again i wish I could convince my family not to want this rubbish it's always cold and always wrong

Burger was extremely dry. I requested no ketchup but they also didnt put mustard kn and was no onion. The patty itself was also very dry

delivered to back gate, not front door. kids food ok, my large big mc meal is just a big mc and my extra bacon cheese burger gone ??

Coffees cold and leaked all over in one cup practically empty. Fries cold and rubbery and all over . The order was delivered by a guy on a bike . Could be a factor in the food cold and coffee all over the place.

I missing both toys from the two 9 chicken nuggets meal and this is outrageous as the price has increased by 3 pounds because of the recent new toys been added I am also missing my some of my dressing out of my salad as well as my sauces and straws the service is poor and I am unpleased by this order

usual issue no sauces delivered with order, how can uou have nuggets with no sauce. Its clear on order not sure why this happens every time. Training urgently required on reading orders and deliver what has been ordered. To add insult chips and nuggets were stone cold as well. Usual service really from Balby Macdonalds .

I love mc Donald’s food. But not when it’s cold, I pay for my food to be warm at least loop warm as it’s a delivery not freezing cold. Cost me 24 pound straight in the bin. Unacceptable, hope I receive my refund and hopefully next time it’s warm.

Food was freezing cold and unenjoyable. My son was late to school due to us having to wait as the time on the order delivery time was changing and adding 5 minutes on every time I checked. I only live 3 minutes away in a car from this McDonald my food shouldn’t have been that cold.

We have had several orders wrong from this McDonald’s. This time we ordered large chips and they wasn’t even half full. The free burger which I selected wasn’t delivered. Last time we ordered a full bag of food was forgotten.

4£ delivery price is way too high

The delivery driver came to my door smoking a cigarette whilst holding my stone cold food and cold hot chocolate. The pancakes I ordered my toddler completely refused due to them being so cold aswell. the restaurant added on 30 minutes in total after I ordered it originally saying it would arrive between 810 and 815.

Delivery driver was lovely and happy, 10/10 needs a pay rise

The food was good, although the chips was cold and unfortunately I ordered 2 stormzy meals for my kids for the stickers and none of the stickers came so I had 2 disappointed kids and at the price you would expect it to be there to be honest. Delivery was quick though and why are the milk shakes never on !!!!! Rather annoying to be fair

Waited 25 min after having 10 min of problems , with the app and talking to the man at till, for 10 min before that so 35 min in total ! , to simply order and collect 2 burgers and an apple pie!, on collection I heard someone say drop an apple pie , ( mine) so had to wait another 5 or 6 min , on leaving , my burger was cold , on arriving home my 2nd burger was black n burnt! All in all a waste of money and time!!

Never order the milkshake from here.. I ordered chocolate and although it did look brown.. it tasted of a mix between chocolate, banana AND strawberry.. clearly they don't clean the machine out properly.. so it got poured downstairs eh sink.. burgers were fine and fries were cold.. considering they are a 10 min walk away I'm kinda curious how that happened when Burger King is on the other side of town and arrives hot..

Delivery was quick and the delivery guy was polite. Unfortunately the food from McDonald’s didn’t deliver on good quality.. Fries were undercooked and chicken selects outer coating not crispy as usual.. Coke was flat and not sparkling..

Awful staff. Ordered several times through Just Eat and never received the orders. I called in to speak to someone and the manager Helen was beyond rude and utterly unprofessional it is a joke.

Food awful. And absolutely cold. I think you need too sort your delivery’s out. Think it’s acceptable I want a full refund. And if I don’t. I’ll take this to court. Ok. Let’s see what you say. I’m ready.

when the delivery driver goes 2 miles in the wrong direction is there any wonder food was cold and just to top that off items missing out of the order it not that hard to read a screen and put it in a bag

Staff at Macdonalds please read the order, 3 times now receiving no sauces for nuggets, not sure what is so difficult. Happens all the time. Managers more training needed, how to read. Perhaps more attention to detail I know it's fast food but needs to be correct.

Dilivery distance is short however all products were cold so must have been sat some time before the Dilivery driver picked the order up. Bad planning.

Got a message to say food was on its way I live at most 10 minutes away it took more than double the time and when delivered there were items missing this is not the first time and will not be ordering again.
