I don’t buy for myself as it stone. Old my daughter likes ike food from ear she’s not bothered about it being frozen cold

Very busy & chaotic, massive wait for orders, lots of people waiting & nearly every order received was wrong in one way or another. On top of that our chips were very undercooked. Disappointed at best.

The worst McDonalds I have ever visited, I live local so this used to be convenient but time after time food is always stone cold, your waiting a day and age for food and all of the staff walk like sloths, no rush or accountability at all. AVOID.

The food took an hour to be delivered after I ordered it - and clearly it had been sat on the side all that time because when it arrived it was stone cold. Appalling quality and experience.

Food arrived late and stone cold and the fries were soggy and under cooked. If I'd known I would have to cook the fries and reheat the burgers I would have just made something from scratch, would have been quicker and cheaper.

Very slow service confused staff poor management

got totally wrong order. It wasn't my order at all, never got anything I ordered, so me and my husband went without food but paid for it. we even spoke to delivery driver as he was still outside my house when we opened order but he couldn't do anything about it. all order wrong, not good as we got everything we don't eat. funny thing is the sticker on the bag had my order on but totally different food in bag.

Stopped on the way to kids gym lesson. Placed order in drive-thru at 7:05 pm. At 7:22 pm we were STILL waiting for our food in the car park. Eventually had to go inside because no one was coming and we were going to be late. Finally get our order at 7:25, and leave but the chicken wrap we ordered was cold. Didn’t even bother to put napkins in our bag or bother to apologise for the excessive wait. Until they figure out how to staff the facility correctly or how to run a “fast food” business, don’t bother eating here.

Didn't receive the mcflurry, milkshake or drink. When I asked the driver, he said he hadn't been given anything else and that we should just ring up to complain. No answer from 4 attempted calls

You delivered my order to the wrong address! I have footage that shows that at the time it was delivered there was no one near my house let alone at the actual door showing the delivery driver at my door! If you employed decent drivers it would help!

If you like waiting 30+ mins for food whilst you watch countless takeaway drivers and drive through customers get food then this is the McDonald's you need! I ended up asking the manager for a refund on my order for my family and driving down the road to KFC. It's got to be the worst McDonald's in the local area, it's worth driving to meadowhall retail park if you really want a McDonald's. Absolutely terrible.

Very busy. Always a longer than usual wait and staff seem to be particularly slow. Delivery drivers should get their food from somewhere else in the restaurant rather than slumping all over the place and being arrogant and looking at people up and down. Not a great atmosphere at all with the chaos at the front. Limited seating area on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Went quite late at night, however the drive thru process took 25 minutes! Not sure what the delay was but we had already ordered on the app and just went to collect. Next time we will go inside to collect it instead. Food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either, we had food missing from our order but couldn’t be bothered to go back due to the long time already sat waiting

Worse mcdonalds in Yorkshire. Never had a good experience yet. Keep saying I'm not going back so kinda my own fault but another bad experience again today. Took 20mins for my a breakfast and then they still get it wrong.

This was a reorder as my original was catastrophically messed up, and even this attempt arrived cold, looking like it had done 12 rounds with Tyson

The second I received my order the bag split spilling my drink all over the floor. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with Just Eat. All the fact that McDonalds are persistent on using paper bags which do not hold anything never mind food! Absolutely disgraceful. I want my money back from my drink.

For some reason it’s always an issue finding the address. Even tho I state on the comments where to go. Other deliveries always seem to find it ok?

I didn’t receive what I ordered. I got a different drink and a double cheeseburger rather than my bbq & bacon chicken one.
