Food was cold and we sent it back

Terrible experience with staff member who was unpleasant when I ordered external table service due to being on foot and had 2 dogs with me

Was a wet rainy night so pretty busy. Staff were a little slow with taking order

So slow, no matter what you order, they will Tell you to park up. Just spent 25 mins for them to bring me a mayo chicken. Really poor compared to other franchises. Get a good operator in 👍

The order is never right, always something missing wrong. Its thrown together with no care. Drinks half full or when you get there it's out of stock. Never enough staff.

Dips missing from order and this restaurant consistently gives less than half portion sizes on mcflurrys

The food and service was satisfactory but there were rats running around near the drive through area so I can only give it 3 stats.

Disgusting place. Delivery missing all five orders of fries and missing an orange juice. Woman on the line said that it wasn't their problem yet they PREPARED, PACKAGED AND CHECKED the food before delivering. Will not be coming again no matter the amount tof pleading. I hope you are happy

Shocking service as always now. Waiting 20 minutes for food in car park is not a good look. Just et gets priority. Foods usually cold too. Waiting 20 minute at a fast food joint in car park with kids isn't great

Drive through, very quick, no waiting. Best start to any day, nice change from cereal . The latte is the best around, forget Starbucks etc, who are far more expensive.

McDonald’s used to be good value. Like all fast food places, it’s just become way too overpriced for the quality of food you get. I only ever get Wrap of the Day as I find it to be one of the very few things that’s good value. Wetherspoons have maintained good value for money and I’d always choose saving money, having a better meal with the option of a beer at the same time, given the choice.

Genuinely awful. Food is never fast, we are always asked to pull in to wait for an order even when it is only fries or nuggets (which then take at least 10 minutes). It must be so their times look better in the system. At least half the time there is something wrong or missing from the order, and the other half it is stone cold. The one time we ordered delivery, more than half of the items were missing. We were once stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes, as cars in front of us were being directed to block the cars behind to wait for food. We just wanted to leave, but the staff didn't seem to understand when we asked if the one waiting car in front of us could be moved to a different space. I genuinely do not understand how such a popular franchise can be run so poorly. Absolutely avoid.

The coke tasted like water and burgers uncooked.

Shocking service food always cold. Staff are rude if you go through drive-thru they always tell you to park up and your sat waiting 30min+ to then get your order and things are missing. Worst McD’s in area.

I ordered through just eat, confirmation came through at 12.15, the delivery time just kept going up and eventually came at 1.15. everything was stone cold and had to be re-heated. not at all impressed

No extra sausage and got a vanilla milkshake instead of grimace shake

Time stamp was 17:12 on the receipt when they made our order, didn’t arrive till gone 19:10. Just eat policies for restaurants states if the food has been sat for longer than 30 minutes it has to be remade especially hot food, this is a health hazard and our food arrived cold, stale, completely inedible. You’ve offered £5 refund for a £20+ order that we had to wait HOURS for and throw away. I demand a more sensible refund from you before I take this higher,this goes against food hygiene policies

Had to be brought into the 21st century with the ordering online. I prefer the old fashion way but got to keep up to date. Nice, clean helpful staff. Food good.

Very nice place to eat out or drive through. Affordable and nicely made. Staff were polite and friendly

Worst Mc Donalds experience. Do not use drive through. 30 minutes waiting, 30 minutes bang on. Had to go inside myself to pick it up cuz got upset waiting. Made my food wrong, ordered with burgers with salad and got chips. But im already in my car not going back. Food cold... will have to warm up at home. Luckily no lives at stake here, please dont become doctors or engineers cheers

Don't think I've been through in the last 6 months without being asked to park up, when most orders are as simple as a single cheeseburger. Never anywhere to park due to everyone being asked to park up. Game of Tetris in the car park and the foods still some how cold.

Ordered food, no dips , straws or anything! Honestly can’t they even read an order?

£60 order and surprisingly it was all correct. The only missing items were sauces including the sweet chilli that I had paid for. Was expecting loads of missing items so was pleasantly surprised! On the cold side but always the case with delivery unfortunately.

Worst mcdonald’s i ever go to. Not once have i been through drive through and got food straight away, always told to park up which is always impossible because everyone else is told the same! By the end of it food is cold. Shocking management

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever used. Nearly every time they do a home delivery it's wrong. Just collected a crispy chicken salad, the piece of chicken was tiny and the half the lettuce should have thrown in the bin.

You will wait 15/20 mins for cold food & a wrong order. Every single time.

Later than originally stated, delivery driver asked to meet us outside even though it's a delivery service, food was freezing cold, really poor.

the delivery driver was extremely rude and abrupt. when I told him, he became argumentstive and defensive. hope I don't get him again!

Awful place took 30min to get a apple pie and wasn't even that busy, took ages to order not the best place iv been to think I won't go there again.

driver dropped the drinks getting them out of the car ,everything was wet through and food items cold. everytime I order this mcdonalds theres something wrong. even worse is just eat as they refuse to refund for anything , avoid and do not use !!!!
