McDonald's in Rotherham

Had to park and wait as is what seems to be the norm these days. It's probably that they're a victim of their own success. I think mcdonalds are a great company and I hope they can address the issue they have with meeting orders efficiently. Thankfully we only eat there occasionally.

horible place to buy from. ordered for delivery the minecraft collectible chicken nuggets and ended up paying £13 for 9 chicken nuggets as there was no collectible item delivered and the fries was half of the portion and scraps only . of course nobody takes the blame as them said to contact uber and uber said to contact them . worst part is child cried for 30 min for that stupid collectible .disgusting customer service and food

been here once a week for 3 weeks and ordered the same meal, a philly cheese stack meal, cheese bite and a triple cheeseburger, every time my food has come its been a double cheeseburger, once is an accident twice maybe a coincidence but 3 time in a row is stealing and the server just laughed it off. This might seem a small thing to moan about however imagine how much they are stealing of everyone and for how long, this is truly unacceptable.......oh and the burgers are stone cold!

Calling this place “fast food” is genuinely the funniest joke I’ve heard all year. If I’m not sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes questioning all my life choices, I’m being told to park up — where I continue to age another 30 minutes — just to get home and realise half my order is missing. I now check the bag before I even blink, because let’s be honest, the odds of it being right are about 1 in 100. So then I go inside, explain what’s missing, and guess what? Yep, back to waiting another half hour while my already-waited-30-minutes food in the car slowly turns into a museum exhibit. Absolute circus. Avoid this McDonald’s like it’s haunted.

The food was so cold and the fries was overcooked cold and rock hard.

food was fine however the coke zero was spilt all over the mcflurry making it not able to be eaten so money has been wasted and your doing nothing about it

Absolutely disgusting just een sat there 20 min everyone getting there food apart from us went to complain and said breakfast had finished our recit was stuck to bottom of pile on table won't be seeing us again everyone you go have to park up need proper staff

The food was cold, majority what we ordered was missing. None of the sauces that was selected was put in. And order the Big Mac Minecraft which your supposed to get a collectable with and didn’t receive it! Very poor service

diet coke tastes like its got vodka in am sure your not allowed to serve alcohol in customers drinks. chips cold burgers cold only thing was more warm was the nuggets . instead of standing around pack the food and send it out to keep warm for the customers!! don't stand around letting it go cold.

Ordered at 6, was due to come at 6:25, 10 minutes kept getting added onto the delivery time when it wasn’t met. Food arrived at 7.05. Not impressed.

Always forget the sauce that you order, every single time. !!! Even put it on as an extra and pay so that it is clear on the receipt. Still forget!

Disgusting place. Delivery missing all five orders of fries and missing an orange juice. Woman on the line said that it wasn't their problem yet they PREPARED, PACKAGED AND CHECKED the food before delivering. Will not be coming again no matter the amount tof pleading. I hope you are happy

I orded 2 extra ash browns and so we had 4 and had to throw the ash browns away, as was not cooked and hard

the food was made and bagged up at 6.58 pm nd was sat waiting and was not delivered till 7.40pm this made all the food cold and tried to warm but was like rubber so had to be thrown away

Shocking service as always now. Waiting 20 minutes for food in car park is not a good look. Just et gets priority. Foods usually cold too. Waiting 20 minute at a fast food joint in car park with kids isn't great

Drive through, very quick, no waiting. Best start to any day, nice change from cereal . The latte is the best around, forget Starbucks etc, who are far more expensive.

Our order is completely wrong!!! No Philly cheese stacks I ordered 2 Philly cheese stack meals, I ordered 20 nuggets and a plain double cheese burger and an extra portion of fries, I have ended up with 1 Big Mac , 6 nuggets no fries 3 drinks and a raspberry pie it’s an absolute joke!!!

Genuinely awful. Food is never fast, we are always asked to pull in to wait for an order even when it is only fries or nuggets (which then take at least 10 minutes). It must be so their times look better in the system. At least half the time there is something wrong or missing from the order, and the other half it is stone cold. The one time we ordered delivery, more than half of the items were missing. We were once stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes, as cars in front of us were being directed to block the cars behind to wait for food. We just wanted to leave, but the staff didn't seem to understand when we asked if the one waiting car in front of us could be moved to a different space. I genuinely do not understand how such a popular franchise can be run so poorly. Absolutely avoid.

McDonald’s used to be good value. Like all fast food places, it’s just become way too overpriced for the quality of food you get. I only ever get Wrap of the Day as I find it to be one of the very few things that’s good value. Wetherspoons have maintained good value for money and I’d always choose saving money, having a better meal with the option of a beer at the same time, given the choice.

Ordered breakfast at 9.50 food wasn’t delivered until 11:35, all the add on hash browns were missing 4 in total and 1 drink. Terrible service.

Shocking service food always cold. Staff are rude if you go through drive-thru they always tell you to park up and your sat waiting 30min+ to then get your order and things are missing. Worst McD’s in area.

I ordered through just eat, confirmation came through at 12.15, the delivery time just kept going up and eventually came at 1.15. everything was stone cold and had to be re-heated. not at all impressed

Time stamp was 17:12 on the receipt when they made our order, didn’t arrive till gone 19:10. Just eat policies for restaurants states if the food has been sat for longer than 30 minutes it has to be remade especially hot food, this is a health hazard and our food arrived cold, stale, completely inedible. You’ve offered £5 refund for a £20+ order that we had to wait HOURS for and throw away. I demand a more sensible refund from you before I take this higher,this goes against food hygiene policies
