Ordered food, no dips , straws or anything! Honestly can’t they even read an order?

Worst mcdonald’s i ever go to. Not once have i been through drive through and got food straight away, always told to park up which is always impossible because everyone else is told the same! By the end of it food is cold. Shocking management

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever used. Nearly every time they do a home delivery it's wrong. Just collected a crispy chicken salad, the piece of chicken was tiny and the half the lettuce should have thrown in the bin.

You will wait 15/20 mins for cold food & a wrong order. Every single time.

Terrible. Service is the slowest i have known. Over 30 mins for 2 happy meals. Seem to prioritise deliveroo than those in the restaurant

Awful place took 30min to get a apple pie and wasn't even that busy, took ages to order not the best place iv been to think I won't go there again.

Disgraceful Service. My order never arrived and Just Eat fobbed me off by saying it did arrive so I have paid over £25 for a food order which never arrived. Apparently I'm expected to pay for nothing now.

All our food was cold and wet coz the delivery driver said that the staff at Canklow hadn't put the lid on my drink properly so it has literally gone all over the food in the bag and all over hus car

no straw so I can't drink my milkshake and I hardly received a small fries even though I paid for a large, I will never order from you again

This place must be a parody of fast food. Order at the drive through, get told to park up. Wait 20 mins, still no food, then go inside to complain, walk out with your food another 10 mins later. Result. You burn 200 calories through frustration. I would definitely recommend this place if you are on a diet.

Used this place all the time but shocking always parking people up even for simple orders then your waiting for ages in which you could sit at a restaurant and get served quicker, used other McDonald's and served straight away this place is shocking last 3 times parked up waiting at least 20 min for food then could or things forgot will never use again utter shocking people just parked in middle of car park just eat and uber drivers no care in world fast food there is none. It will be quicker for me to have a 15min drive and to get home before getting served here thats on my door step never again AVOID

My first bigmac was really hot when normally food from McDonalds is almost cold

Food was cold on arrival. Food Came on time however drinks were missing . Called the restaurant, a Lovely worker at Canklow who was very apologetic and helpful was great though . Every time we order we are having to reclaim missing items. No more McDonald’s Canklow for us guys.

I go here a couple times per week most weeks, and they rarely if ever give you what you’ve paid for! If you order dessert they forget to put it in the bag. If you ask for no ice they give ice. If you ask for sauce they don’t give it. It’s beyond a joke, why is it beyond staff to simply give customers what they’ve paid for? I must have spent so much by now on food I haven’t received and as it’s a drive thru and you want the food to stay warm you often don’t realise until you’re home. Get it together canklow McDonald.

Avoid this place as myself and my wife visited on Saturday the food was cold and the chicken was pink inside and bacon was not even warm, if we had eaten this it would of made both of us ill for sure. I took a picture and sent to the Health standards at the council of Rotherham and also informed McDonalds head office. Always check your food from this establishment before eating. I spoke to the manager on Monday and I was shocked by her actions and attitude, this franchise should be investigated for sure.

Every visit is nothing but slow. The food is then cold too. Go through the drive way and expect to park up and wait another 15 minutes. Then also expect to have items missing! We'll stick to using another franchise!

Worst McDonalds in the area. Limited parking due to delivery drivers. Slow drive thru service where you are always asked to park up in non existent parking spaces. This is a case of fast food stretched too far. The original McDonalds was known for getting you a burger in less than a minute. Now you would be lucky to get it in under 30 minutes.

Absolutely shocking first time ordering on just eat from McDonald’s, no drinks arrived, the driver did apologise and say the lid wasn’t correctly put on in store and spilt on the way. Tgen when we opened the bag of food half of it was missing.

My order came to £16.38 and we received someone else’s order amounting to £30.00, there was a happy meal in our order, I feel so sorry for the person who ordered this for their child, not the restaurants fault! Driver delivered to wrong address!

Didn't even receive our order after waiting an hour for it , received someone else's !! Couldn't even salvage anything from it as nothing we liked . Need to sort the couriers out or whoever's handing the food to the couriers .

today i went into this mcdonalds and i was extremely unsatisfied, it took an hour for my lovely food to come and it came cold, the straw had already been used and 2 of my chicken nuggets were gone!!! i also got shouted at by a worker named jamal. i feel assulted. #FIREJAMAL

For a Mac Donald’s that is 15 mins away from our house I expected much better service, it took 45 mins for our order to be delivered and when it did come everything was freezing cold, the burger and chips had come out of the boxes and were all over the bag. And the cherry on top of it all was that the delivery driver complained that it was a long drive?? Absolutely appalling.
