Burger King in Rotherham

Were travelling yesterday down south, hungry, bored and looking for a Mcdonald's. Found BK Instead. These three Amigos inside did satisfy just that! Second best burger I ever had, and not to mention MilkShakes/Loaded Fries.

John was amazing. Connor was also all eager to provide the best service. It was late but they provided best customer service. I wish every Burger King were like that.

Worst Burgerking ive ever been to. No que but waited 20 mins for captain slow to make food. Then forgot the cheese on a chicken royal with cheese. If you dont want to be late and dissapointed then avoid

Cold inside, but nice service, and came for the excellent chilli cheesy bites.

No service with a smile, no I'm sorry for your long wait when it's quiet, no straw with the drink, there was no "is there anything else I can get you?" They don't use the loyalty app so had to pay double. not very loyal to the customers and they didn't get the order right. But I couldn't show them the order as receipt machine wasn't working. Overall minus 5 stars

Turned up at 7.45 after work not eaten all day and get told they closed

The only food store at service's and shut at 7.30pm

Was meant to be open at 12 noon and still at 13:33 it’s still shut there more interest in cleaning machines which should have been done earlier on and very arrogant staff

not sureif this happens at all burger King but why do they show a price for a meal then start adding taxes for sugar and anything else they can a £10.49 meal become £11.89

Having read some of the other reviews listed I certainly agree Burger King is expensive in comparison to other fast food options, however I would far rather pay more money for a wholly good experience. The customer service was exemplary and the food very welcome. Thank you.

Drink machine wasn't working but shake was good, burger was good too.

Great burger great fries just needs a milkshake option

This is a review for the southbound Burger King. As fast food service area takeaways go, the service we received was excellent. Ordered from the screen and we had a small wait. The guy who handed our food over was polite and attentive. The food was fresh tasting and surprisingly tasty. Apart from the higher prices due to the location, no complaints at all.

Typowy Burger King w UK. Jest kilka miejsc siedzących, menu standardowe, obsługa w porządku. W każdym zestawie bez proszenia dodatki. Polecam!

Fresh hot and probably the best whopper i have had in the uk

Flamed grilled whopper done in a microwave wonderful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was very good, hot and ready quickly. Excellent service overall. Site was clean and has 3 quick order screens which was useful. It is a reasonably small concession so seating can be difficult especially with social distancing.

Food was usual burger King standard got marked down because staff kept standing in back and leaving customers standing because they were unaware of their presence.Lost a customer while I was there and I gave up trying to order some sauce.

Burger King can do better, quality for uk is nit the best.

When I'm travelling on the motorway, I always go to Burger King that is the only time I go to Burger King but it's very filling. Coffee is good. And keeps me going for another 100 miles.

Food was fresh , hot and tasty, staff were pleasant and efficient , and I didn't have to wait long for my food to be served ... the only thing that let's it down , and no fault of Burger King , is Woolley Edge services is dire .... seriously needs to be refurbed... looking dated dirty and downright drab .

Food as you would expect (you know what you're gonna get so how can you complain 😆). Shame the seating areas were such a complete tip - finished and discarded food trays littering every available table space. Cleaned our own space, difficult to find anywhere to put the rubbish. Maybe they were understaffed...

Exactly what you can expect from a service station fast food chain. Slightly above average food served to you by staff who have absolutely no interest in their job.

If your hungry its OK but expensive at the services which this one is not the cleanest and furniture is dated and dirty

£20 for two burger meals and two sides. Both meals weren't worth that kind of money, small portions of fries, lukewarm onion rings. Very disappointed, BKs are usually good
