Lass on front counter was lovely, was able to get on my way quickly

Unfortunately the self service kiosk went down so I spent a lot of time ordering the food then had to queue and reorder at the desk. Staff were nice though.

Not expecting much from a service station granted but the saddest most pathetic burger for over £7 is a joke. The guy working front of house constantly yelling at the people in the back that he needs help really set the mood. Add in waiting for over 20 minutes for the service and the food being Luke warm.

I had a fantastic experience at Burger King today, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Adam and Connor. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and efficient. Adam greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was taken perfectly, while Connor prepared the food with care and attention to detail. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly as I ordered, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Adam and Connor truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Great job, guys! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Almost cancelled my order after it asked four times that it had a deal and did I want to add extra stuff. Four times I said no.

Overpriced ultra processed rubbish coming in at 12 quid for a burger meal is laughable I'd love to know who pays that for an absolute below average meal

To summarise this review this place was AWFUL. Our meal came to £30 for 3 people. We ordered 1x Cheeseburger, 2x Double Cheeseburger, 3x Regular Fries, and 3x Regular Drinks. To start off the place was filthy with napkins, food, and general debris on the floor with no one cleaning. After ordering we collected our food, we were missing 1x Regular fries so we went back to ask. We got our fries but then realised they also forgot 1x of our drinks. After having our meal I realised the "chocolate milkshake" that I ordered on the screen within the restaurant was actually vanilla which is a rather big health hazard. Our food was cold with tiny portions and the quality was poor at best. They put cold sauce on a family member's "loaded fries". In summary, fast food places should be cheaper as you expect crap service, and lower-quality food and a non-existent atmosphere. However, when you charge MORE than actual restaurants with: - Lower quality customer service - Lower quality foods - Smaller food portions - Worse atmosphere - Expected to put your tray away All for £30 is a total joke! You expect a certain criteria to be met! DO NOT recommend!

Were travelling yesterday down south, hungry, bored and looking for a Mcdonald's. Found BK Instead. These three Amigos inside did satisfy just that! Second best burger I ever had, and not to mention MilkShakes/Loaded Fries.

Cold inside, but nice service, and came for the excellent chilli cheesy bites.

No service with a smile, no I'm sorry for your long wait when it's quiet, no straw with the drink, there was no "is there anything else I can get you?" They don't use the loyalty app so had to pay double. not very loyal to the customers and they didn't get the order right. But I couldn't show them the order as receipt machine wasn't working. Overall minus 5 stars

Was meant to be open at 12 noon and still at 13:33 it’s still shut there more interest in cleaning machines which should have been done earlier on and very arrogant staff

not sureif this happens at all burger King but why do they show a price for a meal then start adding taxes for sugar and anything else they can a £10.49 meal become £11.89

Having read some of the other reviews listed I certainly agree Burger King is expensive in comparison to other fast food options, however I would far rather pay more money for a wholly good experience. The customer service was exemplary and the food very welcome. Thank you.

Great burger great fries just needs a milkshake option

This is a review for the southbound Burger King. As fast food service area takeaways go, the service we received was excellent. Ordered from the screen and we had a small wait. The guy who handed our food over was polite and attentive. The food was fresh tasting and surprisingly tasty. Apart from the higher prices due to the location, no complaints at all.

Flamed grilled whopper done in a microwave wonderful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was very good, hot and ready quickly. Excellent service overall. Site was clean and has 3 quick order screens which was useful. It is a reasonably small concession so seating can be difficult especially with social distancing.

Food was usual burger King standard got marked down because staff kept standing in back and leaving customers standing because they were unaware of their presence.Lost a customer while I was there and I gave up trying to order some sauce.

Burger King can do better, quality for uk is nit the best.

When I'm travelling on the motorway, I always go to Burger King that is the only time I go to Burger King but it's very filling. Coffee is good. And keeps me going for another 100 miles.

Food as you would expect (you know what you're gonna get so how can you complain 😆). Shame the seating areas were such a complete tip - finished and discarded food trays littering every available table space. Cleaned our own space, difficult to find anywhere to put the rubbish. Maybe they were understaffed...

Exactly what you can expect from a service station fast food chain. Slightly above average food served to you by staff who have absolutely no interest in their job.

If your hungry its OK but expensive at the services which this one is not the cleanest and furniture is dated and dirty

£20 for two burger meals and two sides. Both meals weren't worth that kind of money, small portions of fries, lukewarm onion rings. Very disappointed, BKs are usually good
