Ordered today off uber. 2 big macs , 2 fries. Found a very long hair in the fries. Reported it to uber as im not eating those. McDonald's refused to refund. Sent photo to verify this. Verybad service And wont be using again. Hygiene is disgusting , even when visiting most have hair all over the place !

Hadn't been to northfield McDonalds in a few years but after revisiting, apart from the new self service ordering kiosks i could see not much had changed, (in a positive context)

Store Member are rude and unprofessional, always behind and delivery driver have to wait. I don't recommand at all Awfull store

our food was delivered cold. doit understand how it can be cold we are literally 4 minutes from the restaurant

Bad as always. Drink spilled over the food. Go to chat say we be sorted in 24hs . I dont have 24hs i need it now, same as i paid straightaway . McDonald's and deliveries always a joke.

Don't bother ordering from this one the incompetent staff miss items on your order. Go to the Longridge McDonalds their staff memebers aren't stupid.

The food was freezing cold the driver obviously had other plans once he received my order instead of delivering it as soon as he received it

driver delivered to wrong address so i had to run out of my home to try and find him. and then he had no bag to keep the food warm he was just walking round with it in his hands which caused my food to be cold

We ordered our meal and didn't receive our fries which we paid for. Never ordering macdonald's again! Not happy at all. This is the second time in a row they mistaken our order. The last time we ordered macdonald's before this order we got someone else's order and we contacted macdonald's and they promised 2 free vouchers through the post and we didn't receive it.

I always find a part of the order missing when being delivered and someone missing out

I don't normally go to McDonald's especially the Northfield one and won't be going any time soon after what i have just witnessed a guy doing his drugs on the counter and not one member of staff said anything to him even though some seen him doing it

I ordered mine an my sons food at 7.05am it never arrives until 8.26am by which point my sons had had to go to school so they couldn't eat it

Driver had an accident, food arrived covered in the drinks and the food was cold can you check up on the driver as he’s bleeding and very shaken up.

I placed an order at 4.15. delivery due by 4.45….18.15 still waiting despite a call to the restaurant! Then got a message to say order delivered but certainly not delivered here. Can’t find anywhere to place a complaint, complete waste of money, won’t be ordering again!!

The McFlurry was tasty. The milkshake didn’t taste chocolatey, though.

Ridiculous, over half the order missing and then they don’t answer the phone. Pretty sure the driver had taken it but at this point who knows. What a way to bring in the new year. Be wary ordering from this branch of McDonald’s.

All i can say that the staff is very chilled. People waiting for their order and they are chetting. 1 single order waited 25m. At yet it was quite. Not only that i have to interupt their chetting to look for my order. They are way to relexed. Nope not going there again. And the reason is their attitude coz they were been interupted.

This McDonald's is the worst ever. Everything they miss items on my order. The staff ain't really bothered just killing time on phones and talking while your food gets cold. I always check my food before leaving and most times I have to tell them they have missed items that I ordered. Just useless

Dont come here unless you cannot go elsewhere. The rubery one is much better, not too far away either. This store is always really busy and loud, and the big mcdelivery section in the middle is very off putting, making the place feel strange. Good food though, tasty but messy.

Placed a large order. Half of it missing. Uber eats refused refund and Northfield macdonalds refused to send missing items. Apparently they weigh the bags before they leave and if anything was missing it would flag up 🤔 0 stars if I could.
