My order was not complete. Chips 🍟 were missing.

recieved 1 big mac burger instead of 2

food was nice what was eaten just a shame when ordered no sauces and gherkin on burgers they came with everything on them

The courier knocked the door as I was just getting changed and then missed a call. Called back and could not connect, looked out to see the moped speeding off! Didn’t even leave the food behind! It might be busy but that’s £30 down the drain!

This McDonald’s never gets you’re order right there’s always something missing

Food was freezing cold . Chicken was horrible as it was cold . Chips was soggy . Not even edible

Went in today 12pm , was very busy but Liam i think his name was, his service was brilliant, excellent and couldn’t ask for anymore. He offered sauces told me to have a great rest of my day, and he was doing this to every customer whilst keeping a smile during busy times. What an experience me and my mum had today. Thank you Liam!

Delivery driver found it hilarious when I showed him my coke had spilt everywhere

hot chocolate is horrible once again smells like mint but taste like water no flavour at all and it's the same everytime I order it

Ordered 2 happy meals. And one milkshake is wrong. Ordered a vanilla milkshake but since when does vanilla milkshake taste like mint? My son is not happy about this. I’ve tasted it and does taste like mint but also stale milk aswell.

Got my order incorrect. I received something else that wasn’t the mozzarella sticks, and the cookie I ordered was a brownie instead of what I ordered.

First time using the app. Had no problems and the delivery driver was polite.

the expected delivery time kept getting later and later, when the food arrived it was cold as it was almost an hour since ordering. after calling mcdonalds directly I was told this is due to lack of drivers as its Ramadan. Poor service, not impressed and apparently nothing they are willing to do for cold food!

Hadn't been to northfield McDonalds in a few years but after revisiting, apart from the new self service ordering kiosks i could see not much had changed, (in a positive context)

Ordered today off uber. 2 big macs , 2 fries. Found a very long hair in the fries. Reported it to uber as im not eating those. McDonald's refused to refund. Sent photo to verify this. Verybad service And wont be using again. Hygiene is disgusting , even when visiting most have hair all over the place !

absolutely STONE COLD and always is considering my house is 5 mins away this has to be down to the couriers taking multiple orders and going the long route to my address as indicated on the map. MCDONALDS should employ there own couriers!

Bad as always. Drink spilled over the food. Go to chat say we be sorted in 24hs . I dont have 24hs i need it now, same as i paid straightaway . McDonald's and deliveries always a joke.
