My meal was all squashed and broken boxes chips was tipped out couldn't eat it

All the food was stone cold when it arrived, (50 minutes late) and it was missing an item.

Great service and great food on this occasion.

Food was cold and soggy. Portions of fries was unacceptable as very small. Lettuce on burger despite requesting no lettuce.

Food arrived cold, when tracking the delivery driver, he collected our order went to northfield shopping centre, he then returned to McDonald’s to collect another customer order and then came to drop our s off. So I feel sorry for the next customer their food is going to be cold as well. Would like a refund as food stone cold and delivery driver more interested in money than happy customers

Freezing cold food that isn’t cheap.

The driver had spilt the drinks everywhere so the bag was soggy. It ripped as soon as we closed the door and the remaining drinks spilled everywhere. Rang the restaurant and they were no help. Reported it to just eat too.

It forever to come and it was luke warm

The lateness isnt a bother really, it was only a few minutes. The food wasnt that warm, plus i ordered a double chilli cheeseburger without the pickle but it came also without the spicy relish and jalapeños, so basically a normal cheesburger :(

Took an hour to arrive. It was lower than room temp when it was delivered. The lady took it off her back seat and put it into an open bag anyway, it hadn’t been transported in one. Drivers fault not McD’s but Just Eat don’t want to know.

Why bother with an expected delivery time of 10-25 mins when it's always later

spent £20. for meals to arrive freezing cold. let's not blame the weather, should be delivered in thermal bags while out for delivery.

When delivery driver tried to hand me my order , there was liquid leaking all out Of the bag , when being delivered one of the cokes has completely poured out into the bag not Only loosing my full drink but also got the food wet , I am not happy !

Really bad service . Food was cold and unappetizing. Told a girl called Molly. She was really rude and lost the plot when confronted. This McDonald's should be locked up and thrown away the keys.
