It was quick, enjoy the double burger but our order was missing a chicken select 🥺 just couldn't bother to go back for it. 😏

Slow service 28 minuets to get food tonour table in the restaurant. Also the staff didn't say sorry for the wait. I asked who the magaer was and she replied there is multiple.... train your staff better

Rare visit but it was hot and I fancied a smoothie - but there wasn’t any!! Had a milk shake instead 😉 polite and efficient service will return for my smoothie!!

20 minutes to produce luke warm fries and a burger. Added a point as this time they got the contents right at least

Visited at around 9.30am this morning. Really disappointed with the service and food and drink quality. Felt like waiting ages for our breakfast selection and we weren't the only ones who seemed to standing and waiting ages for their food. Once ours did arrive, the coffee had to be replaced as it was luke warm. The attendant dealing with us seemed to take ages in returning but then did apologise for taking too long and for us having to return an item. For 'fast food', it was disappointing 😞. Staff seemed to be unfazed and lacked motivation within their working environment. Felt as though staff were either half asleep or didn't want to be in work. Area we sat in was clean and tidy. Toilet was clean. Overall rating for today's visit 4/10.

BEST customer service I’ve had at a McDonald’s, lovely and clean really friendly staff! And a fun kids activity run outback. Ideal for 4+ year olds.

Only maccies that gets the order right but the delivery driver was a bell, lecturing me on google map pin points?? I put my address in so why do I need to hack into google to make sure their pin is right on top of my head??

Very poor. Purchased a strawberry milkshake and got a hybrid chocolate strawberry, so i complained at the counter and they remade it but the new one was the same half filled with chocolate milkshake and the other half with strawberry milkshake.

1 syrup with pancakes 🥞 with no option to buy more. Very first world problem I’m aware of this but to not have the option to buy more, I don’t want it for free I’ll pay.

burger was cold and when the delivery driver passed me my drinks the coke had leaked and I had to run in and put bag in sink come cola every were all over my carpet

I just wanted to share my gratitude for the outstanding service at this McDonald's location. Sharron is always welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need. We also want to thank Dan for bringing out the milkshake even when the machine was getting fixed when we arrived. I come here every week with two vulnerable adults, and they absolutely love visiting because of the warm and friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

Honestly just eat on McDonald’s is so good always have the right order when delivered and still warm always can rely on just eat now with ordering and dead good with how quick the order gets delivered

Wrong order…. How does a mighty Mc Muffins n sound like a bacon roll. God help us when these kids get proper jobs. Ones with real responsibilities.

Food ordered for collection and takeaway was sat on a tray on the counter on my arrival going cold and not in a takeaway bag. A member of staff put the items in a bag when I pointed out the error. When I got home, there was an item missing. I then had to return to the 'restaurant" to collect the item. While I was collecting the missing item, I heard another customer stating their food was for takeaway when it was sat on a tray going cold. Food was ok, burger was nice, but fries were soggy. Staff would benefit from extra training to read the order instructions and place the correct items in the relevant packaging.

Drive thru is shocking - they ignore one kiosk and about ten cars passed us. Baby started screaming in the car in the end and we couldn’t even get out. Avoid the drive thru

Slow. Wrong orders most of the time, ordered 2 coffees, got 1 then a Hot Chocolate, which on the app said was unavailable. To make matters worst the HC was cold, was ice cold.

had to reorder nuggets due to the original order not having them in the bag. second driver sadly I've forgotten his name already was so kind and showed me how to apply the refund for the missing nuggets. I'm not good with the internet and it's my first time ordering usually my son does it. only for his kindness as I was so upset about the missing nuggets and couldn't get back to where it says refund I can't afford to just lose money as well. so if he sees this thank you so much for helping me.

Asked for extra pickles however no pickles were on the burger. Salad only had two slices of Cucumber and the rest was Lettuce.

Now we have to pay for dips it would be a good idea to send them with the order. And no dip with the mozzarella bites which was asked for. 3 x drinks with no straws yet again! What’s is the point of arranging a delivery, it’s never right!!!!
