Went in there today and missed my nuggets of my order not impressed not the first time this has happened

Too busy for the amount of staff, waited 20 minutes for food

Service was good,but it needed a good cleaning, couldn't find a clean table,ended going outside.

Because Stamford closed for renovation bourn drive through was busier than usual.

Easy to place order on app, sat in car and order delivered quickly

Ordered a large drink and they gave us a medium drink inside a large cup! What the hell is that! Also constantly give us the wrong burgers but in the correct packaging/wrapper. Ridiculous

I'm not sure what happened to this branch. Limp and cold fries, drive through orders wrong on the last two occasions. I realise this is just a McDonald's, but basic standards like this should be met.

Lukewarm and lame as usual and with no real resemblence to the advertisements

Very busy and had to wait a long time for a small order. However, good quality good and a nice building.

Pretty much what so many others are saying. Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin meal with a coffee, and a hash brown and cappuccino at the drive through, asked to check my order on the screen, but the screen didn't work, I told the member of staff and he just mumbled something. Went to the next window, got my order but was missing the cappuccino, the staff member just shrugged. I get that mistakes happen, but if someone asks "is there anything else?" And you say "yes, a cappuccino please" you kind of expect them to press that button and add it to your order. Disappointed but not surprised.

Sat in one drive thru cue while several cars in the other served. Poor poor

McDonalds is good for quick, easy, affordable food. I don't eat often there. We just popped in to see if the coffee was as good as the American equivalent, and it wasn't. We won't be going back. I used to enjoy popping out in the mornings with my wife in Vegas and visiting the McDonalds there as their coffee bean was delicious. I have heard that the supplier is different there. Oh well, at least we gave it a shot, lol. Back to paying nearly double at Costa next door to get a decent coffee ☕️. :-)

Easy to take wrong turning to the Car Park as the entrance was not very clear, the Car Park was just pointing to Drive Thru. Staff didn't know what a Lemonade was, otherwise it was one of the most quietest McDonald's I have ever visited. Food average, it's a McDonald's.

Clean, tidy & spacious. Fast service, friendly professional staff.

Awful service. Everytime I have been there they have forgotten multiple items on my order, it's like they do it on purpose as I'm not sure it's that difficult to read a receipt and put in the correct food. Despite complaining several times to McDonald's and them promising to pass this on to the management team (pretty sure this isn't happening) the poor service continues, think I'll be travelling to a further McDonald's in future.

Get home to hungry grandchildren and yet again things missing out of bag. This time 2 x regular fries missing. I'm not going to use your app anymore as twice I've used it and twice things were missing. Please CHECK the bag before handing it over.

Visited today. Chips were lovely and hot. Cheeseburger and big Mac stone cold. Very busy both inside and drive through. Our order was brought quickly and the lady bringing out meals was working non stop

Very long wait for a coffee and a breakfast wrap this morning.

Went to get a breakfast Saturday morning. One lane was empty in the drive-through, so I went in that one, not expecting to wait very long.. How wrong was I. Three other cars came in after me and got served, I was still waiting, and when I eventually got served, they then made me wait another 10 minutes for my food..so all in 25 minute wait. Now that isn't fast food to me!! Shocking service.

Fast service. Free parking no time limit at the time of my visit.

Another day at drive through another day of things missing from the order. You wouldn’t mind but no one else was there. It’s the same franchise as Market Harborough nothing is ever missing when you go there. Oakham rarely get it right

Absolutely terrible both the staff and food. I received not one but 2 strands of hair in my food and the chips arrived cold I’d rather just go next door to costa coffee where the food and drinks are top tier along with the perfect staff.

Worst place I’ve ever eaten at. Simply the food was not good and I had a hair in my latte and in my wrap. Also you have to pay for condiments. I really do not recommend to others

Macdonald app say ,this place open till 11pm, I was there 10pm it's already close, I can see from out side, floor clean and staff just chatting inside, they saw me ,I'm out side door, they aiding, beyond the counter, I just let you guys know, night time, if you want grab something I'm macdonald, don't go this place, you going to wast ur time ,fuel and get disappointed

I mean, it's a McDonald's......fairly new still so the staff aren't completely broken and mostly very friendly. Food is the same basically as anywhere else and the place is clean 🤷

Used the drive through it was a pity that they were unable to tell the difference between hot chocolate and coffee. This meant I had to return to get what I had originally ordered, they did exchange.

Forgot our drinks and looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for them, staff idle, standing around and grumpy. Rubbish all over the car park as bins were over flowing. Kids play park closed even though it was dry and daylight.

Lovely Restaurant. Polite Staff. Quick service but 10p for a ketchup is not OK! Think this must be a Franchised Restaurant although not all Franchises change for sauce. Fries were hot and fresh unlike the Double Cheeseburger.

Actually the nicest and fastest McDonald’s I’ve had. Didn’t have to wait in a bay, got my food fast (actually got to eat my McFlurry after my meal and no bay waiting), it was hot and crispy, got my order correct, and caramel sauce lined the whole of my McFlurry... bingo!! Ticked every box. Thank you to all the staff who worked 13th august at 2pm!

Couldn't get an order right to save their lives... you just can't order more than 20 quids worth with any confidence. Sort it out!! Update - literally went back a year later... Got it wrong again... 😂🙈 Does anyone check on the staff? It is every... Damn... Time... Absolute embarrassment 😆

Popped in after a camping trip. Great service and nice meal.

Can't believe people still eat this rubbish! Hadn't been for s few years, so was craving a burger, but wish I hadn't! Since with McDonald's, will never eat this stuff again!

The guy who brought the food was really friendly and the only criticism was that the chips were slightly overcooked and one must have jumped out of the frying oven but other than that, it was really nice.

Just called in for a Mcflurry on a very hot day. It was a bit melted. Apart from that everything else was good - air conditioning, staff helpfulness, parking seating, cleanliness etc

Food was Mcdonald standard and service was good too but cleanliness was not there. Upstairs was full but air conditioning wasn't on. So overall we had to come out quick as we were suffocating.

This place is only let down by the drive through experience at certain times, the cue is just too great for them to process in a reasonable time. It just seems to take an age to get from the ordering point to the collection point at times, and once your in the cue there is no getting out so make sure you have plenty of time.

Luke warm coffee and breakfast roll. Had to wait while another customer got their order sorted in the drive through. Long delay. Not good. Pay my money expect hot food.. time 0749 Thursday 29 June.

Ordered S&E McMuffin meal with a sauce. There was no hash brown in the bag. Obviously I ate the McMuffin. Rang and told them, got told I would have to come back for a refund. Drove 10 mins to go back, and manager offered a refund of £1.39 !!! I said what about a refund for the whole meal, and she said she wouldn’t do that (£5.59). She wouldn’t refund the dip even though I had that in my hand and told her I bought it for the hash brown!!! I made a 20 minute round trip to be insulted - £1.39 didn’t even cover my fuel! It is a shambles for McDonald’s and Kyra Enterprises to treat customers like this. It’s like ordering fish and chips, but not getting the chips, but being told you must keep the curry sauce! Ridiculously poor customer services all over a few quid. I must say I was totally surprised, mistakes happen, but show some remorse and fix it! I left without the £1.39 refund, or the 20 minute old hash brown she offered me and said she would re-fry to heat up again. All totally insulting and an embarrassment .

The ketchups (sauces) are 10p each in the drive thru.. Ordered 3 meals and not a single ketchup included despite asking for some. Informed you need to pay for them which was not obvious.

Cold chips ages to get coffee restaurant was quiet but Aircon was on making the place cold. Shame such high expectations for Rutlands only macdonalds

The staff aren't very pleasant I feel as if it's a chore to them to have to serve us. Very blunt through the drive thru speaker too. Had to wait 15 minute at the window only for them to get half my order wrong.

Good food nice atmosphere and plenty of sitting space, big parking space with electric charging stations available for electric cars. Smooth drive thru.

Always disappointed that they clean the milkshake machine at lunchtime everyday and milkshakes are unavailable. When they do become available it is a good idea to wait a while so that you don't get a neopolitan (strawberry & chocolate together in one cup) another regular occurrence.

Busy place, lots of youngsters as the holiday period. Useful place to stop when A47 closed.

Went to the drive in amd waited foe 15 mins

The staff have always been quick and attentive. I've never had any problems with my food. There was one time I ordered through the app but it had not gone through as the app had suddenly gone down but they were quick and friendly and sorted the situation in good time.

Almost every morning I go to a store, I love McDonald's breakfast.

A visit during the school holidays and at lunchtime so a bit too chaotic for my liking. The order display panel I used wasn't working properly and no staff to help. It didn't produce a receipt. A member of staff did kindly replace a burger which I apparently made a mistake with on the order customisation.

Long waits for food and you always need to check your order before leaving as there is normally something missing. This evening the burgers were so SALTY THEY could not be eaten!

very disorganised, ordered 2 apple pies but received only one and been told that we will have to wait another 7 min to get the second one. As we were on a scheduled time could not really wait, got Mcflurry instead as they did not have anything hot to replace it, which wasn't great as it was miserable and cold day. Loads of tablets did not work, and staff did not know whether they were coming or going.

Keep getting our order wrong every time we drive over! No straws given this time 🙄

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced, apon arrival at 22:36pm we were the only car there, was told to wait at the next window whilst cars behind me arrived and got their orders before me. ONLY ORDERED TWO CHICKEN BURGERS!!! 15 MINUTE WAIT FOR 2 CHICKEN BURGERS!! The food was passed through to me through the window with no apology and window slammed in my face.not the first time this has happend, it's every time!!!
