great McDonald's, food was great and also hot. Service was exceptional and quick too!

A fantastic McDonald's. The venue is kept clean and tidy. The menu is full of strong choices (both food and drink). Staff are helpful and welcoming. Would recommend.

drive through closed so went in … big mistake 😡waited .. why did you shut the drive through, keeping the shop open was a mistake as we went in not knowing we’d have to wait an age because your short staffed, sorry but if you had kept the drive through open we could have made the choice..

Food is maccers same stuff different franchise...... The service is poor to unacceptable. Many orders wrong sauces, forgotten items, wrong items. Always check your order! Do not assume they'll get it right and get the right burgers inside the bag. If you have allergies I would be very very wary and careful! This seems to be the worst franchise for this in the area.

Chips were fresh, chicken nuggets were delicious and Big Macs were juicy

I usually come here during late hours when other McDonald's are shut or they are updating their systems. It's generally clean and plenty of space, the parking lot is nice and spacious too. Service is relatively quick and staff are nice.

Coffee was cold and had to go back, but otherwise ok

just came to McDonald’s in Wellington for food, opened the box and appears to have a bite mark on it in the bun and also the cheese (first picture) went up to ask for a new one and they have just swapped the bun and nothing else as you can see in the other 2 photos there also appears to be the same bite marks in the cheese! Always enjoy the food here but not after tonight! Im not the one to complain but this is unacceptable, not happy !!!!!

Feels very cramped in this McDonald's,and if you're waiting at the counter to pay,it will be sometime before you get noticed. Standard fare, as per expected.

Food was cold when delivered ordered with a hot chocolate which was half full and watery. Will not be ordering again!

I took my grandchildren for lunch last Friday. The car park was full and McDonald's was busy but we managed to order our food and find a seat easily. It was brought to our table following a short wait and we all enjoyed our meals. The food was very hot and lovely and the staff and service could not be faulted. I won't hesitate to eat there again or to recommend it to others.

We ate in the car not the restaurant hence only 3 for atmosphere

And again! Just ordered a Big Mac meal with extra chips! Have a guess, it’s too difficult to pack 4 items for them! Really? Are people who do this job soo ignorant or just lack any brain cells?

After 2 weeks of eating Japanese food followed by this, i ended up on the toilet for 24 hours

Coffee continues to beat costa hands down! Sausage and egg McMuffin always hits the spot. Nuff said Update October 24- this continues to be the case. McDonald's coffee yes please....bargain value. But the food is way more expensive than it used to be....

Five star this one. Efficient and clean McDonalds visited on the way to watch Wellington AFC play. A very tasty McPlant meal and superb value McCafe. I hadn't realised Wellington, Somerset had a McD until looking it up. A very tidy and modern service area off the M5 (South). There are others off the M5 that will need visits over the course of the season.

It was pouring with rain and the young lad Olaf brought out our coffee to the car all smiles. It was bucketing down. He definitely went above and beyond. Sunday 6th October.

Food was great never have enough

The chicken was uncooked and the chips where cold and we all feel sick, all 40 of us feel sick (we went on a trip) expecting regular mac was not up to the usual standard and one of my children had an empty wrap with only one piece of chicken. Hope you can take this feedback on board and best wishes

Ordering through the app is hopeless - either missing items or giving the entirely wrong item, which then leads you on a loop of contacting Ubereats and McDonalds to get a resolution.

Had driven threw. Easy drive threw to go threw very polite staff very friendly. Only problem is the veggie dippers take so long to sort out was waiting over 15mins.. explained to the member of staff how long been waiting and she said don't order veggie dippers then. Well ok then

Stopped here on our way to a family holiday. Kids love McDonald's as a treat, so what a better way to start. Easy parking, nice and clean, staff were very helpful. All the food was nice and hot. Only thing was all our coke zero seemed to have hints of charry in it. So we didn't finish our drinks. But everything else was spot on. Even, I enjoyed McDonald's I don't normally like it as I'm a BK man. Toilets smelled nice and were spotless unlike most McDonald's toilets that smell and look like the back street of a night club.

Best McDonald's I've ever been too. The food was all hot and fresh and nothing was missing. The chap that brought the food to our table even had sause in the apron! Pat on the back for these people because McDonald's is usually poor service and poor food quality

It's a Macdonald's so you know what you are getting. But it's definitely one of the better ones; food is consistently good, restaurant is clean and staff friendly. Recommended

Given McDonald’s is generic, this is definitely a newer setup than many. Disappointing that McPlant burgers were not available when I visited.

Great atmosphere upon arrival, car park is very laid out along with the restaurant workaround. Food followed shortly after order on average, along with lobby staff cleaning around.

Came in for lunch during my shift. There was plenty of parking. Mens toilets were clean with warm water and soap. Food came out quickly and hot. Staff were really nice.

So grateful that the staff were able and willing to search for my lost phone…….and swap toys for the little one. We found the found the phone ourselves in the end, but I can’t fault the staff willingness to be helpful. Thank you

Visited to collect breakfast between Christmas and New year. Quietest I've ever seen it. Took ages for food to come but I guess that means it was made fresh. Got everything we ordered and it tasted great.

Not brilliant, service is always slow and getting your food is even slower ! Only use the drive through but they are nearly always slow

Ordered via the app plain hamburger - collected it. Bit into it and they had clearly scrapped the mustard off the bun as it was stained yellow and tasted it. Good job I don’t have a allergy

Manager and staff were absolutely spot on ordered a large coffee got a small not an issue with sorting it. Probably some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time as seems to be a dying art, something I preach to my workforce

The place looks really modern and clean.The only letdown was the number of order points available to order food as there were 2 double stands, which meant people were queuing to use them. A few more order points and all would be good

Only used the drive-through. Service is quick even when busy. Plenty of parking with lots of bins spread around, the carpark area is very clean.

The quality of the service is not acceptable anymore. Lazy staff, arrogant shift lead, zero customer service. I don't know what happened with this place in the last 4-5 months, but I surely won't come back here anymore. Well done McDonalds.

Had a takeaway from the click and serve service tonight. 2 staff members brought out our very large order. Very polite and well mannered and couldn’t of been anymore helpful if they tried. It was about 9/9:30 on Saturday evening.

Made a big order and originally was served by a very helpful man but when we got back to our rental house we were missing 3 meals understandably it was a big order but when I drove 20 minuets back to get the missing meals they would not give me fresh chips because we already received our chips even though they were stone cold by the time I got back with my burger

I like this McDonald's. New clean staff fairly attentive. Usually have all items in ready to order. Space to be able to sit in or outside if decent weather. I would rather drive here to the Wellington one than the rubbish one, nearer to myself. The one near Hollywood bowl, in Taunton, that one is the worst McDonald's I have ever been in.

Amazing customer service from a gentlman called Terry on a Saturday morning very early after driving back from Bristol airport 🛫 he was patient, helpful, and kind, a lot of understanding with our confusion over the breakfast menu. Thankyou Terry there needs to be more people in the world like you. Restoring the faith in good people. You are an asset to wellington McDonald's..Thankyou 🙂

Fast service, food was as standard. Great place to stop while letting M5 traffic calm down a bit.

Often here for breakfast it's a competition now to go through drive in with no hold ups at each stage lasting over two minutes ! And order being correct ( got a black capachino yesterday) ps only been trying for 2 years hey ho, nice staff though

McDonald's gone down a lot in past few years across the country, service is horrible, food tastes not so good, chips vere black as if they cooked them in oil they used for year without changing it, took ages to get our order, asked for extra pickles in big Mac and instead received no pickle in it at all! Prices getting a bit expensive, it's not a fast food anymore but more like a proper restaurant where you have to wait till they cook your meal, except in restaurants you get fresh food cooked from scratch for you and not wormed up burgers! I'm disappointed a lot in mcd's in general, so won't be visiting them in future as much, will go to local pubs instead, similar prices but nicer food and staff usually more polite! Kids use to get some nice toys with happy meals, now it's just cardboard rubbish that goes in the bin straight away as kids not interested in playing with it, it's upsetting to be honest

This site is horrible, this is third time we make an order and received without any dip, dips we have paid for. As I know how useless they are, I called before bring my food to make sure the sauces dips were coming in, even with this, they didn't bring. Ridiculous, I think put dips imto a bag is not a difficult or heavy think to do. Horrible. 0% recommended
