15 mins waiting in the morning , lost my train , thanks for that , and as a bonus wrong order , not the only there apparently every second person complained about wrong coffee . Just shut it and go home YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!

Good atmosphere, fast paced, staff are friendly, self-service is easy to use, if you not what you’re looking for.

The food was amazing and most importantly the service was very fast for Halloween Night

Got my order wrong, didn't put bacon on my bacon wrap, only chicken and lettuce, the wrap wasn't wrapped properly and monopoly thing wasn't there.

Served completely cold, barely chewable fries that must have been sitting around for at least 10 minutes and took my receipt. Visited this mcdonald's a several times in the past but being served cold fries has become frustratingly consistent within the last year

Unfortunately the food took a long time to arrive. The delivery time kept being pushed back and when the food arrived it was cold and the McFlurry had melted

The staff were unfriendly and the floors were covered with litter but except of that it was normal McDonalds food.

Waited 30 mins for my food, gave my receipt to an employee and it was promptly lost. When I asked a manager for help I was told no one waits that long and treated like a scammer. He told me he would remember my face if I ever tried this again, I refused the food at this point and just left. He doesn't need to remember me as I'll never be back. Great waste of £4.77 and 30 mins of my life.

I didn’t enjoy my experience receiving my food as the delivery guy decided to knock then as I open the door, I just see my food on the floor with no one there. Not happy with the service at all.

got our order wrong - we ordered a mozzarella dipper share box with 3 salsa and they gave us ZERO salsas. he asked for extra sauce at the tills for our chips (before realising the lack of salsa) and we’re given 2x bbq. given that this is a station mcds, we (as most people) were rushing through to our train and only realised our wrong order when it was too late. shame on us for trusting this corporation to give us what we paid for, we should have known better😔

Waited literally 24 minutes to get my double quarter pounder meal. I can clearly see my order on the table after 15 minutes but the server look retarded.. don't even call out my order no or speak clearly. Since you introduced kiosk service has gone even worse. People come her for the food alone. Service sucks big time.

I ordered at 13:11 and my order arrived at 16: 26. My lunch break was finish food cold and received half a medium drink. I was very disappointed because this is my normal store I use. On the wrap the time was 13:15.

Okkk so i went to this waterloo station McDonald yesterday wid my homie ryt we placed an order and we was waiting in d queue there wasn’t even a proper queue system whtever furthermore there was one hijabi gurl who was on the counter serving d orders she called out 094 which was literally our number when my homie went to grab d stuff she even hand it over and when she noticed it wasn’t ours instead of sayin sorry she being mean and rude to him like go i knw i’m gonna call u whenever it’s gonna ready in so freakin disrespectful way like no appropriate respect for customers who r freakin payin them for food dey r nt givin us free anyways so I didn’t say anything den they call again like order no. 094 den i asked them is that a correct number dis tym cuz last tym u called the number 094 and i heard it as well when she said no. 094 den she turn back from her words like i said 084 like literally did 2 people misheard it at d same tym i can understand it’s busy and all but still need to be respectful no matter whtever d situation is nd den u disrespect him like in a very rude way den she start arguing wid me to but it was so rushy in there so i left i was so disappointed cuz we r like regular to McDonald but yesterday one was just d worst experience ever happened tho can’t lie just need to pay attention on the stafff like how dey behaving wid customers thnxx xx

We missing part of the order. We ordered 3 fries and came only one. It is very disappointing for company of people.

Located one floor down, difficult to find as it is not well signposted. The food was good, large order with allergy which they coped with gallantly. However, standing room only and no ordering kiosks, but an old classic McDonalds that could really use some love. But the staff was good and the food had no complaints. McDonalds in England may not have the same status as in, for example, Scandinavia?

Chips were soggy and saltless, drinks were room temp and there was no sauces in the bags at all

Disappointing to order a deal for 4 then not to receive one of the burgers that make the deal complete! How hard is it to get it right?! Disappointing

There were 8 clerks at the station who couldn't get there, it was stressful just looking at them, poor things, very full, standing room only! But because there aren't any stools... Thin slices not melted...😝🤧 but I was hungry and so everything is broth!

my workplace has two locations. even though I put the correct address in there, the driver went to the other location and was calling me angrily that I'm late and I had to run over there, even though HE WENT to the wrong location. and then tried to blame me that I'm delaying his work?

McDonald's - it tastes the same everywhere. Good value for money by London standards. Fast operation even when there is a lot of activity.

Tried the Hat trick. It was awful, looked like it had been cooked hours ago. How you can charge that much for what is a triple cheeseburger is beyond me.

The waterloo team you did fab the food was great & spot on :) The delivery person was just amazing I told him what had happened he said I am sorry to hear that we are not all the same but care in what we do :)

Really disappointed with a guy who is taking order In this outlet. He make me to wait for a ketchup for 5 mins and taking order for a guy who is behind me nor for me . Its not the first time , it's 4th time , He always make to wait for anything and he is too slow.

It’s a hidden fast food environment in a large train station. If you are here travelling. Note that you get to it by walking through the main concourse and going down what must be the slowest escalators in the world. There are no tables or chairs, it’s a get in get out sort of place. The staff do a great job considering how busy it is. They do better with getting the order correct that my local McDonalds, which I would say over a week gets the same amount of customers as the Waterloo McDonald’s gets in one day.

My son is autistic and loves chicken nuggets as you can see from my account I order McDonald’s VERY often. Tonight I ordered my son 20 chicken nuggets & small fries which came burnt not crispy, burnt. This is the 1st time it’s happened at Waterloo branch but it’s put my son in a very sad episode and is scared to ever eat these nuggets again. Please may I get a refund for this order? Many Thanks

They’ve had a big issue with gnome attacks in this place but ever since they got a hawk that swoops down and snatched them up it’s more peaceful than it was and the elves are able to resume their activities

Sadly one McPlant burger was missing. Disappointing on my first order. I guess eat can not be to blame as the food was in self sealed bags. McDonalds must have left the order out since I order 5 meals all together and they did not count what they put in the bags properly. Pity it was not some minor item that was left out like a drink or sideorder.

Simple McDonald's small location but fast friendly service. Not very well signposted ended up having to look at the map of the station to see where it was. It's.mcdonalds you can't go wrong. Food was warm and edable and the order was correct which is rare for a McDonald's. It's simple warm food that doesn't break the bank when you want something quick and easy. Advice use the app for easy ordering and saving up those points

Worst McDonald’s ever. Stains and markings on the floor show where all the tables and bins have been removed. Nowhere to bin rubbish so it all piles up. No tables or seats, all have been removed to make room for one large chaotic ordering area. McDonald’s app is not accepted in this McDonald’s, and you cannot order on the app either, both a huge negative. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and morale is clearly low in the team which results in poor service - unsurprising given the atmosphere and state of the ‘restaurant’ (ordering area). No ice for drinks so all drinks are served luke warm. Food was burnt and eating area was unclean.

Review made at 22:49, 5/18/24. Holy crap, I’ve never been to a McDonald’s this fast. And I’m American! Every time I come here, it’s busier than the previous time. Right now, some huge Olivia Rodrigo concert has let out and the place is SWARMED. I waited maybe 3 minutes in one of five lines to order, ordered a kind of complicated order (some different burgers and a meal) and as I walked over to wait to hear my order called, all I could think was “Good Lord I hope I can remember my number when they call it in 20 minutes!” Well, my order wasn’t ready 20 minutes later. It was ready 2 minutes later. As soon as I’d shuffled around a tour-shirt wearing Rodrigo fan and her boyfriend, and scrawled my order number in my notes app, I was called back up to receive my order. And it’s here, and it’s hot, and I’m eating it. And frankly? It also wasn’t expensive for a McDonald’s. So, shout-out to the employees of this McDonald’s, I’ve always been greeted in a friendly matter even during the busiest of times, I’ve watched choreography you wouldn’t BELIEVE to make sure people get their sauces while orders still get taken, and there’s even a spot to eat my burger.
