McDonald's in Lambeth

NO NETHER SAUCE RUINED MY BLOODY NIGHT, LADYFRIEND LEFT ME DUE TO THIS THEREFORE GOONING MY MYSELF TONIGHT:(

There were no seats, only stand up areas and rubbish was left everywhere. But fast service and the burger was good, fries could have been warmer.

Nowhere to sit, but speeds things up i guess! Good ol' maccas!!

I was in a rush to get some food before an important meeting yesterday. Karla was very supportive and helped me place my order and got it in time for me to make my journey! Thank you for your kind efforts!

Never arrived . They couldn’t contact, app doesn’t show messages and hotel staff hasn’t seen the order but it says delivered . Where was it delivered ?

Wrong order again ,ordered two large chips ,got two medium,ordered double cheese burger,got a whopper.

Something has happened to this McDonald's and it isn't good. It's gone from a quick, albiet crowded store, to one where you have to wait up to 10 minutes for the most basic order. In a rush to catch a train? 7 minutes for a cheese. Burger. Need a quick drink of sprite? 4 minutes. They've taken the fast out of "fast food". Avoid.

some items was missing and I want a refund

The food is stale and cold I ordered around 6:40 and the time for the delivery kept delaying and delaying. I would like a refund please as I am not happy with the service and my food is practically not edible.

Good for transfers if you don't want to leave the station, it is huge and there is everything, except chairs, you eat standing up hehe

I order at 5.47pm and the order did not arrive untill 6.55pm. and all the food was cold

Snarly lady serving, had my burger (on counter, not under heat lamp) but not tea. Result cold burger by the time I ate it. She didn't like me saying it would be cold either. There was me thinking you couldn't mess up a burger.

the food was lukewarm due to it being late. i had to warm it up again. I also noticed that thr delivery was not sealed as usual and I KNOW I didn't open it.

I never get the food. He didnt call and when I wait to pick my food, the driver left. I was waiting to eat. Now I have to work with no food. Really not good. Every time I have problem, is with MCDonal. Not good.

As usual had an item missing. I don’t know what’s so difficult to follow a list and pack the food. 9 out of 10 times always at least 1 item missing. Can’t help thinking they do it on purpose as some might not notice?

I waited more than 15 minutes - ended up having to ditch my order because I would've missed my last train. I lost almost £20 because my order wasn't made on-time - it'd reached 91 on the waiting list, but my order at 77 wasn't ready. Even though every other order in the 70s had been done. I'm furious.

Every time I go to this establishment I order bbq sauce. Train times are tight. They never put the bbq sauce in the bag and I have no time to register. SORT. IT. OUT.

Long wait, they didn't add extra ingredients, they didn't give the sauce that was in the order, and in the happy mile instead of a toy they gave a book, although we chose a toy. there was no time to figure it out because there was a train

I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at this Macdonald that were on shift yesterday at 6:30 approx. I witnessed a l member of the public being incredibly loud and aggressive towards the staff there and the Macdonald's management team handled him with incredible restraint and professionality.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and they’ve forgotten to add my Tropicana orange juice!

late because he can not read the address properly, walking around in the cold with my food. called me n was rude bu putting phone down. then would not pick up, we had to go outside walk to find him. joke man

some orders are missing-- 1 black coffee and 1 breakfast wrap with brown sauce is missing so the staff nurse has nothing to eat.

Every time - seems a problem here with Fillet-O-Fish, as on three separate occasions, I have ended up with anything other than what I ordered! McDonald's, please take it off of your menu if this is not sold here!!!

My order arrived quickly, the delivery rider was friendly and the food was delicious, although the bun for my burger was squashed and one of the fries were placed upside down in the bag.

this is the first time my food was well presented .. Grills done with care and packaging was brilliant but maybe bevuase it was delivered to my office .. now i live round the corner in Se17 so will take photos of the comparisons when order to my home as its never the same

Never arrived, when messaged regarding this I have received an email Mustafa from customer service saying that cannot refund because the driver said that tried to contact me many times and I didn’t answered also he left my order by the main door, I was working at reception the entire time and never no one came to the reception to deliver, I emailed back the customer service twice and no one even replied back to me, very bad service, I’m very disappointed, never will use this again

Asked for the BBQ Stack with no crispy onions and they gave me a plain BBQ stack with crispy onions. The sticker on the box said “no crispy onions.” Not happy because it ruined a whole meal that wasn’t eaten.

I’m an unhappy with my order. This is the second time in a row that they have given me a mistaken order. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed and demand to get a refund.

Nothing special about it but I do like the team over there they were so helpful.

Customer service was top tier, The Business manager on shift at the time was very nice and served me well!

Driver got lost, as I was trying to explain where I am he was getting frustrated down the phone to me saying he had another job to get to. When I eventually found him around the corner from house he showed me his google maps on his phone he was following and he had inputted my post code incorrectly (to clarify the post code on my delivery address is correct, he manually inputted it and got it wrong).

I felt like they took the piss, it says 24 hours but at 1 am they said it's closed and I couldn't order any burgers. Why advertise as 24 hours or why take the piss with customers?! I felt very unwelcomed
