Absolute terrible service, waited on just eat for delivery and never got a update and never got any food.

Best quality and fastest service we've ever had - brilliant. Quite tucked away as it's down at Waterloo Rd rather than concourse level. Took food back up to comfortable 'viewing gallery' as no seating provided and immediately asked 'Where did you get that?' so clearly a hidden gem!

Have used this store many times! Always busy and there is no seating. Closes late though.

Busy McDonald's. suitable for a quick snack. There is a counter opposite the till, but NO CHAIRS so you have to stand to eat. Queue isn't organised and you don't know who has been served and waiting for collection or in a queue. There is NO toilet here so you'll have to go upstairs by escalator and walk a bit to and look for - M&S simply food or Starbucks. or Foyles (temp closed), toilet will be right near by.

Waited in line until inArrived at front of queue and the server just ignored me and made a point of asking the person behind me for their order.. too rude so I'll never use them again.

Quarter pounder as flat as a pancake and dry. Not a full container of chips.

The girl that attended us was very rude with me, i would not go back just for the way she did it, you should hire people that want to give good service, she was so rude

Big tasty meal was awesome, we don’t have this kind of burger in Italy. Raspberry& white chocolate pie I loved it a lot. Be ready that there’s no place to seat and no garbage cans, we couldn’t find them.

I ate a vegan Mc for the first time! Mc Plant and it was great 💚🍔 ps. This store is at the metro station and there were no chairs available to sit and eat. We ate standing up, leaning against the counters they offer and everything was fine.

It's located inside the station, so it's easily accessible. What you order comes out quickly. The staff's response is also good.

McDonald's un poco escondido, pues no está en la galería comercial de la estación, si no en la planta de abajo. Una vez llegas abajo sufres un viaje en el tiempo y regresas a los ochenta: no dispone de máquinas para ordenar el pedido ni mesas ni sillas: pides lo q sea y se ponen a ello. Sin tickets, ni orden con números para los clientes ni nada (pa que?). Miedo me daba sacar la tarjeta porque dudo que tengan esta tecnología. Por lo demás, comida típica del McDonald's, no surprises en este point. Y tb, como casi todos, un poco rancios con las salsas. Por favor, gente del McDonald's, echad algún kétchup más.

"A Health Hazard" WORST MCDONALD'S. 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢 Today morning I had purchased the breakfast menu at McDonald's Waterloo order no. 001. To my surprise the hash brown was partialyy burnt, so I asked them to change it. As I'm a commuter I double lid my drinks and in this case I had purchased a hot chocolate. I asked Jordan the employee to place another lid on my drink as it could spill. Before I gave it to her, I opened the cup for her so that it's easy for her to double lid the drink, to find out that the quantity of the hot chocolate was VERY less. And then when she came back with double the amount of hot chocolate. I was happy and thought she gave me more hot chocolate because the quantity was less. Later when I drank the hot drink in the tube I found out it WAS MIXED WITH ORANGE JUICE WITH BITS AND COFFEE.🤮🤮🤮🤮 As an international student I have tried McDonald's around the globe and in the opinion, Waterloo McDonald's is the WORSTTTTTTTT. Not because of the food quality but because of employees like Jordan (She looks slightly Asian) who are unwilling to work or help. THANK YOU TO THE LADY EMPLOYEE (JORDAN) AND THE EMPLOYEE IN THE BURKHA FOR WHOM THIS WAS A JOKE. You are playing with a person's Diet. Don’t have the machine ordering so can’t use the apps. Collecting the food is hard sometimes specially family with children and buggy. Have to stand to eat or wait. Wish they have some chair

This literally has to be up there for one of the worst mcds in the UK and prob the world!!! (not that I've been to every single one!) Service is terrible. I normally only get a flat white. Sometimes I just give up waiting and go. The other day I got a hamburger and chicken mayo, both stale and disgusting. Its almost worth a visit to experience how terrible it is 😂

Regular average McDonald's food. Way too crowded and understaffed. Dirty facilities. Impressive building, but anxiety inducing with the crowds.

Load of RUBBISH! waited to be served, waited to receive food, waited to return food (order wrong), waited to receive order and finally got something that represents food. It was cold and appeared to have been thrown together that could only be guessed by someone from the other side of the room. Definitely won't be using this fast 😂🤣 food restaurant again.

Chaotic, slow, very unorganised. Staff don't care and really rather not work there. Tills are always faulty. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate.

4 stars because the order was quick and correct, except they gave my wife a spicy mcchicken when she wanted a regular one. As with most things in London, the food was just meh because it had almost no flavor. Fries were okay, nuggets were alright. Their spicy chicken is actually spicy, which is a major plus.

When the Duke of Wellington fought Napoleon in 1815 on the battlefield of Waterloo in Belgium. The grateful citizens of Britain renamed the famous beef in pastry after him in celebration, along with beef wellington we also made monuments and renamed future stations such as Waterloo in honour of a magnificent deed. How surprised I am that a nation who can birth a lovely Sunday beef wellington hosts in our Waterloo station not only a McDonald's brand but one of the worst I have been in. Tradies the world over love popping in a McDonald's after a hard day's labour but this one I would avoid. Not only do they not have any self service machines the frankly bored staff do there best to not bother listening, talking or even acknowledging the humble tradie. If you do get your hands on a piece of beef in the burger it is cold, limp and frankly worthy of the bin, Wellington would be ashamed. Do your mouths a favour and pop upstairs to the tasty Cornish pasty shop or burger king when it reopens. Your wallet, stomach and taste buds will thank you.

I sometimes stop by on my way to work to get breakfast and coffee and I'm always happy with the quality of service here at Waterloo. Very fast service. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The atmosphere is not that amazing but you are not really supposed to sit and dine, it's more on the go.

A very clean restaurant. Indeed, the cleaning staff are very alert and good. Food is standard for McDonalds, but the service does not seem as fast as other branches.

This McDonald's is in the train station, hidden away and difficult to find. But find it we did, with a bit of deductive thinking. Nothing bad to say about it.

Food is usual mcd fare. Always queues but they serve quickly. No seats but the counter for standing usually has space to put your food down somewhere.

Popped in to grab a meal for the train journey home after a appointment at St. Thomas's. When I opened the boxes up after I boarded the train, I found hardly any salad and sauce in both burgers. As Arnie said " I won't be back " . If I wasn't so hungry I would have taken photos.

i was disappointed to see a pineapple on pizza in the conor of the McDonalds. My whole experience after that was ruined and i was left traumatised from this experience. would not recommend to anyone wanting food. Shocking that they didn’t sell and beef wellington or caviar

Its McDonald's, its cheap food to fill your stomach in a flash. However the service is horrible, they clearly don't want to be there.

This branch is a little old school, having to queue up to the counters, it caught me off guard at first as I was looking for the screens to order. The staff were pleasant and the orders were completed relatively quickly, arguably quicker than most. The only downside is that it can get a bit hot waiting for food at the counter due to the proximity to the kitchen. Otherwise, the food is good, it's McDonald's so it's as expected.
