McDonald's in Newham

weekly I order over £40 and I always have missing products, this time I ordered £50 and half of the order was missing

18 minutes to get an order, used the app as I was in class, got there and waited, total 18 minutes

Early morning homles peopels sleeping there also you have to wait long time until you recive your order during the day busy and not clean...

The fries is clod and not crispy I ordered at the table served

Worst Mc Donald’s in the whole of UK! Disgusting customer service filthy tables, lazy staff, uneducated staff who don’t understand English staff deliberately avoid wearing name badges and refuse to give their details - I’m guessing this is this restaurants policy for the avoidance any acknowledgement to their workers - as management seem to stand by the poor service provided by their staff only, Disgusting service can only infirm everyone this is one to miss

The place was nice and all. But the hamburger I ordered was very dry and literally had a hard time swallowing the food. Also there was way too much ice in the coke

Please help the homeless get rehomed, I visited this venue at 6:15 and over 10 homeless sleeping in the restaurant.

Stale chips, extremely slow and inattentive service from a bunch of giggling servers and a beggar in the trash-filled car park. Worst McD’s franchise I’ve been to. This place is the absolute ghetto - avoid like the plague.

This place is a drop in centre for the homeless. Absolutely stinks.people swigging from bottles of whiskey. I asked the Mcds manager was it a restaurant or shelter. Did not do nothing. Plus had to wait 15 minutes for service. They need a security guard in there

Not many staff behind the main till counter bcs of self service kiosk machines do not take cash only cards. Also another issue I want to bring up is that self service kiosk doesn't or can't print out your ticket/receipt due to an printing error??? The solution is put some printing paper rolls in it. This problem is at all branches and all kiosk too nationwide. Saving money on reducing basically stop using paper sheet rolls.

Even with the new exteria the service and speed here is shocking. One of the worst i been too. 2nd time coming to this branch and this place shocking, avoid at all costs.

no staff to be seen at the front counter after calling them for 10 minutes, the gentleman whom served me I had to repeat my self on multiple occasions because his lack of understanding a transaction for tea and milk took way longer than necessary.

Twice I have ordered and it never arrived and I had to come to the front desk waiting over 40 minutes. Homeless people coming in an out, not all are a problem some are polite and friendly, but I've had one try to steal my things and they sometimes smell really bad (no fault of their own). Infested with flies while you're trying to eat, and toilets are always messy. Workers and managers are trying their best but maybe higher management need to step up and help more. I wouldn't even bring a dog here.

Why take customers if you are only focused on the deliveries and not the customer waiting. I am waiting and shouting right at the counter to pay cash for my order but no one is responding even tho they can hear it. Only one order on their screen still making them wait. Staff is very rude and I also tried talking to the manager but his arrogance was in between. I hope this inproves.

Got a sweet chilli chicken wrap last night and it was awful. It's my usual go to whenever I visit any McD - pretty much difficult to go wrong with - but the meat yesterday seemed off. Not sure if it was raw or had gone bad, but was disappointing after a long day.

Drinks are leaked and got damaged to food as well.. Very poor package and very late service…

My food was given to someone else, they opened it when they got outside, came back on, reopened it and showed the manager he wrapped it up and then went to give it to me, I said no I'm not excepting it as its been opened and handled twice, he said no it hadn't, I said I watched the lady open it up outside, then again opened it again inside to show you. She said that's right I did. He said I will cook you another one came back after a couple of mins then I opened it and . You cooked me another one, he said yes, I said why is it stone cold, im not an idiot give me back my money.

Ordered large fries 🍟 and this is what I got. Shame of you guys took our money but couldn't make us happy . If you guys don't know how to work in mcdonalds, leave the job . You guys don't even deserve 1 star

Drive thru. Ample parking. Costa Coffee next door. In a retail park with other shops. EV pod point chargers nearby.

I waited 35 minutes for a cheeseburger and chips. Service is too slow and staff looks very inexperienced and they don’t care about customers. Even no one at the counter usually, you need to shout and wait for them if you chose pay at till option.

Always nice never had any issues

Just left the drive through. Only 1 car in front who had to wait ages to be acknowledged. When we went to order the McRib we were told it’s sold out. Then the lady told us to wait in a tone which suggested she was going to check. Ages later she came back and whispered to us to go to the next window. We asked her to confirm what we’ve ordered and she said don’t worry come next window. Next window we met her face to face. She wore a hijab. She took her headset off and whispered “what’s your order?” Like what?! We explained we wanted the McRib and that she told us it was sold out and we didn’t get to order an alternative. She again repeated that it was sold out, when we clearly knew. Finally we ordered our alternatives. She gave us 3 Selects instead of 5 which we paid for but the receipt said 3 even. She gave Coke instead of Lemonade, and Sweet n Sour instead of Sweet Curry sauce. We had driven off when we realised and they didn’t answer the phone when we called numerous times so had to go back again whilst being on work lunch break. Seriously, companies need to re-evaluate their staff who are customer facing. Language barrier (she barely spoke English) and those who can’t correct their errors or double-check, should NOT work such roles, and if they do, an emphasis on training is key.

Like the other McDonald but the wait is at least 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. At any time and any single time you come in this McDonald. Unacceptable.!

A little bit of the crowd was around 8 pm and I waited more than 15 minutes to collect the food.

I like my chips extra hot so they always make sure I could get a freshly cooked plus one of the workers is super hot

We order food food today and our order number is 370 our order got delivery but item is missing no one is picking the call when we contacted to delivery driver and customer care they just ended the chat waste service don’t order from this McDonald’s waste service I slept without eating because of this McDonald’s staff

Myself and a few friends went to get some breakfast before a long meeting we had that day. Two of us ordered the same meal while the rest, something different. There were about 12 of us in total, and although 11 of us were served our items, the last person, who didn't order anything complicated, had to end up waiting over 30 minutes for his food. That's not the frustrating part. The frustrating part was that there were other customers who ordered the same thing and got their food before him. It got so bad that he asked for his money back. How does this affect me, you ask? Well I, along with 10 of my colleagues, had to wait for him to be served, which made us all late for the meeting.

THEY GAVE TGE WRONG ORDER AND WONT GIVE ME MY ONE OR A REFUND

The most wonderful cleaning lady works here - a beautiful soul called Princess. She radiates positive energy, made me feel welcome by asking how I was, complimenting my dress and even rushed over when she saw me leaving to take my rubbish for me. This woman deserves so much happiness and I hope that McDonald's look after her well, as she had the place looking absolutely spotless! Keep up the great work and keep being you, Princess!

Food was hot, drink refreshing, I have nothing to complain about

I bought a large fish fillet meal drive through at barking road mcdonalds .the fries were luke warm very disappointing .

unfortunately, i have had to wait almost an hour for a small mcdonald’s order in an almost empty mcdonalds. Very few workers and no assistance whatsoever. it’s almost like the place is abandoned when its not busy. i expect more from a giant fast food chain and i hope the manager takes this criticism into consideration, and makes a change. thank you.

Ordered 2 burger meals at 1am, this obviously shows how famished we were, only for a whole burger to be missing out of the delivery. Desperately just needed the burger I paid for, Called Ubereat order support, was told no redelivery or refund can be processed, called the store severally but got no response. If you are not planning to order through drive-through then don’t bother. They prioritise drive through orders than normal orders. You will be waiting hours for food. No clue why they refurbished this place, probably used to launder a few millions of cash?

Never understood why there is always a queue for the drive thru both waiting to order and collecting your food. Even going in after 8pm is a ridiculous. The wait to collect your food is also poor

Hello ….. I need to do this review for sure because i was very hungry and came here to eat and there was a girl ….. she didn’t accept my employee discount and even she was very rude and last i ask her name and she was like I won’t tell my name to you and she was even not wearing a name batch…. Though it is compulsory….. literally it was very worst experience for me ….. i suggest to mcd team members that please give respect to customers and be polite …..🙏 and the more worst thing was that i am totally vegetarian and i asked for veggie delux and i got chicken burger instead of veggie…… even i had one bite as well …… and even i am not feeling very bad….. seriously the stafff is uneducated especially the girl with black scarfff on her face.

I am working in another mcdonald’s lido the service the muslim lady was so rude to me i ask for employee discount and she refused to me she did not ware name tag not ready to give me any details she said my Business manager said no to give any discount to any one the fact is that you have to check id or any think she was not ready to check after that 2 nigh manager came both deny and said my manager said no Means no what the hell how some one take my right? After that I placed second order for veggie Deluxe then they put chicken sandwich petty in side my friend ate it in pur hindy fast shawan month we are vegetarian and staff did it purposely!!

Me and my mum got some caramel frappes and it had no flavour it was just coffee but normally it tasted like caramel it was a disgusting drink and we couldn’t even drink it

Staff are not helpful. Don't talk English. Food took ages, they seemed to working on the drive through only. Would avoid if possible

They serve the food very slowly. They took more than 20 minit to delever food. Ticket is hanging but the staff are not concern about the delevery. Mcdonalds 2 delever one food highest in 7 minit. So why mcdonalds 1 barking road take soo much time. They are not conscious abouttheir duty. They just do job however they want. It is not the first time it is happening always. They always late to delver food. Please area manager take a strong action about this matter. It is an unexpected hassle for us. I have tried many time to tell them. But thry are not concern. One person ks using phone inside the job place. Is it professionality? Please take step & make the process good. If mc donalds 2 canning town can do why the can't? Always check your order before leaving because 4 out of 5 times someone will forget one or more items from your order. It is even worse if you are ordering online, for some reason, whenever I ordered from them there were always items missing

I don't normally rate fast food restaurants, but this time I have to make an exception. The reason is the lovely lady taking the orders. Her customer service is the greatest added value of this place.

Shockikg service. Around 20 people waiting at least 30mins for food. Awful. No manager came to see us, no explanation but clearly they were prioritising deliveries. Do not order from this restaurant on app. Several times meals were missing, never receive the full order and you can't even get a full refund. Incredibly poor service from McDonald's, surprise it is legal to only be refunded £2.50 when entire meals are missing.

Just received delivery from this restaurant. Burgers was terrible, dry and hard to chew need to throw. Two happy meal boxes was squeezed food was felling out.

Restaurant is absolutely fine it’s all the homeless keep knocking your windows for food and money it’s very intimidating and they shouldn’t come up to women on their own.
