Worst McDonald's I've been to. Waited more than 20 mins for food.

The service in this place is terrible dreadlocks guy omg so rude it's unbelievable 😡 Food was horrible never again

If you are not planning to order through drive-through then don’t bother. They prioritise drive through orders than normal orders. You will be waiting hours for food. No clue why they refurbished this place, probably used to launder a few millions of cash?

Just been served by Asma, what a great lady with great customer service. Made our morning, thanks Asma. UPDATE This McDonald’s consistently gets orders wrong. Had 2 missing burgers and when complaining to them, they refund £2 for a £6 burger. Absolutely disgusting, is it the drivers or the restaurant?? Will not be ordering from here again. Scam

Never understood why there is always a queue for the drive thru both waiting to order and collecting your food. Even going in after 8pm is a ridiculous. The wait to collect your food is also poor

Hello ….. I need to do this review for sure because i was very hungry and came here to eat and there was a girl ….. she didn’t accept my employee discount and even she was very rude and last i ask her name and she was like I won’t tell my name to you and she was even not wearing a name batch…. Though it is compulsory….. literally it was very worst experience for me ….. i suggest to mcd team members that please give respect to customers and be polite …..🙏 and the more worst thing was that i am totally vegetarian and i asked for veggie delux and i got chicken burger instead of veggie…… even i had one bite as well …… and even i am not feeling very bad….. seriously the stafff is uneducated especially the girl with black scarfff on her face.

I am working in another mcdonald’s lido the service the muslim lady was so rude to me i ask for employee discount and she refused to me she did not ware name tag not ready to give me any details she said my Business manager said no to give any discount to any one the fact is that you have to check id or any think she was not ready to check after that 2 nigh manager came both deny and said my manager said no Means no what the hell how some one take my right? Guess they are treating employees like this how they treat customers? I paid full price for my meal!! After that I placed second order for veggie Deluxe then they put chicken sandwich petty in side my friend ate it in pur hindy fast shawan month we are vegetarian and staff did it purposely!!

Me and my mum got some caramel frappes and it had no flavour it was just coffee but normally it tasted like caramel it was a disgusting drink and we couldn’t even drink it

Staff are not helpful. Don't talk English. Food took ages, they seemed to working on the drive through only. Would avoid if possible

They serve the food very slowly. They took more than 20 minit to delever food. Ticket is hanging but the staff are not concern about the delevery. Mcdonalds 2 delever one food highest in 7 minit. So why mcdonalds 1 barking road take soo much time. They are not conscious abouttheir duty. They just do job however they want. It is not the first time it is happening always. They always late to delver food. Please area manager take a strong action about this matter. It is an unexpected hassle for us. I have tried many time to tell them. But thry are not concern. One person ks using phone inside the job place. Is it professionality? Please take step & make the process good. If mc donalds 2 canning town can do why the can't? Same instituion but staff are not concern. It is really pathetic.

Always check your order before leaving because 4 out of 5 times someone will forget one or more items from your order. It is even worse if you are ordering online, for some reason, whenever I ordered from them there were always items missing

I don't normally rate fast food restaurants, but this time I have to make an exception. The reason is the lovely lady taking the orders. Her customer service is the greatest added value of this place.

Shockikg service. Around 20 people waiting at least 30mins for food. Awful. No manager came to see us, no explanation but clearly they were prioritising deliveries. Homeless people sleeping about the place. They really need more staff. It's not fair to put your little staff through this each evening.

Do not order from this restaurant on app. Several times meals were missing, never receive the full order and you can't even get a full refund. Incredibly poor service from McDonald's, surprise it is legal to only be refunded £2.50 when entire meals are missing.

Just received delivery from this restaurant. Burgers was terrible, dry and hard to chew need to throw. Two happy meal boxes was squeezed food was felling out.

Restaurant is absolutely fine it’s all the homeless keep knocking your windows for food and money it’s very intimidating and they shouldn’t come up to women on their own.

No fast service staff not enough all time late order

It's generally faster for drive-through than ordering in the restaurant. Also, they often forget to leave napkins for the takeaway orders (I got about 40-50% of time not having napkins). Other than that, I would say it's quite a busy shop but they work hard to deliver such a high volume of orders (you can see a line of motorbikes and delivery men waiting outside all the time). Spacious restaurant and good WiFi. Overall, good but there are still areas for improvement. Updated: they prioritise the drive through. We (inside) had to wait over 20 mins for our food. This is not a definition of Fast food by any means

Unrecommended They give priority to deliveries and Drive Thru I undertand it ,but 25 minutes waiting for 1 small fries which came cold is a bad experience and when you ask for a change they left again. Avoid this place.

Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. you will find harmless people on every other table here so be warned

They are ridiculously slow especially at night, there are no staff whatsoever. We have to wait for hours just for an ice cream. Really dirty and full of homeless people that come and take up all the space to sleep there and bother us by asking for change. Im very disappointed. This place used to be nice until the "renovataed" now its a complete dissapointment. 👎🏻

Presentation of food was slapdash, yes it’s McDonald’s, I get that however my double and egg McMuffin was poorly made with everything falling out soon as I unwrapped it. And as for the atmosphere? Well staff seem to be happy with homeless people sleeping and taking all seats/tables. I get that they have no where else to go and I don’t blame them at all but be expected to eat in

Fresh and well prepared food, fried not too bad, almost to the original standard, customer service was good. Restaurant clean and staff polite and helpful.

use it as late night i have no choice but mc ds . found burger which was just the bun cold chips and also no chips or burger missing . call back we will put your name in book get there no book had this problem so many times now you must check your order . Also crack heads in car park or surrounding this place asking for changed one walked up to me at the window on drive through whilst getting my food l( lock your doors) then swearing abuse i am a large person so he ran away once i steped out wont send my other half on her own . the people that work here are very nice though there is a plus side its a shame a company this large does nothing to protect its customers and workers. this is a mcds flagship store bringing junkies to our area do something you take 80 grand a day here average

*This is an update to my old review, which I have edited and removed. * If you're interested in reading my update review. Here's my newest 2024 review: The Stratford Mcdonald is a combination of a hit or miss marks based on the timeslots, and weekdays included weekends and consumers and employees. They're OK, but they need to put more inked in some of their self-service since it missed or blurred the full description of the receipt and order number. Some of their employees are professional and good at handling under pressure and problem solved with unhappy paid customers with an alternative option or refund with the meal included scenario with missd food items which I can related myself sometime and I'm happy with the result. Plus, it's sorted common the manager would be present in this restaurant sometime. Some of them need practice with customers and fix the self-service machine. My recommendation (if you wanted to give a tryout) is to come around 9 something am, 10 am or 11 am (morning) before 12 pm (lunch). If you want a slightly quiet atmosphere and fewer noisy customers, then the ones around 2 pm, 3pm and 4 pm if you're looking fit morning or quickly lunch if you're visitor, employee included agency workers or neither college or Uni students in the area. And I'm not sure if Metro (UK Newspaper) is continuing with the McDonald's Vouncher in their newspaper or added new features after 2020, and yes, those vounchers do feature salads and there's alternative option for Non Meats customers such as the Mcplants brands and few others in this restaurant like other Mcdonald around Stratford like Westfield Stratford one.

Very quick and food was decent.

We ordered three different burgers. In fact, they all got the same. Very disappointed because I don't like pickles. The fries were also not tasty. It tasted bitter, probably because of not fresh oil.

The service is very slow here. It depends on the staff and management, but sometimes it can take up to 30 mins to be served and that is hard with a little baby waiting for the Happy Meal.

Honestly, those guys are full of patience. Walked in, and I felt that unwashed scent when you pass by most beggars. O M G !!!!! People were lying down and sleeping all around. Some with feet up on the table There were only 2 big tables free, probably noone can sleep in there. On top of some of them we're rude when been asked, to be awake. They should ask them to leave.

If only i could give less than 1 star i would, i have never had a good experience here but today im writing a review because i can’t believe you can get “coke” wrong. Im craving a cold cocacola at 1am so we go to out closest macdonalds, first i ask for a large coke and a pup cup, they claim to not know what a pup cup is, i explain and they just keep saying they still dont know what that is even though im telling them exactly what it is. Then i get my coke i get out and i feel there is no ice inside so i go back inside, I tell the man who is the manager that there is no ice in my drink and he just says we have no ice so i leave, im drinking my coke now and let me tell you they definitely gave me a coke that was sitting there for hours, its warm and flat as water, im literally drinking cola water! They mess up every single time i go there, always missing items in my order, especially fries and sauces but this time just made me mad because i was really craving just a regular macdonalds coke and never imagined the simplest order could go so wrong. In future please tell customers if all you have is warm cola water before serving it to them!

Ordered from their drive thru this evening, paid for a steakhouse burger and asked for curry sauces, got no sauces and the burger was some chicken burger??? Is this place serious? How do you manage to screw up the MAIN FOOD ITEM. Utter rubbish. Ridiculous.

Never usually have a problem with this mcdonald's so I just assumed my order was right! Lol and behold I get home 30 mins later to eat it (yes ikno it'll be cold by then) to find out that half my food was missing! Contacted them and there wasn't anything they could do about it, so if I don't have that food, who has my money? (yes ikno it's only £1.19, but still, I pay for that food, so I expect it to be in there with the rest of the order) Ain't taking my custom to this mcdonald's again! Such a hole now as well! You go in to it early in the morning (say about 4/5am) and there's no seats to sit at hardly as all the homeless sleep on the seats! Sort it out! 🙄😴

Was given a medium latte instead of large.. And had a bit shell off the egg in my muffin. But whoever made that knew that was there unless they have blind staff working in the kitchen..

It’s a small MC Donald’s with a steady flow of customers so you have to wait for you food but the plus side is it’s fresh. What’s odd is it just before 7am and most of the people in here are asleep.
