Didn’t receive my Minecraft toy

I bought the Minecraft menu without getting my collection toys! I paid for it and same thing for my happy meal. ridiculous how the staff doesn't follow the order, I spoke with the manager and she totally neglected my speech. now I have my son that she doesn't want to eat and my daughter complain everything!

No straw provided chips were half empty and cold also nuggets were cold sauces also missing

if only there was a negative review on Google Maps, it would really help to justify the current situation with the customer service I received at this branch of McDonald's. Yesterday I had travelled all the way from from my house to the ASDA Park Royal McDonald's which takes around 30 minutes on an average to buy a walking distance only to to redeem my discount coupon since I'm a loyal customer of different Mcdonald branch elsewhere. The person to take my order served me my orders for a takeaway. When I reached home, I could received only a filet fish burger without the patty. You know how ridiculous that sounds?? Have a look at the images. When i called them back and explained them about the situation, the person who took my order that goes by the name of Niti Shah told me that she was sorry and you can come next day to collect the entire meal you ordered on us. I did go today and there was a new manager. He looked with disinterest and utterly disrespectful when I told him about it. Took the receipt and threw it in the bin. Then when I seen the new receipt, it only had one filet fish burger and nothing else on it. He again gave me a disgusted look and said its not my lookout since no one told me about it. He told someone from the staff to just order fries and drink. The burger came with the fries but I was made to wait like an idiot for 10 mins before I just went away with whatever respect I had after this incident. I don't want to sound racist or offend anyone but the manager who I had to deal with was a tall, dark with specs... I couldn't even ask for his name since he just disappeared and didn't seem interested whatsoever. Begs the question: was it my fault? No. Was I dealt correctly with this situation? Absolutely not. Do McDonald's really care about their loyal customers? No way... cuz apparently their customer care number which i tried calling multiple times isn't correct. Utterly disappointed and treated so pathetic, it's quite unapologetic and rude!

All the food was cold. The pies were 2 hours past its sell by time and the Philly cheese burger looked like it was cooked several hours before all dry and horrible. Second time in a row it’s happened from Asda McDonald’s. I’m a 3 minute drive from Asda and can’t understand why all the food was cold even though the driver was on time

absolutely awful. it took an hour and 30 minutes to get a meal that turned up stone cold and the drink half empty because it had leaked all over the bag. should have Zero stars as that's what this deserves

Either McDonald's needs to sort out how they package drinks for delivery or drivers to take more care. I'm tired of money/drinks being wasted. More than half of it was spilled and this happens regularly.

The place was busy during lunch time rush but we got our order in a timely manner . The food was nice and freshly made. The fries were filled to the top and it was fresh. The wrap was nicely made with appropriate amount of dressing. All in all a rare good McDonald’s experience.

They stop serving 10 min.earlier from the closing time. Online says closing at 23.00, got there at 22:50, but they dont want to serve. Change the serving hours then

Another update after 2 years. Then I ordered Triple cheese burger, only 2 patties were inside…their kitchen staff could not count 3. Besides, still continue the situation that they miss something when I ordered more than 2 meal sets. This is a clear sign that they can not serve 3 or more even number of patties. The worst McDonald’s for me. They made mistake 2 times in same order. They forgot to give me 1 meal sets completely and They can’t understand difference between Toy or Book for Happy meal as well. If you take it away and call to them for compensation, no one will pick up your call and have to come back here. What they will say is “sorry” with frivolous attitude. If you will order more than 2 meal sets, be careful. That order will exceed their poor capability and they will forget yo serve something….

Delivery driver, “calls where are you?” I’m outside . He not outside my property nor did he come to the door . And I can see from the map he went long way round . Food cold

Delivered on time, food arrived hot and was fresh. The only issue was the Cheesy McCrispy didn't have any cheese (same as with my last order, but from a different branch), although I had requested this. Otherwise great service and food.

this place needs a good sort out food arrived cold and just eat think their doing you a favour refunding 1.97 after spending nearly 8 pound on 2 items the hash browns was fine and so was the coffee,unfortunately once again didn't supply any sugar for the hot drinks or a stirrer and no serviettes....fix up Mcdopie

It took about 20 mins to get 2 happy meals. Really really slow service and grumpy staff.

when the food arrived the drink bag was soaked and half of the coca cola was spilled and some of the 2 oasis werealso spilled but hte food was fine

Every time you send a driver, The always gets lost. They don’t answer their phones when you try to call and the food always comes freezing cold and the drinks all these damage. I am not one bit happy can you start sending drivers that knows the way to this address?

All the food was cold and tasted stail? Was too late in the evening to order again or try and get the food replaced so had to throw it out. A waste of an order and costly unfortunately.

I requested and payed for 2 McFlurrys, the normal sized ones. However, I got 2 mini McFlurrys instead. Too many mistakes are being made with McDonald's Orders. This is absolutely appalling. And it seems like no matter how many times people complain, these mistakes keep happening too many times

Worst experience. Food came damaged as the drink had spilt because of the driver and was not even compensated for the £13 order. I received £2 compensation. Terrible app!

delivery time was good, but food was wrapped poorly, fries were just thrown in happy meal box not in bag but in bottom of box, and straws are always placed in same bag as drinks, so straws are always soaking wet, and as they are made of paper, they are wet and soggy, and cannot be used!

How can I order 5 cheese bites, yet get sent 4 cheesy garlic bread dippers… that aren’t even on the menu?! They were good but dude. Really?

Food packed at 5:45, delivered an hour later!!!! Completely cold to touch. It must have been cold when the driver collected it, as once he was at the restaurant the delivery was fairly quick.

Despatch rider went from McDonald’s to Greggs, Then to me. Food was not its usual hotness as a result and the restaurant had missed large fries, sending 4 dips I didn’t ask for seemingly in their place. Disappointed in the service today.
