McDonald's in Melton

Just wanted to say, that the last 2 times I have visited, since I had the app (and am no good with these things), Katie was super patient and polite with me and helped me work it out. It really made things so much less stressful for me and massively appreciated so thank you. Also getting to like the app too! 😁

Staff at windows were polite . However food was cold . When I visited in February I was handed cold burgers also . I thought I'd give the company another chance yesterday . However the food yesterday has made me ill .

It's a McDonald's, so I wouldn't use it by choice. Ordered a basic cheeseburger and fries. Whilst waiting, I observed two kitchen staff, one scratching the back of her head and the other rubbing the side of her nose. Of course, they didn't wash their hands afterwards, but continued their work. Basic kitchen hygiene is sorely lacking, but when you employ kids, what do you expect?

Don’t use if you need to use disabled parking. They always tell customers to park in the disabled bays when waiting for food, and their delivery drivers are always parked in there. They are never free for people who really need them
