McDonald's in Swindon

took over 30 mins to get me my one meal with no customisations and had to get a refund even though it was 10 at night and they had 2 orders before me, got an oreo flurry and gave me almost no pieces i complained and they just said they don’t have any pieces and walked off, girlfriend got a 6 nugget meal with fries, opened the bag to upside down fries greasy bag and 5 nuggets instead of 6, aswell as a good amount of staff there that are practically incompetent as my meal was in its bag for 15 mins and then it was served off of their screen and just ignored and no one completed it, if i didn’t complain then i would have never got my food. I’d understand if it was packed but it was practically dead quiet with multiple regular staff and 5+ managers.
