Delivery driver was appalling, waited 10 minutes waiting in his car calling me to come outside to get the food instead of coming to my door, then made an excuse saying he wasn’t allowed to go to someone’s door to deliver food. Sack that man immediately, food is now luke warm

Took quite a while to get here and the food was cold when it arrived. Won’t be ordering a MacDonalds again anytime soon because the food is always awful when being delivered.

The bag ripped open and all the fries went on the floor. The chicken sandwich had ketchup on that wasn’t requested but no cheese slice that was requested. The mccrispy was burnt. And the quarter pounder was that saturated in ketchup that the bun was so soggy it was split in half before i even picked it up.

Missing Large Fries from the Big Mac Meal and the Fries in the Happy Meal were stone cold! Not impressed.

Really unhappy with this order!! We are missing a large strawberry milkshake. Missing a vanilla milkshake. 2 of the mcflury's are wrong! There should have been 2 smarties and 2 Biscoff have been sent!! one of the kids happy meals should have been a plain hamburger and it was sent with Mayo, ketchup and pickles!

Always cold and always missing items.. Use as a last resort. I've had burgers with missing buns, drinks missing or only half full, dippers with no dips, missing meals, no collectable with special Minecraft meal, fries only half filling the carton and .any more disappointing orders

Items missing again and the toys for the Minecraft orders was missing. The sprite didn’t look like sprite more of a colour to it and a funny smell so no idea what there doing!
