McDonald's in Manchester

Seriously this place needs to close down constantly not receiving food from orders and when we do they are delivered like they have just been thrown in a bag .. absolutely disgusting never ordering again ..and these people receive a wage ..!!!!

Very greasy breakfasts - buns always soaked in oil. Done several orders...Hasbrowns fall apart half cooked never ever crispy.

Delivering through the uber app now comes from here rather than Altrincham Road McDonald's. The quality of food is way worse, and I have stopped ordering McDonald's for delivery altogether. I'm not McLoving it.

Food didn't arrive missing meals

I ordered a 5 piece chicken select meal and some mozzarella dippers only to be sent my drink and mozzarella dippers? How can such a simple order get messed up? Incompetence at its finest!

The delivery driver was on the phone smoking for a good 15 minutes I had to message him to tell him I wanted my food

fries were definelty not fresh hard and cold,burger tasty presentation lousy.

Stone cold chips and burger - disappointed for sure

Ordered at 19:09,order was being prepared 10 minutes later,driver didnt pick up order untill 19:35,then the tracking wasnt working,it showed the driver parked at the same spot for over 15 minutes so I decided to text the driver at 19:57 asking where he was and 5 minutes later he turned up,the map hadnt shown him having moved and he didnt even reply to let me know he was on his way. Food arrived at 20:01 that’s nearly an hour after ordering,driver had food 30min+,food was barely warm,not happy.

my food was cold didn't get any sauces I asked for they gave me the wrong ice cream I am not happy and want a refund

All food that should of been hot was freezing cold and squashed anouther wasted order getting as bas as rowlandsway

Have not eaten in MCD for 4years . and now I remember why. Quality got worse if anything. you get what you pay for so no complaints =)

Some one missed out on their meal all beacuse you cant read a ticket the mcplant came with everything on it when it was suppose to be plain with gerkins even says it on the box stop hiring idiots and maybe you will stop losing money

Missing hot chocolate, hash brown and extra sausage.

The better of the two Wythenshawe branches IMO. They always remember the dipping sauces (unlike civic) and sometimes include them when not needed. Which given the price of a maccies these days should be the case. Include 3 dips to dip our fries in as standard with all orders. 5 stars from me!

They sent me a non-special order and it was less than what I paid for and the food was cold.

Fries pale and hard, hardly anything in the wraps, veggie wrap was hard, overcooked and not nice and I usually really enjoy them. Chicken wrap was soggy and tasteless. Very disappointing

The driver was walking round with bag even though I shouted him by the time the food got to us it was ALL cold the cheeses burger happy meal was literally slapped together and looked disgusting wouldn’t even give it my dog All in all very unhappy.
