McDonald's in Manchester

Never arrived. Said delivered!! After 2 hours waiting.. Now have to wait 7 days for refund...

Delivery was over 50 mins from ordering. Food was cold & had to be reheated and the fries were old & inedible. This is the 2nd time in matter of weeks that there has been problems with orders from McDonald's Baguley. Very poor service and value

always something missing. This time a full meal. not sure where it goes wrong, but you pay extra to use just eat to save going. multiple times now we've had to drive to the store because things are missing.

We have been given the wrong order

The map shown the driver around my house for 20 minutes before he arrived. The food was so cold I had to heat up all of it before it was edible all I can think is he took in more deliveries than possible for a good delivery service

I see incompetence as usual! No fries in medium meal, no cheese melts rest was freezing!!

My whole order was wrong had to order again !!!

Driver went to another delivery before mine in the complete opposite direction to mine. Then he couldn't fine my address but didn't ring to ask for help so instead spent 5 minutes trying to figure it out himself. My food was 20 minutes old by the time I got it and freezing!

2nd time ordering pancakes AND syrup and 2nd time there was no syrup. Too bland without it. Requested a refund because you can no longer get through on the telephone number

Drinks were on their side, gone all over my carpet, the fries are stone cold as are the burgers. My big mac has so much sauce I can't pick it up or eat it. It's all gone in the bin. So annoyed.

Only Mcdonalds around that have consistently for order correct and remember sauces every time. It’s a low bar but always order from here now even though is slightly further away than local one

Food was freezing cold on arrival and the driver went to two different houses before ours. Not worth the money if the food comes stone cold.

Driver was at restaurant for 15 minutes then on the map he went all over before coming to me my food was freezing cold so most probably was on the side for a long time at McDonald’s then driver did other deliveries put complaint in nothing back expect me to eat and pay for freezing cold food

The food arrived freezing and the red dye from the fries packaging had rubbed off on all of the fries so we couldn’t eat them.

Delivery was ok on time and polite at the door. Chips had to be the worst I’d tasted, cold & rubbery. The wrap was loaded with chilli sauce so much so that’s all you could taste and had to scrape most of it off. Putting a cold drink in with a hot drink is never a good idea too. Serves me right ordering a McDonalds delivery ….. never again.

The cheeps very cold and it was 4 chicken select instead of 5.

the restaurant didn't provide enough dippin sauce, like why ask me to choose 4 if you only give me 2

food arrived later than expected, and it was stone cold when it arrived. i ordered at 6:21pm and it arrived at 6:49pm. I checked the delivery on the app and the driver had gone the wrong way and the expected delivery time changed numerous times. I only live 6 minutes from the restaurant. I'm very disappointed that I've paid nearly £14 for cold food...

quarter pounder with cheese arrived drowning in ketchup and without pickles or onions, surprising how boring the qtr pounder is without them.

everything cold and cheesburger crushed. no one will eat cold food. rubbish

took long to arrive,burger was asked for plain but everything on,my fries were cold!very disappointed😢

food was hot and delicious would have liked more sugar for 2 drinks and napkins but that just a small thing .over all I was very happy with everything.

Hash browns stuck to the bag can’t even eat them they’re that stuck and falling apart when try to pull out the packet. The driver was at the restaurant for a long time

Brilliant! I received all of the order, it was early and the temperature was spot on. I'll be using this restaurant from now on. Not Civic.

The fries were Luke warm. The bbq sauce dips were thrown on top of the McFlurry. Overall average at best.

Very greasy breakfasts - buns always soaked in oil. Done several orders...Hasbrowns fall apart half cooked never ever crispy.
