Both orders of my happy meals did not come with the nuggets which i did not realise until i got home. How disappointing that was for the children. The short manager with the blonde hair this very afternoon was one insensible person i have ever met. She was not talking like she was the manager until i asked to see one. Then she said how do i expect a manager to talk. How insensible!!!!

What I was not happy about was the driver rang my phone and told me delivery is here, I said yes buzz my buzzer and I will let you up, he said no you must meet me downstairs, sorry that’s not a delivery at that point it’s a collection, driver didn’t understand much English so it was pointless arguing with him so I had to put my baby in his coat and go down to the driver it’s door to door service not whatever the drivers preference is!

Good McDonald’s, slightly hidden of the main road. There are two entrances, one for customers and one for delivery drivers. There was a lot of delivery drivers hanging around both inside the delivery driver area and outside around the blue badge parking area. Which made it difficult to park as there were abandoned bikes in the parking area.

My order had 1 Fries missing and was STONE COLD. My order was made at 18.12 so took 23 minutes to be delivered to my address which is 4 minutes away. I have put on time( on this delivery). as I could not state anything if I pressed late. I would like a FULL refund as the food could not be eaten by my grandchildren. I have spoken to McDonalds

Delivery time was great, but the delivery person must of had multiple deliveries as I’m only 6 mins away from the restaurant and the food was stone cold. I had to reheat all 3 meals in the microwave. I understand it’s not going to be piping hot and that’s fine, but it was too cold to eat and enjoy.

A drink that had been ordered had fallen over on route and spilled the entire contents into the delivery bag which then leaked onto the floor. This meant that having paid for three drinks, we only received two. And the two that we did get were only three quarters full making a large cup with a medium size drink inside. Disappointing tbh.

Half my coke was gone. Seems the agent at just eat will penalise you for past events. I haven’t complained about the whole order but only on one. They’re all robots and customers get the fall for it because the restaurant don’t fulfil your order!

I have ordered it in drive thru, as usual for this place i had to park and wait. After the food was brought over ive noticed the hamburger was missing.. getting out the car to go and get it, only to be told tey place it in the happy meal box. Its in tge happy meal. Getting home. Putting the kid at the table opening the box... there's no fukin nuggets...

Bloke arrived on a push bike, having travelled half way around the world delivering numerous orders in minus temperatures. Food is absolutely freezing,not a shred of warmth. All just eat do,give me a quarter of the price back. Shocking. Fed to the dog it was that bad. Currently making myself a sandwich instead of dinner!

Food was stone cold due to the amount of drop offs before my order. Customers should be made aware of this if this is going to be the case so they can decide whether they want to continue with the order.
