McDonald's in Bexley

I ordered a mc rib meal and chesse bites at about 1am for the 1st time Is was not nice or hot like it was siting for a while and not cooked properly the chips was cold I ashed for a fresh one and they came hot but still tasted still stail and too soft like limp no slight crisp I wish I took pics the cheese bites was ok the meal came up to £9 , I could of got a kebab with real meet for that

Easy to order and served very quickly. Order wasnt complete the coffee was cold not the usual good service.

This McDonald's is quite dirty and sometimes has homeless people allowed in stinking up the place. The washroom is absolutely appalling.:( When the upstairs is open, a tiny bit cleaner. The place regularly has no paper to print numbers. This place would need a bit more efficient management.

waited 1hour and 20 mins for my food only to have the delivery driver drive to my estate and leave it somewhere that wasn't my house didn't call me or anything just marked as delivered... I'm fuming! will probably only get refunded for my food...so I've paid service charge and delivery for absolutely nothing! rubbish service from just eat!

I ordered medium big mac meal and strawberry milk shake. Just over £11 what I received was a double chicken burger with a vanilla milkshake. £14+

The driver took two different orders and make it difficult for him to identify my order. Some items are missing from my order which have reported to McDonald’s office and ask to call justeat

the courier was impatient and arrogant it seems to that your couriers don't care about the delivery as my drink cup is half empty and most of the drink is in the bottom of the bag I'm getting fed up with this

Driver spilled the coffee over a lot of it.

The last few times we have ordered from here, the food has been stone cold, the chips have been chewy and cold and the drinks flat with no ice. It’s not cheap and you would expect higher quality to reflect the price!

As usual every time products missing. If it wasn't for the kids wouldn't order again as you never get refunded. Someone is always disappointed and it isn't just in our area have friends in a lot of different postcodes who have the same problems missing items or stone cold

ordered mcflurry which wasn't delivered by the courier. applied for a refund and get told no refund by just eat.its the third time this branch has knocked me for part of a delivery and they refused to refund the money back each time.

There was no apple pie in the order that I paid for, the drinks had tipped over in the bag and the food was cold….

It was on time but I’m very disappointed at the fact that all my food is stone cold and I want to know the reason for it being cold !!

After you not even delivering my food the first time I ordered again and now I’m missing 2 main items and the rest was freezing cold

Cold food, melted milkshakes and flat drinks! Ordered at 1230 and didn’t receive until ten to 2! Not ideal when it said 10-20 mins when ordering originally!

No salsa dip or ketchup with the food.

Didn’t get everything that we ordered missing chips and a burger

All the food is cold, half our chips are missing and half of the drinks were spilt in the bags and both bags were ripped open

Didn't get what I ordered, missing Icecream and the chips that are supposedly large weren't even half full. disappointing really as McDonalds isn't a cheap meal.

The blondish lady at the drive through today was awful! Arguing with me saying that this is a full cup of Mcflurry! Why can I see the bottom of the cup and ice cream that doesn't touch any sides! ridiculous. Management need to sort it out defo not as advertised.

Wrong food was delivered ordered a double quarter pounder and somehow got a Mcchicken and forgot the nuggets I ordered

Nothing wrong with the food or delivery but Erith McDonald’s can’t seem to deliver what I have ordered and this is not the first time. Only takes a second to double check an order before it goes out! Wouldn’t recommend delivery from them to anyone.

Order arrived late. Ordered 2 x large big mac meals and got one. Fries half empty. Happy meal had the toy missing and the additional fruit bag was missing. The food was cold as well.

food was a little on the cool side but the rider went above and beyond so 3* for the restaurant 5* for thr delivery agent

disgusting food. can't follow basic instructions not hard is it ask for no pickles don't put pickles in the burger. ask for extra big Mac sauce and you put no sauce in. ask for a coke and receive oasis. last order ever from me

I go there nearly every day and always have something missing from my order!! And when I ask them why happens all the time they say " no problem you don't miss all the order"" 🙉 When I order to eat in they pack my food for takeaway when I order to takeaway they give me the food in the tray!!

I thought the monopoly stickers come on all the mcdonalds cups, no matter the size.
