Half my delivery was missing, I’ve already sent a email regarding this

man wanted pin and didn't deliver he just left with the food

Driver lied about delivery and never delivered my order

I never received my child’s happy meal! He was very upset! Your staff and McDonald’s team need to make sure everything is in the packages before delivering

called the restaurant and they told us that the the order was given to the driver at 10:25. order arrived at 10:50 freezing cold. when the driver was asked why he shrugged and said don't know

Had a delivery that was missing half its stuff, tried to get in contact and they denied that I ordered from them, this is despite the fact that I had the order code, they've been nothing but useless. Wouldn't recommend this rubbish tip of a business

It's time for a rant... Entered the restaurant. No one visible at the counter. 3 self service machines. Only 1 works. Slight queue to use it. Doesn't print receipt. Have to remember the number of my order and hope someone doesn't pretend it's there's and walk off with my food as I have no proof it's mine. Fantastic stuff...

Missing a Big Mac, 1 med fries 2 small fries, double cheese burger and gave me an Apple pie I don’t pay for ?

really badly packed the big mac was hanging outside the box and the philly cheese stack well looks like it had been put together by a 2 year old!

Always the food from McDonald’s area arrives freezing cold it is ridiculous. Chips are soggy. The burgers will cold horrible I don’t think I’ll be using them again. I think I’d rather drive to Thamesmead and get a drive-through there at least I know it’s fresh.

When the food arrived the drink was almost completely empty as it had leaked all in the bag and soaked through the other bag to the food!

It is disappointing that McDonald’s employees are not required to wear gloves or maintain a clean appearance. This lack of hygiene and professionalism can be off-putting and unappealing, especially when handling food that customers are going to consume. Because of this, I have never eaten there

Decent enough branch, staff are always friendly and polite. As expected, it can get a bit busy (especially as it has drive-through) but never had to wait too long, and can usually get a seat. There are a couple of seats outside if the weather is OK.

They always don’t include certain items. Like I didn’t get two of my burgers

I always complain if there is a problem so only fair to say when it's all good and my delivery tonight was best for a long time, all hot items were hot.

What’s the point of having a menu with options to take things off your burger for them to ignore what you’ve ordered. This is the second time I’ve ordered a burger with no cheese and pickle only to be sent a burger with 2 slices of cheese. Will never order from them again. So frustrating.

Once again the food only half turned up they are obviously not actually looking at the order sheet or just basically deciding what they feel we can have - something needs to be done about erith McDonald’s maybe having somebody that could read for starters would help! Literally so many bad views on one day shows there is an issue with them - maybe better training would help! Or at least be able to read the word happy meal in this case invisible meal

The food was very cold, no salt on chips. And hot chocolate was very watery and only half filled up.

Clearly not checked properly, rushed. Wrong order delivered. Had to go to the restaurant to get the correct meal. Waste of time and money on delivery fee, service fee and then petrol to correct their error.

Great staff here, they are always so helpful! Shout out to Robin in particular who is always so hard-working. The only thing to keep in mind is that seating is limited.
