This place is getting worse, no queue to order but parking everyone up to wait for food. Had to wait 12 minutes just for a breakfast wrap and it is only just warm. Shocking,

The building looked nice, but the lady at the till didn't give me my order. I was waiting for half an hour! The food was good though.

I used the drive through. Fast service & polite staff.

missing items, restaurant took ages to prep my order, only the delivery man was fast and on point

Horrendous! Last time ordering through this service. Order took over 45 minutes to arrive, arrived stone cold! Driver argued that I had not given the number to my house. How was it delivered then? Address is on my account. Food straight in the bin!

Food and delivery bags came smelling really badly of cigarettes, some of my items was missing. Really not happy with the service at all!! So disappointing

Apart from my tracker bugging out, the order came exactly as I wanted this time! Thank you for making sure it was plain, because last time I ordered the Quadruple Big Mac, both when ordering online and in person over the last two weeks, I kept getting single slice of cheese on the bottom layer for some reason. So thank you again, much appreciated.

So after my last order just eat think it’s acceptable that part of my order was missing and do not want to rectify this so I will be using Uber eats next time and see how much better they do

Can't fault the delivery side but there seems to be something missing or incorrect every single time I order from here, I think there has been an issue with my last 4 or 5 orders in a row now. They don't appear to read specific instructions/item customisations and just send out whatever they feel like. Burgers have been arriving cold. A few times you can see where the incorrect condiments has been scraped off inside the burger, and the lid just slapped on and sent back out with the remnants on.

Every time it reached the estimated time it would then push the estimated time forward to a new time. It kept doing this for almost 25-30 mins then when the food finally arrived everything was cold

Erith McDonald’s need some serious staff training.. every time I order from there there is something missing from my order. Even when I go there in person they always forget something or it’s ’park up’ for something as small as fries they are lazy and do not care.

i would like a refund on this food because i would like to let u know when i opened the order the food was cold and all mushed up

McDonald's didn't feel my cokes up to the top only half way and the chips was only filled half way. it is a joke considering I get charged for the service charge. they are a joke and I'm very unhappy with the service.

Delivery driver was late didn’t have half of our order as left one of the bags at the restaurant and driver was rude when asked where rest of order was had to drive ro restaurant to get resolved

The delivery driver was completing multiple orders and when arrived the food was soaking wet as the drink had spilled, leaving only half the volume in the cup.

Terrible, Absolutely terrible. Food tastes like it was reheated, fries didn’t have any salt. We didn’t get the drinks that we wanted, and the wrap that I asked for “no mayo” with, came with extra mayo. The wraps were made terrible, had to nibble my way to the very bottom of mayo hell just to get to the lettuce.

Food cold. ice-cream melted and unedible. Only half full chips. Very very poor order.

Our ordered just never showed up, McDonald’s did not have any record of our order which is just bizarre ! I don’t think it was McDonald’s fault and I was given a full refund but no food arrived!

My order was cold and I ordered a double Big Mac but I got a bacon double cheeseburger

Took 40 minutes preparation time and still managed to get the order wrong. Clearly asked for no cheese in the burgers but one of them had cheese in. They have got the orders wrong multiple times now and so am unlikely to order from here again. Delivery was good and quick though.

Absolutely abysmal. Ordered over £35's worth of food for three people and not a single person's meal was complete. Multiple items missing and some items wrong. Will never order from here again.

I was given a complete different order, called the restaurant to complain and was told it’s nothing to do with them and to contact just eats and was told it’s busy and hung up. Appalling service !!!

ordered a squad meal deal which was meant to be 4 burgers of choice and 4 medium fries.. got 4 medium fries cartons half full. basically not even small fries in medium fries boxes. I suppose that's one way of getting your money back on what looked like a good deal. rip off.

Aside from not getting saviettes, everything seemed ok and in order. The order stayed on the board even after picking up. But overall good enough experience.

Do not order McDelivery from here! The restaurant must be full of fully incompetent staff, because you never ever receive what you order, whether it's via JustEat, UberEats, or even the McDonald's App!! And what they do decide to send you, when they can be bothered, is always stone cold & even then, you've only received half your order!! Don't even try to ring through to the restaurant, as when they do miraculously answer in a blue moon, they tell you to request a refund via the means you ordered through. Absolutely disgusting service & behaviour. What makes it even worse is that they are making money from orders not being fulfilled!!!
