CWRC-RRF3-T4ZT order I came for breakfast. I got 1 Mc & Chese meal and one just mc & cheese with out drink. I paid 8,47 pound. If I get 2 meal I could paid just 8.38 pound. When I realise this. Putney mc Donald’s staff said ‘you can’t change your order any more ‘. This is not kind .. Also they should say if meal is better price ..

This branch is well run, clean and tidy, but take care to check out the length of the deliveroo queue before ordering. You can be waiting for much longer than expected if you see five or more deliveroo drivers waiting for their orders.

This isnt the 1st time this has happend, ordering a Macdonald's from uber eats from this restaurant, and food is misisng. And uber eats will not refund and Macdonald's don't answer there phones!! Wont be eating here again .

11 Aug 2021, 18:58 I went to Putney Mc donalds. My food was cold even though I specifically asked for it. Their employees did this on purpose. I am very disturbed by this situation. Nobody took care of me. I was there at 18:30 pm. I explained this to a male employee, but the second time he specifically gave me the cold food. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Ignoring customers and drivers who trying to do they job. Ridiculous service. Manager called Nathan some reason decided to ignore me while I was trying to collect my order. I asked my number 5 times nice, as there was only 2 collection order and 5 Uber eats delivery READY! He refused to answer me and hand over my order after multiple times I asked for it. I would like to recommend everyone to just don’t even bother with them. They attitude is the reason why they have 2 star and truly they deserve only 1 and that only because some of the staff members are really nice and hardworker. They should appropriate more them and overview they managers capabilities.

There’s always something wrong with my takeaway delivery orders. Usually it is just the straws that are missing, today the straws were missing, plus a chicken mayo hadn’t been included, no ice in the drinks and I paid for two large fries, the amount of fries would have been about a medium portion. How difficult can it be to get the order right? Sort out your incompetent staff!!

We had a breakfast delivery on a sunday morning. It was very poor. Items were missing (no sausage, no syrup for pancakes) and the butter was melted into runny oil. Will not have a delivery from there again.

I visit McDonald's Putney on 08/07/19 around 19.35 order for chicken legend burger and nugget on get to work my first bit was very hard I try again then find out the chicken was under cook ,I call the branch to make complain the person who pick the call was not very clear on phone so I ask him to put me on with someone in charge this person act like he don't under stand what I was saying the he put my call down ,later I find out I was throwing up ,I called again to complain no one was picking up the is not the type of management they should have rather staff no one to help only to sell the cheap food out to people I still need a reply why I was treated that way

The person before is chatting garbage this is a go to spot completely chill and fast food cheater repellent. Loyal British citizens will understand.

This place creates a lot of nuisance to the area. Noise, garbage, antisocial behavior, you name it. I am not even mentioning the food which is an insult to taste and health. This is the go to place for drunks after the nearby pubs close. They usually just stay in front of the doors because the manger doesn't pay for some staff at the door, which is clearly necessary after 8pm. They leave their half eaten food and litter everywhere around, if it's not vomit. Also the manager hasn't found useful to fix their front door which has now been making a horrible squeaking sound about 2000 times a day!!!
