Mcdonald's in Bedford

The egg was missing in the McMuffin! Also said 2 bacon and there was only one. Disappointed

Ordered chocolate milkshakes and they sent McCafe iced latte

Items were missing, chips were cold and soggy! no straws for milkshakes - nightmare! No sauces as requested! When rang to say missing items were missing they said they couldn’t help and it had to be taken up with ‘justeat’ so never got missing items. Never again!

No ketchup delivered with order, although mentioned with order. no straws delivered with milkshakes i don't know how are they expecting to drink

All the drinks were spilled, and food was cold

times were changed 14 times as my order came completely cold and defrosted as I had some mcflury

My food was cold plus I paid for extra onions and got two fed up with ordering from McDonald’s

Food was warm and tasty. The delivery was brilliant and the driver was amazing. So kind and friendly. I’m only sorry I didn’t tip him more. Great driver.

absolutely ridiculous we waited over an hour for delivery and then didn't get the right order the mcflurry had melted. absolutely ridiculous

Ordered twice and got the wrong order both times. We ordered a cheesy mccrispy with no lettuce no bacon and both times the sticker said something else and there was no cheese or cheese sauce in a burger called the CHEESY mccrispy. Maybe it’s a glitch in the system because both times the sticker on the box said only crispy onion, only relish but still poor to receive the wrong order twice in a row

got an order from local maccys. delivery driver came and he sstated he didn't have my order. he advised us to ring mac donalds spoke to a lovely lady who asked if we could come in. I had to got to the restaurant. however that wasn't the restaurants at fault they were very helpful and he had caused issues there also. food was freshedly cooked for us.

It was all there and delicious. We had made a mistake and really wanted it to go to a different address (my grandchildren’s house) we couldn’t find anywhere to make this change even though we looked immediately we had send it. Can one change the address after paying.

We were missing one cheeseburger on order

The one main item I was after today failed to be delivered! But I was charged nonetheless! Awful service! Food cold too!

McDonald's is McDonald's. It doesn't need to do too many things right. It doesn't need an atmosphere, or amazing food. It just needs to give you what you've come to expect from decades of visiting McDonald's. Fast polite service (whether drive thru, or in the restaurant), hot affordable low grade fast food that fills a hole. Food at this one was what you would expect when I visited, but service was very poor and slow.

I watched him drive in the opposite direction to my home. I have screenshots to prove this. He drove with my food in his vehicle for 15 mins and it was stone cold when he got here. Then he tried to give me too many orders

The courier was so rude try approach me when I was giving PIN number but who cares eh I don’t want approach by your staff you should understand they not good people who want to fight for a big mac is my money bought it

Time kept getting later and later for delivery time. My burger was ordered with no pickles and arrived with pickles. Food was cold. Drinks were spilled. Maybe late as on a bike again.

Delivery driver took 1 hr to deliver when restaurant is only 5 minutes away. Food was cold, and the drink leaked everywhere, and driver left the empty drink cup and packaging on the floor.

Early & piping hot for once lovely just what the doctor ordered 🤪

Every time you get something wrong with my order

Absolutely diabolically terrible service the entire order was wrong and freezing cold! despicable!

Something must have malfunctioned with the JustEat app as I had to wait over an hour for my order to even start to leave the store. Upon ringing the store, they told me justeat had allowed people to overload the systems with orders all at once. Not only did my order come very late but the tracker did not even work, freezing the vehicle image on the same road and then suddenly moving to right outside my house. I am not happy with the speed nor efficiency of my order. I expected better.

Food was good but it was frustrating to not receive the missing items.

Order was very late & then it had items missing as you had run out of them. If delivered on time this wouldn't have happened. Will not be ordering from this establishment again. Very annoyed.

It's my first time ordering and was very disappointed, the oasis large drink had spilt all over the bag and when handed to me was leaking out everywhere all over my hallway and had soaked the food also so everything had to be binned.

The wait time kept going up again and the food is all cold especially the chips this isn’t the drivers fault and more the companies for leaving it to sit on the side

Drinks were half filled! McFlurry’s were like milk as completely soft! Fries cold, no sauce provided, obviously driver delivered multiple orders on the way! Rubbish!!!

Around 25 minutes after ordering and just 5 minutes from their stated arrival time, they decided to cancel the order. Shocking service, they shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place if there was a problem. Will not use again
