Chips were undercooked and cold

Can still be somewhat slow like today despite only 5 customers in the drive thru

So I decided to treat myself & grandson to birthday donut& a coffee driver didn't knock the door & had poured the coffee all over the donuts so yes I'm upset I have mobility issues and can't move & wanted a treat with grandson before school can't now

Delicious burgers, loved the atmosphere

Slow service and orders are wrong sometimes

McDonald's lets be honest it really s*** but I don't have to cook, and my kids ain't far ( yet) 😂

Food delivered on proximity order was again cold

I swear the people that work in this place are backwards every single time I visit this place always get my order wrong and it's always a simple order don't understand what's so hard about listening to what someone is sayin and press a few simple buttons, aswell as touching the food with thier hands after dropping it out the box and trying to serve it to people absolute disgrace of a place

Food was cold. Was pretty much empty inside and drive through but waited in drive through for ages.

One star review for this disappointing experience! After waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru with only two cars ahead, I politely asked for a free order of fries due to the long wait. The response from the staff, especially the manager, was rude and unprofessional. As someone familiar with the fast-food industry, I know the wait time was excessive for a simple order. The customer service was disrespectful, lacked understanding and it was infuriating to see staff chatting to their friends and holding up the queue. To top it off, my order was also incorrect, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets but I received 16 badly over cooked nuggets. I won't be returning to any McDonald's in the future, as their service and quality control are both lacking. Trying to lodge a complaint on their website was also a frustrating experience. This unit in particular should improve its service before opening its doors to customers with such adolescent, grumpy and incompetent management. An absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish. Never again!

spent over £20 and i never got the free chicken nugget that was promoted

My burger was extremely dry ! nowhere near the amount off sauce and salad the bacon was auful like who puts bacon on big mac the size was great just ashame it was very dry if ur gonna make a burger alot bigger then insure the sauce to burger ratio is met -next the wrap again extreamly dry chicken extreamly poor amount so much so that they actually filled top third of wrap with salad it took a few bites to even get a taste of chicken it's appalling especially given the fact that the price is extremely expensive I will not be in a rush to order again I except a full refund also why did I pay delivery and service charges ive never been charged these before thing is I did use uber eats till there extra charges start so I switched to just eat now I'm gonna look into anther servise to obtain my takeaway from

Delivery driver made multiple stops which were out of the way. The original delivery time was suppose to be between 1845-1905, but wasn't delivered until 1926. food Is cold and half the drink was spilt

I ordered on the app from home and collected via the drive through. 10min drive to Macdonald's then a 25 min wait!!! So much for fast food.

The delivery driver went back for the coffee and said he would be 5 minutes, food was delivered 35 mins ago so not sure if it will arrive.

Very nice McDonald's located in the heart of Bedford - perfect to eat in or as a drive through. The employees here are kind and helpful, and food is given swiftly. This McDonald's in particular has been very good at making the food just right, so I do recommend. 😋

Visited today.. not great experience again. I don’t write the review often but … arrived to drive through.. ordered simple order one menu and few things from saver menu plus two pies one raspberry and one apple. Paid now waiting by the window to get the order .. being informed waiting time for an apple pie will be 5 min. Okey no problem .. if we want the raspberry instead it will be quicker.. yep let’s have raspberry one instead. Taking my order from the lady behind the window ( trust me I never move my car from this place before checking my order as many times I been left down) One of the fries were missing okey .. pointed it out they gave it to us .. now arriving home .. and I’m not being too fussy but if I pay for 5 bloody mozzarella bites.. I expect to get 5 not 4 .. disappointed. Dear management team one mozzarella bite won’t fill me up … however not great experience for several times. Please review your standards. Thanks

got my order wrong wanted chocolate milkshake got vanilla

Only half a large portion of fries and the hot apple pie put in the same bag as the milkshake so cold

no milk on the tea or option to add it, yet milk in the hot chocolate. that's ridiculous from macds.! upset.

Had a chicken mayo with the new bun. Horrible blend of flavours and there shiny new bun ends up flat as a pancake the base especially remember its McDonald's and there ever useless team who struggle with producing the simplest of food and the management please there like cook cook cook, whatever!. . It'll be Burger King from now on though they to suffer terribly to from staff without the basic skill of handling food. But if it's not hot the useless ones can have it back

Part of the order was missing when they delivered and I reported it soon as however JustEat refused the refund request. Never using JustEat service again.

the chips were cold and soggy we ordered 2 chicken big mac meals and got one normal big mac and one chicken big mac meal, and we were missing an apple pie. normally aspects is better than this but for some reason it failed miserably today.

Yet another order packed by the staff at McDonalds which was wrong. This time the chicken nuggets were missing. Got a refund from just eat but had to pay another delivery charge when reordering the missing nuggets. I’ve learned my lesson well and truly, I won’t be using Aspects McDonalds for delivery again.

Its Macdonald's. There are good and bad ones, this is good for what it is. It wont blow your mind but the standard menu items are made how you want them. It's been clean inside each time I've popped in but mostly I hit the drive through

The place wasn't at all busy and yet despite ordering only a single Mighty McMuffin from the drive thru, I had to park up and wait for quite a few minutes before it was ready which was disappointing for what used to be "fast food". By the way, the Mighty McMuffin was good!
