Delivery driver was lovely and delivered on time. Food was soggy and cold.

every single time I order from here multiple items are missing! and I never get my refund, this time I have my meal but all my kids don't. how can I justify paying alot of money to treat my kids and always end up with over half there order missing EVERY SINGLE TIME. Don't order from this mcdonalds

Order was missing 4 lots of fries

I did not get any off my order correct for my children I have told driver to take it back as it’s not I wanted I have asked for a refund

The dips that come with the chicken haven’t been included again. This is happening repeatedly and it’s selected as part of the meal so it’s irritating it’s repeatedly missed

Usually service is good and I can attest to the helpfullness of the manager Jamie and servers are freindly..BUT when he is not there staff is rude, I can attest to them shouting and causing a freind to get overwhelmed crying, very poor I can understand stress but that was poor service.

This is the best mcdonald's . Lovely staff and good management. Always tidy and I think some of these reviews are being dramatic and i think there forgetting that this isn't some fancy restaurant just a fast food chain because this mcdonald's is great.

Macdonald's used to take care in the food. I was very disappointed in food. The drinks I saw was made and left there for 25 minutes, so they were flat. I understand they may have been short staffed but I would rather wait for good hot quality food. My daughter had the driest hard chicken nuggets ever!!! The only good thing about all of it was my hot chips only because I had no salt . The staff were overwhelmed. Maybe put out vacancies. Waste of money!!!!!

Delivery driver arrived to restaurant and never delivered my food.

I just don’t understand why McDonald’s makes so many mistakes. It’s madness. How can you read “coca cola” and send out a milkshake. How? How? It’s crazy.

Food was stone cold and missing items. What is the point of running a delivery service if you can not get simple orders correct !! It's not rocket science come on McDonald's sort it out everytime we order it is wrong !!!!!

Driver refused to bring order to door. Food was as cold as outside by the time he had left at by the main front door.

The food was completly cold. The fries were done couples hours ago, nothing like fresh. We all know that old fries taste.. Burgers were dry and with just a bit of a souce in it. No straw for my drink. I miss a good Mc. Come on guys, you can do it better!!

I apologise in advance for what I'm about to say. I never leave a bad review and if I have a bad experience I just ignore the place and move to the next one. But there's always a first time, so here we are... A week ago they forgot one of the burgers (how is that possible?!) and second burger was something different than the one ordered. No chips to my mate's menu, I had to share mine. Of course the food was cold, no straw, no dignity. Tonight I ordered for the second and last time, the small coke was three quarters full (... just why and how), the chips were old (at least 2h) and the burgers were cold and dry. Of course no straw, no dignity again. I worked in the food industry and know how a place like this is supposed to run, someone inside there is doing a terrible service to him/her and like a rotten tomato he/she spreads this pandemic to his colleagues and the clients have to face the consequences. Do us and yourself a favour and quit please. Sorry but not sorry.

Food and space like every other MacDonalds. But the service was great. Jamie(I think his name was) was epic, he is like a smiling supermachine with a positive energy. Literally helping out with everything, everywhere. He must have overheard me muttering about something and then the next thing, there it was as if by magic. Every business needs a Jamie. Well done!

Order specifically, for 5:55 , food came 10mins early whilst I was bathing my baby daughter. very stressful situation as I could not leave her alone. I would like a full refund.

Wrong item sent, labelled incorrectly very misleading. Made my mum ill!! I called to inform them and the connection was terrible and they were very unhelpful. Meal is in the bin, mum has gone without. Very disappointed I Will Not use again!! Should she of had a fatal allergy this could be a very different outcome. I suggest you take better care checking your items.

Always forgetting things when you go you drive thru. Today forgot the toy/book from happy meal. Just not good enough a very upset 4 year old ! It can't be that difficult to get the order right surely. Avoid it go to any other McDonald's In bedford !

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE FOR DELIVERY!!! I wish I was joking when I say they get more orders wrong than right but I’m not. Out of our last 10 or so orders one (yes, one!) has been right. All the others have been missing at least one item which is usually the burger for one of the meals, although they have missed both fries in the past. The latest order they managed to send me someone else’s order entirely. If it wasn’t for the fact the McDonald’s app makes it hard to order elsewhere I wouldn’t use this one at all, but it’s either this one or pay extra and not earn the points. The food (if you get it) is usually though and rarely have issues when we collect, they just don’t seem to care at all when it comes to delivery orders.

Food took over and hour to turn up both the chips and my 2 burgers were stone cold. FUMING!!!!

How difficult it is to read and follow instructions? I paid for ketchup separately and wrote in instructions to supply with order. But the McDonald's staff never bothered to supply complete order. That's a shame.

The order was missing 2 drinks and a muffin. I contacted Just Eat who in turn spoke with the restaurant. I was denied a refund as I had given the acceptance code for the order to the delivery driver who then left immediately, meaning I had accepted the order successfully. I have questioned Just Eat on how I should have disputed the order and await a reply. 3x people 3x meals missing 1x muffin and 2x drinks.

The food was cold. I asked for a Coke Zero, there were no Coke Zero's, and so ordered a plain Coke. I was given a Sprite. I didn't want a Sprite I ended up with no drink at all as getting the correct drink would have involved a long wait. Don't go there. Just don't.

Items were missing, chips were cold and soggy! no straws for milkshakes - nightmare! No sauces as requested! When rang to say missing items were missing they said they couldn’t help and it had to be taken up with ‘justeat’ so never got missing items. Never again!

This was the dirtiest McDonald's I ever saw. It is a shame that I do not have a receipt; otherwise, I would definitely complain to their head office. Dirty, sticky floors, and full bin bags were lying around on the floor. In the kitchen, I could see food on the floor.
