McDonald's in Bromley

The customer service was very poor i was just trying to sit and eat and they refused to let me upstairs and told me it's closed today however once I walked away they let people upstairs. I asked why they let other people upstairs but not me and my friend and she gave no response so i asked again and she told me downstairs is for you not upstairs. I am quite offended and disappointed with the way i was spoken to, do better.

Ordered via app and was quickly served. However the chicken burger was empty of sauce and lettuce, could not be bother to go back. Can get very busy with disruptive teenagers., but that McD.

I was in this branch of McDonald’s, ordering a mcmuffin with NO CHEESE!!! because everyone knows i HATEEEE cheese. i savoured the hash brown and the hot chocolate like it was my last meal. i open my mcmuffin, and what do i see?!? A GREAT BIG MELTED SLAB OF PLASTIC-Y CHEESE. what if i was blind and allergic to cheese, and i had taken a bite? i could be DEAD right now. staff were unprofessional and disorganised, lacking communication. this is not even within a UNIVERSE of acceptable. NEVER EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE make the mistake of coming here.

This Mcdonald's is disgraceful. 40 MINUTES I WAITED FOR MY FOOD. Keeping in mind I only ordered one wrap, staff were messing up orders including mine and ignoring people waiting to pay for items. This is not acceptable! Children are waiting to go home from school and are politely asking about their meals, staff are responding in a sarcastic, ignorant tone. I ordered a sweet chili crispy wrap and a after my long wait I received a GRILLED CHICKEN GARLIC WRAP. There is a lack of staff and communication within the kitchen and to customers.

Order on line ,food cold and very bad,one burger was missing,chicken nuggets cold and disgusting and missing all the sauce,I suggest u to change job,even a child can do better u are completely incompetent
