Can’t resist an egg and cheese McMuffin!

I'd like to know why the delivery and costumer service is so useless. We ordered for three people at around 8pm or so, got the wrong order and nobody would answer our calls. We called multiple times for a while hour, sent emails, sent messages, our calls were auto-declined after like a minute of ringing each and every time. I am never ordering from home again, if I order again, I'm doing it at the building itself so nobody can hide behind a phonecall if they get things wrong again. Useless.

Every week I buy the food in MacDonald

Why is it that hard to simply put the correct items in an order? Customer service is shockingly poor and the same can be said for their call centre central customer service line too. Just avoid and literally go anywhere else.

Order via app, delivered stone cold, told restaurant policy was no refunds - I'd avoid this McDonald's like the plague - the one on Haldon Hill is far better run.

All the food was cold and sweating on arrival . Very dissatisfied

Wonderful delivery driver, excellent service

Food was shambles seal was broke on the packaging and food was missing chips and drinks also I'm am not happy with this now and would like a full refund of this order and my last one! I'm fed up of these services I would like a full refund.

1 hour late the man who delivered this was kind but shocking to see how two stone cold burgers and fries was cold completely we can’t excathly warm meat up again especially for child not happy

food had no warmth at all, probably due to the delivery time which kept getting longer and longer, also the amount of deliveries the rider made prior, mc flurry were also wrong size despite paying for large,ended up with a small melted mess. Shocking

The food was great,but why was it renovated to look like the inside of a bathroom? Nothing in the walls or decor invites you to eat. I wish I had taken my food to eat on a bench. What a cold atmosphere.

Wasted drinks! No ketchup ketchup which I had to pay for?!

The food is mostly nice, but some burgers are so flat and sloppy. The fries are delicious, but I feel like they’re not worth the portion. Also, can we just talk about HOW EXPENSIVE the McCrispy and McSpicy is? It also takes SO long for my food to come out - the shortest time I’ve had to wait was 20 minutes - and that was even when it was night and therefore a lot less customers than usual. The atmosphere is very terrible. Ketchup everywhere, rubbish on the floor, food on the tables, little children screaming and crying their heads off. I would say that popeyes is a lot better and many other people would agree.

How is my food colder then my shake

Didn’t provide spoon or forks to eat with when we called up about this they seem to expect us to eat ice cream with fingers

I placed an order with McDonald’s and the Delivery driver who is 4 minutes by bicycle to where I live. He couldn’t find me,so I was trying to explain on the phone to him where I was!He then got lost and I was on the phone the whole time for the next hour It took him to find me! He was rude and I was standing outside the entire time!All my food was cold and inedible! I spent nearly £15! just come out of hospital. I had no food! It says he delivered around 20.28! It was really 21.11! I have proof!

1 burger was wrong we ordered a double quarter pounder with added bacon and cheese but instead were sent a plain Big Mac. With the chicken selects none of the sauces we requested were sent. Not very happy

Never arrived cant get hold of u

Courier rang saying he was at my location but I was waiting outside and there was no courier. Very rude on the phone, I gave him the address again and then my order was shown as delivered even though it wasn't! Courier then switched his phone off!

Driver went to the wrong address at first I had to flag him down this happens every time I order the driver goes to the wrong location and sometimes things are missing and or cold

McDonald’s forgot a entire happy meal & 20 chicken nuggets

5 years ago, the milkshakes had much much more flavour to them. Nowadays, they are very bland! If you want a decent milkshake, go to Five Guys!

it was more than over an hour it was nearly 2 hours the food was cold

Delivery time kept getting longer and longer. It took 1½ hours from when I ordered. No straws or napkins. I didn't like the chips so I didn't eat them, but my son thought they were alright. Burgers were decent but came with no lettuce.

the burger was ok but the chips were awful. they were really thinly cut and they just didn't taste. very good. they tasted like cardboard

Food ain't bad, too be expected but it takes at least 20 minutes to get your order. Also a load of unsavoury types in there. It's not exactly their fault but feel like they could be less compliant with people screaming profanities ( these customers were shouting at each other not staff).

Food was cold upon arrival, driver didn’t go to us straight away by the looks of it as I watched him on the maps and looks like he did a detour or maybe another order first???? But it was delivered in the time frame just

Drinks spilled everywhere and the guy just stood there watching me pick everything up sorting it out and once I sorted it he wanted to ask me if it was okay which I replied I guess so you was no help and he road off

The toilet was the best thing as there was poo smeared everywhere which was a nice snack whilst on the toilet whereas the food can you believe this my cheeseburger had cheese in it I’m lactose intolerant they should’ve checked before hand

Delivery was on time but all the food was stone cold. £2.25 account credit is not acceptable as compensation. Near £16 for food less palatable than a £3 rustlers burger. Foul. Do not order from this store.

everytime I order from here i lose hope in finding a good meal. food took a very long time. cold chicken with cold mozzarella sticks. driver also spilt my iced coffee In the bag. only got just less than half of my drink.

the man was very rude, shouted at me in the street because he was at the wrong address but on my app I have pinned it in the right place. Horrible person

Delivery guy didn’t even come close to my front door he rang for me to come out so waited by the door and then he started shouting down the road saying hello, for me to come out to the street to get my food. This is not a door delivery and it’s quite terrible

Food was so cold that I didn’t have my full meal as chips are like cardboard when reheated but the burgers were fine reheated I hate cold food and having to microwave what I can to warm it

Always been a McDonald’s baby. Had a breakfast stop meanwhile coming back to Cornwall, located on the High Street.

Missing one burger, one chips, one drink (burger and drink from 1 meal- chips from another), no straw (not a big deal)

Order was 45 minutes late, mcflurries all melted and no fries arrived when 2 were ordered. The 6 chicken nugget boxes only had 5 nuggets in. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, mayo chicken and a Coke for £12 all I received was a double cheeseburger. My food bag was already opened when it arrived. Not okay !!

The only good thing was delivery was on time, but the food itself was a disaster. Missed food out, not just one, spilled drinks and the food was cold. We only live down the road. Disappointed to say the least, I most certainly won’t be ordering again.

the delivery driver was very nice but are chips were freezing cold like as cold as Antarctica but the rest of our food was lovely i would just recommend putting more mozzarella sticks in the box as we only had 9 which is not enough for our belly’s!! Other than that the order was lovely thank you so much for making us a meal. it was quite pricey though for two meals!!

Excellent tuggy from the manager in the toilets. Well worth the one hundred pound . Can’t say I tried the food but I sure got breakfast lunch and dinner
