McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

Lots of staff doing very little I like the way they now have the ubber driver at a different part . However it still feels as though the customer in the shop is second to the ubber orders I seen a a tray of food just left on the counter for 2 mins . Just sat there . Then a manager slowly walks along and takes it to the table . Table Service. Wow This place is going down hill fast I took my daughter for a treat. Shame as if it was run better I can see it getting better

Came in for a nice big Mac and oasis left with a Mcbaby™ from the mcdelivery room very unexpected they made me pick between grimace or Ronald McDonald for names now I have a happy healthy Mcbaby™ thank you for the staff for all the help

I like that burger but that fried fries was salty the drink was okay but there no ice in my drink

Food was cold, the staff where more concerned about high fiving each other. And the other customers where rank as they had wet themselves.

We have been here a few times when we come to the cinema once a month and the service and food has always been shocking. I order on the app put in my customisation get it sent to the table as I have a young child I don't want to leave by themselves and on the last 3 occasions they have got our order wrong 3/4 times in that single visit then it's happened the next time and the next time. I get maybe the first time but when you then tell a person what you ordered and they get it wrong another 3 times that's completely incompetent. I spoke to a manager who just shrugged his shoulders and said all he can do is apologise but then didn't actually say sorry. Totally uninterested. We will not be returning we will spend our money where we get the right food we have ordered and good customer service

Was able to tick off this McDonalds before the System 7 gig at the Phoenix. I was looking forward to adding this one to the collection. Firstly the card reader didn't work and I had to go to the till and wait 20 minutes for my McPlant. I'm always supportive of the staff and don't like to be too over assertive as this is a city centre McDonalds with a large student population having a burger meal. We cleared the table and it was being more that my order was forgotten than that. I feel the branch could do with a more experienced manager as the staff seem under a lot of pressure. Nice city location with a larger footfall just needs a new dynamic.

Went in yesterday late afternoon just to get 3 drinks to take out. After waiting 25 minutes and the order number disappearing off the screen went and queried, and finally got our drinks which we then realised we luke warm! The worst McDonald’s I’ve been too!

Absolutely heaving and takes forever to get served. When I finally got my food it was wrong.

Cold fries, cold overcooked fillet fish burger. Zero soft drinks or milkshakes - just bottles of water and coffee. Ordered a large meal and received a medium. Atmosphere? Surrounded by braying Exeter students. The worst McDonald’s in Britain 👍

It is what it is, a fast food restaurant, the staff just need to remember that, and move a little "quicker", clean the tables a little faster, it was at a busy time but it's always busy at the same time every day, and the standards just drop, AND the milkshake machine is still not working, that's been a problem for nearly 2 years off and on, and I get surprised when it is working, BIG change today, milkshake machine was working, but everything else has got even worse

It's a McDonald's you get what you expect just don't expect politeness from staff.

My order was not completed and called the uber eat said they can’t make a refund, the restaurant just gave me a number to call which I did and was the same response which is not right. Spent my money for the food and wasn’t given

TERRIBLE mcdonald’s restaurant, the food is almost always cold, the atmosphere is rubbish and 99% of the time they either completely mess up my order or there’s something missing, and then when i try to get someone to fix it i’m just met with attitude. this is just on pick up! with mcdelivery, i’ve used it 3 times from this mcdonald’s, one of which took 1 hour to arrive and the other two took 2+ hours to arrive! food is obviously stone cold, and all three of these occasions there’s been a minimum of 2 items missing from my order. this is truly the worst mcdonald’s i have every been to and ordered from in my entire life, they need new managers and new members of staff. terrible place.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger and they gave me a regular cheeseburger. And they only gave me small fries :/

fries werent cooked enough. if burgers get any thinner they will have to call them wafers .....Mcdonalds youve really gone downhill ....

Food is what you expect from McDonald's fast-food, enjoyable and convenient for when you are on the go. Their breakfast is good and the main meals during the day are just as good. Easy, convenient and enjoyable. Service at this McDonald's is good, friendly, quick and always there to help. Also there is the self service option. Atmosphere here is relaxed in the mornings, somewhere to chill and eat your food before heading off for the day. It can get a bit busy and noisy during the main hours of the day but easy enough to order and take out.

Yet again we didn't have all our drinks!! Apparently, according to the delivery man, the lids aren't secured by the staff before the driver sets of, leading to them all, or on the past 2 occasions all but 2 out out of 5 failed to make it.

Twice now I’ve had soggy unseasoned chips since the new opening and ‘improvements’. Can our food just be cooked properly?

I just love a McDonald's when put with the grandkids, or even on my own TBF. Nothing wonderful about the service or atmosphere. Always busy and understaffed. But hey, that's not what I got there for ...

Order wrong once again. You cannot in a million years tell me they don't do it on purpose. Happens always when busy. I order a plain 3x cheeseburger with extra bacon, a combination that obviously requires a burger to be instantly made. Every time I receive a standard cheeseburger with all the toppings and no bacon, but the fries and dip are correct. Its also thrown together in a horrible way. Im sure they just make a bunch of burgers at once to reheat and when they see my order they just throw one in there hoping I won't be back since its a takeway order. Tough luck, I live 3min away so obviously I will be back. Usually when a place messes up you get free dessert or something. Nothing of sorts here, not even an apology, not a single word was said. I was handed the correct burger as if i owed it to them! The funny thing is that the correct label is even attached to the burger, but the burger itself is always wrong in the same way. Funny how this "mistake" always happens when busy and at no other time...

Order never arrived. Courier never gave me package repeately called me asking for code. After like the 5 call he stated that he was 2 minutes away and I gave him my code. Order then never arrived and could not contact the driver cause he had code

I tried to ask to get my phone charged so I could get home but they all said they wouldn’t charge my phone so it got to the point where one of the security guards had to give me his phone so I could call home ! I’m an 18 year old girl !! Surely u would think to keep people safe ?

It's McDonald's... don't expect much!

I’m not happy with the food when I ordered it my hash brown was wet and my sausage and egg muffin was freezing I’d like a refund this has happened multiple times. Now and I’m very unhappy it’s happened to many times.

Higher people that can speak English & do there job properly. I asked him 4 times and still didn’t understand what he was saying. Then he said 4 last numbers of your phone number. I was getting stressed out because that was the 4 numbers of my phone number he said no. I said do you mean order number?!? So I didn’t say thank you I just closed the door in his face.

Wrong order delivered in place of £60+ of food we received £28 worth of food which contained nothing we ordered or would eat. Completely disappointed and disgusted

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes, the food arrived stone cold and 2 out of 3 burgers were missing!!!

Delivery time kept changing but I understand that these things happen, however when our food finally came we only recieved 1 meal and everything else we ordered (£35 worth) was missing!! Every time we’ve ordered recently we’ve had meals missing.. really not good enough considering the prices you pay!!

Stumbled across this fresh opportunity to both refresh my weary body following a pretty challenging day out in Exeter and further my adventures to find the perfect MacDonald restaurant; seeking comfort and happiness in my consumption of burgers, chips and milkshakes. Sadly, and I am in genuine remorse, this maccy dees was not the best. Whilst I am a genuine fan of the golden arches and am more than happy to wait my turn for the opportunity to collect and subsequently devour my meal, I do struggle when my expectations are dashed by incompetent haste during a burger's construction. Whilst I do not claim to have completed McDonald's training scheme and genuinely in awe of those with 5 stars on their chests, I do believe I understand what a burger should look like and , helped by the images dancing across the menu, think my expectations align with Ronald's when he established his first venture last century. Sadly, I think Ronald would have shared my disappointment upon unwrapping my meal and whilst I'm all up for Lego-esc focussed reconstruction antics, on this occasion my efforts were thwarted by melted cheese and other delights embedded in the wrapping. Once I'd given up on my reconstructive efforts and accepted my destiny, the food was, as expected amazing. All in all. A meh experience and one, I sadly state will not be repeated. Fortunately for me, McDonald's restaurants are pretty much everywhere these days, and avoiding Exeter's will not adversely affect my perpetual happiness. Soz maccy dees of Exeter, but your shortcomings are simply too great to overcome.

First time slot was 630, then changed to 730. then changed again to 830. then opened it to the wrong order.

Delivery time said 25-30 mins and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for the food. When the food arrived it was cold and most of it was missing. We only received our drinks, chips and some burgers. Disappointed as we had spent over £70 due to having family to feed.

no bacon on my burger, nuggets were burnt and had black stuff on it, asked for them to be replaced and were given the same burnt ones, took them back once again and had them snatched and shoved back to me, ate our flurrys with forks… overall very unpleasant experience

Went here whilst in Exeter on holiday. Busy but plenty of upstairs seating. Wife was disappointed that there was no tea available on the menu ( we assumed out of stock of teabags) so we asked our server (Scarlett) if we could have a cup of hot water as my wife has a couple of teabags in her bag to make her own. Scarlett went back downstairs and got us a cup of hot water and then (after another request) went back again to get us some milk. Extremely helpful and courteous. Thankyou Scarlett - you are a star.

Both burgers were crushed, both drinks had leaked, and there were no straws or napkins.

They couldn’t even serve chips or a veggie burger. Imagine after a night out starving and their recommendation being cucumber. No vegetarian/ vegan options available and not even the mcplants or veggie burgers. Honestly go to a chippy instead rather than this place

completely wrong order. got two bags of drinks and no actual food

After placing a £60 order on the macdonalds app, when it arrived 5 out of 8 items were missing and the 3 meals that did come one was completey wrong! I spoke to 3 different staff members all of which were extremely rude and unprofessional, I was given 3 different numbers to call numbers which don't give you an option to speak to someone on. Finally spoke to someone to do a refund baring in mind I couldn't give my children their food, and they will refund £24 ... absolutely disgusting practice for such a large company.. I strongly advise not using their take away delivery service at all.

If you want food here, they run out i dont even think they have food in the first placr i think they just like to run out. one of the worst chains i have been to, staff are lazy, so much so i have been told machienes are broken even though i have seen them in use. never go.

I ordered last night and more than half my food didn't turn up as well as 1 item being wrong, (meaning I couldn't feed my family). I am very dissatisfied with the service as when I contacted mcdonalds i was told very rudly that I have to go through uber eats who are virtually impossible to get ahold of. Finally this morning I have managed to get through to someone and have been told I am getting a £24 refund from a £60 order. Not impressed at all will not be ordering again.

Sent a milk rather than a coke, missed two burgers off the order.

Received a big mac rather than a double quater pounder. Also didn’t receive sauces purchased.

One and a half cups of coffee were spilt before arriving only had half a cup of coffee to share with breakfast are we able to arrange a refund for loss of drinks ?

Everything was fine, apart from our large coke had fallen over in the bag and leaked. could only save about a quarter of the drink.

We order through delivery a lot, way too often than we should. The past 6 months however have been done more in hope than expectation that the order will be correct. Not a single order had been delivered without something (or multiple things missing). Dips almost certainly won't arrive, and the chance of missing a burger is high. Also the "large" fries contain the same as a medium, not sure if they deliberately skimp on delivery orders for some reason. Kfc next time.

It's a McDonalds, The burgers were Luke warm as if they had been sat under the heat lamp for a little bit, the service is what you would expect from a McDonald's, i wasn't waiting too long.

Don't care that they were a few minutes late, I recieved entirely the wrong order and that wasn't complete either. I have requested a FULL refund and sent photos as requested by just eat. Annoyed.

Really nice staff and the food was good as well. Music was uplifting and it had lots of options to eat.
