McDonalds in Sedgemoor

Great and Fast Service! Food was great and great. Everyone was really friendly and great at communicating in the drive thru!

Advertised as 24 hour, but for 2 nights in a row (front line night shift worker with no other warm 24 hour food options available locally) this McDonald’s has had cones out preventing you getting in. People can be seen inside. Tonight we approached the window and asked if there was any way we could get some food as the app is showing the menu whereas last night it wasn’t…they stated that all McDonald’s are closed tonight preparing for a ‘Stormzy’ event tomorrow. We asked if there was any way we could find out this information before turning up but they said no, it’s not advertised. We called the next closest 24 hour and were told they are open and had no idea what these staff were speaking about. Unfortunately our vehicle can’t get under any other McDonald’s drive through restrictions than this one, but a point was proven. Garage sandwich again tonight. Would have been nice to know in advance to prepare

Without any shadow of doubt, McDONALDS IN BRIDGWATER has to be the WORST I have ever been too, and I’m talking all over Europe. Sadly it is in my home town. My kids however continually live in hope that “this time” it will be ok….more chance of winning the lottery. In 3 years the milkshake machine has NEVER been working. The drive through is manned by total morons that can hardly speak let alone function. Food is more often than not cold or items missing. Fries are DISGUSTING. Appreciate that if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys but who’s running this circus, and WHY ! Don’t suppose their head office ever read review sites but somebody should really let them know….

Fast food, what a joke! My granddaughters and I wanted a quick meal before heading off to after school activities, we were queuing for 45 minutes and left waiting outside for food to be delivered, just about to drive off food pushed in my window which was cold badly packaged and certainly not worth the £24.00 paid! My tip…. Pack some sandwiches. Over priced poor quality waste of valuable time, certainly anything but fast food!

To many staff just standing around talking. Delivery drivers parking in disabled bays, just barging their way through. Ordered on machine but could not order two meals at the same time, so ended up ordering separately. Crispy chicken burger with so much salad, cold fries best part was water. Second was chilli double cheeseburger which had a few peppers, cold chips. Was quite full as lunch time. A largish guy barged past a child and sent her flying so he could get to the counter. Needs a better management people staying on position and washing of hands as no one was doing it

Worst service ever go here and use the drive tho if you want to sit in the car park waiting for food that does not arrive, waited 20 minutes went and got a refund never going back to this rubbish place again

The food was cold, the food that arrived was wrong, it took forever to arrive. The milkshake was melted, the coke was half empty...

Our order took over 25 minutes to arrive, when it did he apologised for the delay and dumped the tray on the table and left. Immediately found the chips were stone cold and the burgers were overcooked and cold. Went to counter and was ignored by a number of members of staff who didn’t look very busy. Finally got the attention of one who appeared in charge and explained. He said he would sort it, without apology, and got a fresh hot order arranged. He gave me the new order but missed one burger and the sauces so had to keep waiting. Finally got the food and ate. Watched staff chatting with other customers / their friends, like it was a social activity. One was stood in front of the counter chatting with a sweet lolly pop in her mouth.

Sat at home for 1 hour 45 minutes waiting for food. 4 different couriers turn up each one be rejected. Instead of wasting not just my time but couriers times why don’t you turn the mc Donald’s app OFF IF YOUR CLOSED. You only decided to cancel my order after a phone call. So thanks at 11.30pm I now have to try and order from somewhere else.

It's pretty basic tenets of takeaway and delivery. The customer orders the food, the staff have a massive screen which tells them what the customer has ordered. The staff members bag up the correct food and give it to the customer... however in this restaurant...

You can never get a mcflurry here and the milkshake machine is usually broken. Slow service, regularly have to wait in car for 15 minutes for food.

The McFlury machine is broken - this is what we have been told for the last few weeks each time we have visited this store. No apology or explanation given. Apart from this the service is ok and the food is hot.

Meal was adequate, but the drink was virtually unpalatable. So slow to serve, except for the tea and the soft drink, the tea was far too strong and the ice was already diluting the coke.
