McDonald's in Tandridge

UNBELIEVABLY loud. Everyone time I go here I have to put up with the insane noise and perpetual beeping of their machines. Then as soon as I get my food I run out. Bonkers!

This McDonald’s is managed so badly. I ordered 2 meals, one with coke, one with Diet Coke. They gave us 2 diets. I told them the correct order but the obnoxious manager just refused to correct them. I couldn’t believe my ears !!! He just kept on saying “ no, no, no “ and shaking his head !! Unbelievable ! He was pointing to his screen which said ‘ 2 diet ‘ so I kept telling him it’s irrelevant, the server has clearly made a simple mistake, but still he refused to change it AND was incredibly rude as well !! Worst customer service I have EVER seen. Clearly he shouldn’t be in management as everyone’s orders were coming out wrong. Man should be sacked. To make matters worse he refused to give his name so here’s his photo . Awful man. Avoid.

Fast and courteous service. Food and drinks were the same as always. No disappointment there. The restaurant was clean.

Would like to give a shout out to Daniel - Customer Care Assistant who is a credit to McDonalds, Clacket Lane. We stopped here a couple times on the way to visit family and the first experience in December was excellent. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was super friendly. We stopped here again today and Daniel popped over to say hello as he remembered us from last time - what a lovely touch! Despite whether our paths may cross again in the future (hopefully it does!) we’ll always remember what a great experience we had at Clacket Lane Services all thanks to Daniel. Worse McDonald’s I’ve been to we was pretty much only customers around 10pm ish was Quite a few couples after us waiting! Fries came out cold with our meals I’ve never had to send anything back at McDonald’s before replacement fries arrived couple mins later Luke warm a bit warmer than previous fries Tbh it wasn’t worst it asking again Poor staff at this later shift

I'm generally impressed with mcdonalds staff, the food and the hygiene. Our visit on 29 October 2022 was unfortunately the opposite. The state of the restaurant was very poor with overflowing bins, uncleared tables and a general atmosphere of chaos. We ordered 2 milkshakes, both were runny and warm. Quite disappointing.

As others have said - order backlog, very slow service. Probably not the fault of the staff who were there, just not enough of them

Ordering machines constantly broken or out of paper. Huge queues and order backlog and some extremely slow staff, some good but most of them so slow they barely register to the eye that they're moving...

This was east bound services, No sauce or napkins and they didn’t have chilly sauce for the spicy nuggets on the day(which were dried up), lacking staff, poor wifi so takes ages ordering via the app so you can collect points, all in all only if you are desperate, not one of the best outlets.

Food spilt all over the kitchen floor and left. This had been left for some time. The staff were just walking over it spreading throughout. No kitchen surfaces were being cleaned. I remarked out this to a staff member and they replied 'Thanks! With disdain. The whole place looked grotty. Looked on line to make a complaint direct, but vould not find anywhere to leave one! Wll never be going back.

We called in to these services at around midnight on a Saturday night, McDonald's was the only place open so we had to use it but we really wish we hadn't! There were only two members of staff as far as we could see, we ordered our food and waited 33 minutes for it to be ready (obviously not fast food). We took the food to our car as we needed to be back on the move after such a long wait, the chips were completely cold, the burgers were just about warm and just about edible and the drinks were basically water with a hint of coke! Basically it was appalling and had we not moved on we would have taken it back and put it in their bin as I don't think the rats in the car park would have eaten it. We don't expect much from McDonalds but this was quite simply the most appalling McDonalds that we have ever had, we felt ripped off having used our hard earned money on such rubbish. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

This has to be the worst fast food place in England. Order machines never working or frozen, disgustingly dirty, no tables cleaned, never get a receipt from machine as always run out. No suger or napkins and always have to ask. Service so slow! Overal, terrible!

Super nice staff. Hold up on our order by 10 minutes so the worker kindly offered us a refund. Much appreciated, wonderful customer service!

This visit the service was polite and quick, the product was made to order, as I asked for bits to be removed. The cleaners however were annoying, sweeping under your table as you were eating your dinner, not very hygienic, and damn annoying.

There was over 30 people in the waiting area and I don’t think a single member of the staff was even warm let alone breaking a sweat l. I’ve seriously seen move enthusiastic people walking into work on a bank holiday.

Used this macdonalds several times and never had an issue, but on this time, not enough care was taken with our food, the burgers were luke warm and very tough to eat, chips were ok, so wont be doing that again.
