I have ordered from caterham lots of times and never had a problem but the last 2 times I have had to wait an hour plus not acceptable I have very good description and direction whare I live ,maybe they need to improve on the drivers knowledge of areas !

Just wanted to pass on a top review to Lucas at Caterham store who helped me with an order I messed up, nothing Dominos did. But he helped me rectify the order and very kindly quickly.

Disgusting attitude and incompetent ‘chefs’. We ordered a half and half pizza, one half was the Christmas pizza. We specifically removed the cranberry sauce as my partner is allergic to something in cranberries. But lo and behold, cranberry sauce smothered all over it. I understand the whole cross contamination thing when ordering half and half, however after removing the sauce and adding extra cheese, I thought it may make them look at the order form properly. Emailed Humam Al Hashmi (who is as helpful as a chocolate teapot) to explain the severity and asked for a refund for just the pizza (we ordered a few things) and all they did was say sorry here’s a free pizza next time you order. Really? This could have put my partner in sever danger and ended up with him in hospital or worse and all Humam Al Hashmi can do is give me a free pizza? As if I’m going to want food from there again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this branch. It puts a downer on caterham and I wish it would be shut down. Get a grip guys seriously. Read your orders properly and if you’ve got free pizzas the hand out, go and give it to the homeless.

Probably one of the worst experiences from a Dominos branch. Placed small order of chicken kickers expecting two sauces. No sauces were delivered. Called the branch several times and kept getting put on hold. Of course I am a customer who’s paid for an order and the product has not been delivered correctly. Was told that they will find out if a driver can drop some off but still kept getting put on hold. Finally called back and asked to speak to the manager who said he can give me free things next time and sorry that my order has gone cold and has no sauces but accused me that I said I didn’t want sauces however I placed an online order which confirms that I requested the sauces. The manager then said that he will send out a box which will take over an hour because they have 50 orders to deal with bearing in mind. I’m just like any other customer who is paid for their order. Ask the manager to confirm that this is definitely been placed and that can expect the food to be delivered within the hour and the manager confirmed. I then asked the manager what his name was for reference and he went quiet and said VA and then just put the phone down. Absolutely appalling service, regardless of how busy they are. Probably would avoid it in future.

Shocking, as per usual they have forgotten the drizzle on the pizza, cold toppings, happens every single time! Resolution; take the pizza all the way back to the shop for them to add the drizzle on, be cold by the time I’ve done all that. Dominos isn’t cheap and I expect to have what I paid for. Caterham store has gone down hill. Extremely unhelpful staff; including the manager.

I lived in Caterham for 10+ years, and this is by far the best place to get your pizzas from, now I live in Crawley and the dominoes here is sadly not the same. I might have to come back to Caterham to get my pizza😅

2 hours 10 minutes for delivery, after my sister walks down in the rain to find out what was happening. They didn’t answer any of the 12 phone call attempts. Very cold - not even like warm. Barely any pepperoni when both were meant to be pepperoni passion. 4 other people at the hut angry and complaining. No word from the staff, delivery came when my sister was still down there. Medium pizzas are the size of small at domino’s. Gluten free medium pizza was V small ONLY 5 wings instead of 7.

Expensive, decent quality food but can be a little bit greasy. Delivery wasn't too bad for a busy Friday night. Will try again but will only do this when there are decent money off offers.

My brother and I waited in Dominos for more than 30 minutes just to find out they prepared the wrong size pizza for both orders. In the end we just settled with our orders, frankly I'm never going to go there again.

On the night of the 9th of september i had walked into the place of business and as i ordered my pizza a very rude woman wearing a high visibility vest and glasses and a hat told another worker zoe to take our order as i think she was new or something she had confusion with the till machinery and didn’t know what to do so she asked her colleague for help. But once again the rude woman with the vest thingy grabbed zoe furiously by the hand and quite rudely man handled her to the right buttons. i found this disturbing the poor girl she was trying her best and that is not the right way to treat one another even in times of stress. the pizza was good tho but i didn’t want pepperoni on but they left it on there. 😑

Utter contempt towards customers. Zero star if possible. Walked in to place an order and the staff were obviously busy, so I waited patiently at the counter. When a member of staff (a large build young man) came to the till, the customer in front of me politely requested this member of staff for his order as it was displayed as being ready on the screen above the counter. He was totally ignored. After waiting a short while he repeated his request to a small build member of staff stretching out pizza bases, despite being busy this member of staff paused what he was doing and fetched the customer's order, this only took a secoundor two. Having received his order the customer again addressed the member of staff still the at till, stated he had requested him for his order and quite rightly stated that was rude to ignore him. This member of abruptly announced he busy and unbelievably counter accused the customer as being rude! At NO point prior to this did the customer raise his voice and at no point what so ever did he swear or use bad language. This member of staff then walked away from the till towards the back of the shop also ignoring me! Needless to say I walked out without placing an order and will not be calling again! I have worked in several customer facing roles in the past and know it only takes a couple of seconds to acknowledge a custom, even if you are busy. If the management want to review this on CCTV, it happened at approx 18.45 10/08/22.

Quality deteriorated massively, I'm not sure if it's the supplier pressure or staff training but ingredients were missing or simply not fresh. Will never order again.

Ive ordered from them many times. Never had any issues and always on time and friendly.

Pizzas were ready for collection exactly on time and the Track your Pizza feature is very helpful. We were at the Go Laser venue in Whyteleafe where they include Pizza Hut pizzas - they were basically 20-25% crust! The Domino's pizzas were much, much better and they came with a dip too.

Staff were nice, food was tasty

It's a standard Dominos Pizza place, exactly what you'd expect, but these guys deliver so quick it's unreal!

As an ex manager of Domino's pizza in multiple locations Caterham is my favourite due to the staff there, they are friendly, they speak properly and listen to the customer 😀 BBQ sauce pizza cooked for extra 2 minutes 😋

I have just placed an order and the member of the team was clearly talking from script. Which is fine if there was an element of warmth and genuine customer care, but there was not. And then abruptly put the phone down on me without any thought. Nice...

Edited again to add: called again today to chase, was told I would receive email at 5pm. Still nothing. Called again, no apology, and told I would 'probably' get it tomorrow. Have made a formal complaint Edited to add: it's been a week, he never sent me the email to confirm the order that he was supposed to send that evening. Changed from 5*s. Ramsay the manager helped me organise a big order of late night pizza for an event and is the most helpful and nice man ever! Thanks Ramsay .

ZERO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. The most appalling experience. Phoned to order deal off leaflet posted through the door, told they would only accept order on App. The deal that was posted on leaflet posted through the door wasn't on the App so phoned again. Told now by a very angry staff member that would have to come in and order over the counter beforehand. Not a problem as we were collecting anyway, just trying to save time. Wife went in to order and was again confronted by very unhelpful staff that were clearly irritated at having to accept the leaflet deal. The staff behind the counter then proceeded to make obviously unnecessary coughing and spitting noises before handing over the pizza. I was unaware of this until we were back home. When told of what happened and now being too late to return, the pizza was thrown out for the foxes as we were too afraid too eat for fear of contamination. I will be contacting your head office and your CEO. UTTERLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR DO NOT USE THIS OUTLET

Order never turned up despite ringing them 5 times and them telling me my order was on it's way! Then didnt answer the phone before their closing hours. Will be ringing for a refund tomorrow. Going hungry tonight

Was collecting 2 small pizzas and 2 garlic breads as part of a deal and they literally forgot to put cheese on one of the garlic breads... Other than that I've only had one missing item incident in the past 3 years

Ordered a collection due to the fact for some reason website won't let me get a delivery. Online it said the food was complete so I went to collect it and after 5 minutes of staff chatting they realised no one had even made my order. I then had to wait 15 minutes for it to then be complete. Once they eventually did cook my pizza they forgot the rest of my order. I was then told I can either wait or get a refund I said if I could get a refund. Long story short still waiting to get my refund 2 weeks on after El Chapo and the 2 girls at the front said I would receive one after speaking to the manager.

It was horribly horrible and does not even deserve a one star rating , I had ordered my order 3 hours before they had delivered, I kept calling for the status of my order and the person was very very rude and he kept putting me on hold, they had to make a brand new order and kept lying that the driver was on its way, I deserve a full refund for my order or a compensation but I did not, worst dominos in England.

If you want to receive the pizza / sides that you actually ordered place your order elsewhere! Every single time I order from here they mess it up today wrong chicken side, no extra toppings that I asked for and paid for and no dips! It’s ridiculous I’m bored of calling them as even then they fail to correct there mistakes! I love dominos but this store is a joke! Looks like I’m moving on to elsewhere.

I was unsure of which pizza place to order from, lucky for me my first option on the list was dominos, i spoke to Tress who answered the phone and he absolutely sold it! He really tried to give me the best deal, to which papa johns could not beat! i was having a bad day but with his great customer service, and high patience levels he made my day, i did not feel rushed as i usually do in many places. Very happy and cant wait for my pizza! Thank you Tress

I'm really happy from Atanas delivery service! His English is not the best , but he is always smiling and joyful, every time I order he wishes the best! I would love to have him as a delivery driver every time I order from Dominos. :)

I have been working here for 1 month and the cleanliness and super care of food preparation has astounded me! It's only little from the outside and looks a bit tired but once inside you could literally eat your food off any surface! I have not seen any negative things so it's gotta be 5 star. Staff are all lovely and from all walks of life, oldest 76 to youngest 17.....

just had three pizzas delivered , for me and my kids we could not eat them they were covered in salt the base and the crust, incredible that someone could deliver that , i have had pizzas from there for over 5yrs . must have changed hands. will never order again.
