McDonald's in Burnley

The place is filthy the front of house staff just lean on the bins order wasn't right as well, know you can't stop young ones coming in but some of them trying to fight each other

Robert is an asset to your fleet. Cheerful, polite and efficient. Good food for what McDonald's is, but a bit of a wait for the table service.

Not somewhere I’d normally review but my brief visit pre match was good. Decent fries, burger as requested with just cheese and onions was red hot. It seems this can be an outlet with highs and lows so for balance I had to post my experience.

Credit where it is due , staff very hardworking and helpful. One member of staff named Ryan was extremely good and deserves recognition. Will return in the near future

Chicken burger was awful Not even warm was waiting about 15 mins For food staff not got a clue what there doing manger is shocking

Hot food and kind staff ensuring all needs were met it was busy but staff made sure that everyone’s needs were met saying there wasn’t that many staff there customer care made sure all floors abs tables were clean and presentable

Collected meals for all family, all were barely warm. Staff more interested in takeout riders than us. Give this place a wide berth, it's awful.

A lot of street sleepers seem to frequent this branch, they sit outside begging, some who have collected enough stickers for a free drink go in. Even teenagers who have probably been out all night think it a good place to lay down and sleep across the seating. and awful place.

Just like the one at Burnham gate, the staff are absolutely useless! I’ve never known them to get an order correct. It’s always a complete waste of time and you feel absolutely awful after eating it
