McDonald's in Brentwood

Great staff, friendly & efficient in a very, very busy site. Excellent coffee, food and facilities. Very clean and serves wild bean coffee, without doubt the best of the takeaway brand coffees served at service stations. Have used this facility on numerous occasions and cannot speak highly enough of the staff, particularly Annette, but all staff are fantastic.

This is without a doubt the cleanest mac I have ever visited. Staff and management excellent with patrons and very helpful and engaging. Gold star. Wendy

Typical McDonald’s Poor quality barely warm served food, probably one of the worst McDonald’s drive thru’s that I have ever visited

Terrible designed drive through which is dangerous at times, poorly made cold food. Never going back there again. Is always rubbish. Not surprised to see lots of other terrible reviews.

Beware visiting this McDonald’s. Ordered the fillet of fish and an hour later have a very bad upset stomach. The whole place was a mess tables dirty bins overflowing. Only one staff serving so waiting 15 minutes to be served.

Turnt up at 10:15, only 1 person serving when there's 6 others in the back. Takes 20 minutes to get served when the queue was only 2 deep... "no breakfast left". What a joke! Proper annoyed

The staff are absolutely useless. May as well serve myself they’re that useless. Every time I order there’s a problem.

Use this McDonald’s if you like waiting ages for your food and if you enjoy having items missing from your order

On our first morning of our holiday in England, we stopped off at Mc.Donald's in Mountnessing for breakfast. Because it is at a petrol station, just off the motorway, it gets quite busy in the small car park there. But we were lucky and found a parking place even though it was a bit tight. Inside Mc.Donald's was quite busy too, but people were getting takeaways and didn't stay to sit inside and eat them. So there were empty tables available. It is a very small restaurant, despite it being a 24 hour restaurant. I guess they do a lot of drive-through trade. The service was quite quick, the food was good, and it was reasonably quiet inside, even though it is part of the petrol station shop, which does constant trade. My husband and I both had Bacon & Egg Mc.Muffin meals and we really enjoyed them. There was a nice lady constantly cleaning tables and the floor. She was really very friendly to us, and when she found out that we had just arrived in England for our holiday she was telling us what the weather was going to be like. A very nice lady. We will definitely come back here for breakfast the next time we visit England.
