McDonald's in Flintshire

AWFUL! - Cheesburger with no burger just a bun???? I had been travelling from a work trip for 6 hours and popped into McDonalds Queensferry on my way home to pick up a happy meal. When I got there it was very quiet with lots of staff not really doing much. I waited 15 mins for my happy meal and left. During my drive home I opened the burger to find two plain buns with no burger nothing! Will not be using this McDonalds ever again.

Every single time, without a fail, they get something wrong. If it's not a whole missing breakfast meal, it's a burger with wrong toppings, no dips or different flavour milkshake. It's like they do it intentionally. Never again I will order from them again, both through uber eats or in their Asda restaurant. Bunch of sp a sti cs!

Usual fayre, good parking, quick turnaround,, no food sat around for too long.

Not a place for a cheap bite to eat anymore guess the headoffice is getting a good little bonus

I love MacDonalds normally. I’m sat outside the Asda now. Milkshake is runny not thick. Meet in quarter pounder is tough and cold. It looks really unkempt and untidy in the waiting area. Can’t get a receipt or number out of pre- order machine. I know it’s build up to Christmas but lots of employees just hanging around the drinks machines!! Honestly worst MacDonalds Iv ever been to snd I have been to many all over the Uk and the world!

Staff clueless and as per usual no receipt given by the machines ....

Bought a meal to take out. The young man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Food was ok-ish, the atmosphere was very 'busy' with a lot going on in the main entrance. I didn't visit the seating area.

Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever had.

I should have learned from previous experience of This place. Useless if you can’t EVER get an order correct what hope do you have in life? Might sound a bit harsh but lack of fries, which now means I have to share with my daughter makes me really angry. It’s really not that hard, and just to add insult to injury my coke is flat. Waste of money

Came here to get me and my boyfriend some tea. We ordered 2 Big Mac meals with 2 drinks. I saw one of the staff members using a dirty cup to fill my milkshake up and then went they were getting the Diet Coke they picked one up that had been there for ages instead of making a fresh one. I informed the worker that the Diet Coke was very warm and it was flat and asked her to get me a new one. She then snatched it and went "this one's colder". The worker was so rude, did not offer me any sauces or napkins with my meal and she just walked off when I tried to ask for some. While I was waiting for my order, I saw a maccies worker taking his cap off and shaking his hair infront of the fries 🤮🤮 like who wants his greasy hair in their food. Absolutely shocking!!!!

It's a standard McDonald's what can be said

Awful. I ordered off of the app because I’m ill atm and my and my sinlings wanted something nice for the week. The food came and there was two items missing. I rung mcdonalds and explained to them that the items weren’t there and that I wanted the food. They said once its given to the courier its not their problem. And then hung up on me, twice!! The second time I rang I tried explaining again that I wanted the food I asked for so me and my sibling had enough food to eat for the night. And again was hung up on. Disgusting service from the workers at mcdonalds. I am appalled that they would treat someone like this when I just wanted to make sure I got what I paid for and so my siblings could eat. Will never be going there again. Absolutely horrible

Never give you the right food you order

Got my order wrong ordered a bacon with mayo burger opened up on the a 55 to find I had a cheese burger 🍔

We did a large order, they replaced 4 milkshakes with 2 bottles of water. Not even similar to milkshakes and no phone call to let us know? Missing food from the order and was stone cold. Bear in mind this was an £85 order, when we called to complain they advised us to just go through Just eat. Not helpful.

I am currently in Macdonalds writting this review. I don t normally leave reviews, but I am appalled by the way the manager on duty has dealt with this situation. So,i ordered my meal and as usual i didn t receive a receipt as the paper is always off!!!! Number 74 is called, few seconds later 78. I went to the counter when 78 was called and realised it wasn t my order. Mine was 74, but because i had no receipt i didn t remember well. Anyway it was a matter of a few seconds before my actual order was called, but still my fries were ice cold. I am not paying to receive cold fries, so i asked for a hot portion of fries, however the manager put the blame on me in front of everyone that my number was called "ages ago" when in fact was a matter of only few seconds. It has been more than 5 min now and my fries are still warm. I am sorry but this is unacceptable for a portion of fries to be screamed at and put the blame on. This is not good customer service at all and definitely not good management!!!Maybe she should be told and more customer service trainning to be given.

Very good, is a Macdonald's. Staff keep it clean and tidy. Not much else to say.

Staff can’t read orders, plenty of times been here and they get the order wrong. Useless staff and awful service. Avoid, got to Broughton!

Getting meals wrong allowing people in with shopping trolleys when it's to small and they concentrate on delivery drivers first yes I understand that they are doing a job but they sit tables where we can sit at instead we are standing around with a tray in your hand looking for a table and the delivery drivers still continue to sit there.

Food was fresh and service was good

After ordering on the McDonald's app the estimated delivery was 30 minutes from sending the order. OK, I can live with that, would have preferred our sausage and egg Mc Muffin breakfasts sooner but I do realise they have to cook it and deliver it so the wait would be worth it in the end. I kept checking the time which was going up every time I looked and by the time the hour was up I was just about to eat my own arm. Eventually after and hour and 20 minutes I rang the restaurant. Oh, they were having technical difficulties and didn't know exactly when they would open. Apparently they managed to cancel all orders except the ones that came through on their own app. As they had my phone number I assume the technical difficulties were not just with whatever in the shop and the app it stretched to the phone lines as well. Can't comment on the food as we didn't get it but if I could give zero stars for their lack of knowledge on how to use their own app and customer services I would. Just as well as I like Dairylea on toast or I wouldn't have had any breakfast at all.

Terrible manager. Started shouting at a lad who was busy making my order. If he had a problem he should’ve taken the lad to an office and had a go at him there instead of in the middle of the restaurant in front of all the staff and customers. I don’t appreciate seeing someone getting shouted at as they’re making my order. Manager is totally unprofessional and needs management training.

Mostly order online from this place, there’s never been an order without missing items from it, won’t give napkin and straw out even when you ask for it, if trying to get in touch on the phone no one ever picks up the phone.

Even by McDonald’s standards this is bad

Every single time I order a delivery there's no dips. Why advertise them if you're not gonna put them in, joke! Chips today are cold are soggy, straws are wet through in the wrappers. Absolutely disgraceful.

By far the worst macdonald's I've ever ordered from. Items are always missing or wrong food sent. Today was ridiculous 3 items missing, wrong burger sent and a hair found in bacon cheese burger. Its time this franchise took control and start again with staff or close this place down. Will not be ordering from here again. Restaurant is always dirty also and staff are very rude.

Just had a home delivery from Queensferry and the food was cold and the drinks arrived dripping out of the bag. The lid had come off the latte and tipped over in the bag. Will never order home delivery again.

Don't waste your time and money by far the worst mcdonalds ever constantly missing items off orders and manager doesn't care. Franchisee needs to sack everyone and start again. Save yourself the hassle and pop to the drive thru on the A55. Shame have to give 1 star and can't give zero

Easily the worst mcdonald's I've been to. Five full bags of rubbish, over flowing bins and trays left everywhere because there's no where to put them. Manager slamming the bins while trying to eat - then watching him brush the floor and then clearing food from a table with the brush from the floor. If management don't have standards how can anyone else 🤢🤢

Comfortably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too!! Hygiene is the worst I’ve witnessed in any McDonald’s! Tables covered and not one I could sit at even with only one being occupied. Floor was sticky with rubbish everywhere. Thought the food would make up for it took it to car park to eat in car after only getting and it wasn’t hit just mildly warm. The chips were so salty I couldn’t eat them!! Needless to say I will never be back in this branch. McDonald’s need to sort it out as it’s a health hazard, I’d be surprised if it would get 1 star food rating!

Seating area was a mess on Sunday 😕 bins over flowing so the tables became a dumping place for the left over packaging! Cleaning schedules need reviewing at peak times. It was a Shame about the seating area as the wrap of the day was very nice plus good value for money! Kids loved their treat 😊

Hasn't had any shakes for weeks now and today no soft drinks at all apart from bottled drinks.

Absolutely shocked,delivery took two hours I phoned up explaining that I have a hungry child and all there response was it to “get a refund” then when the food finally came and most of it was missing absolute joke used to be great to order from not anymore!

Ordered online and there were missing items . I would like to say that was first time , but wasn’t . Really disappointed. Made an order for almost 30£ and food arrived for 15£ . Sausage muffins were just thrown to bag , after open a bag food was smashed. Not recommended!

Just been and whole order wrong!! And trying ring and won’t answere the phone!! Need to train the members off staff to read what people order!! Milkshakes where just like milk due to be standing there on the side for 20 mins

Food was cold drink was cold!..

Bought a double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal from here. Queue waiting time was a little too long in my opinion for "fast food". They seemed under staffed and struggling to cope. The mcmuffin and strawberry milkshake where delicious when they finally arrived so I am leaving a four star review.

Happened a few times with delivery missing items or been sent wrong orders ,getting a Joke now ,happens everytime I order.

Low quality food which is extremely unhealthy and actually makes you feel more hungry afterwards. Mrs was hungry so we had to go, take note of the word "had". Ain't messing around when a woman is hungry and the maccies is the only thing in sight. You go on, get the food, and deliver it, no questions asked. Because of this wise thinking, I'm still here today typing this message. But in terms of an actual review of the food, it's a thumbs down from me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Disgusting. Thought the card machines had a funky design.. that's just grime and dirt. Hand sanitizer doesn't even work either!

Came today on a busy Saturday lunchtime. I ordered three McDonald Big Mac meals with fries and drinks. Took it away to eat in the car. The burgers were stone cold and the fries barely Luke warm. The meal was horrible and tasteless. Please don’t tolerate cold food and if you receive cold or Luke warm food please voice this online and rate so staff stop doing this. In particular, fries should always be served hot out the fryer no one deserves cold fries. They are awful. I paid just over £15 for three meals which was a complete waste and would rather have used that for groceries and cooked myself. Better value!

Save your cash. If you go in at least you can make sure they've done your order right. Order in from them and they NEVER get the order right. Then they're just like "er get your refund from just eat/uber/whoever." Aye, cause that'll feed the family. Better idea would be for yous lot to follow the literal list you're given and provide the correct items in the first place! Also, fun fact, just eat will eventually start refusing refunds. This Mcdonalds has stuffed up so many times, I found that out 🤷🏻‍♀️

I worked here for over a year. I understand the work they do, and somehow the level of incompetence blows me away. My orders are never right. It's shockingly bad. It's a pain to call them to tell them they did it wrong because they blame just eat. How did they forget my Big Mac when I ordered a Big Mac meal. Embarrassing

I witnessed a whole new level of arrogance earlier! I won’t mention names due to Data protection. I lovely young lady name beginning with K was busy at the front sending orders out. She saw me approach the till and politely asked a female manager (who was wearing a white shirt) if she was free to serve me? Obviously it was beneath this Manager to serve me, she went out of her way to find someone who could serve, which took longer than doing it herself. Out of curiosity I watched the female Manager to see if she was busy in all fairness. She wondered up the production line in the kitchen, clearly looking for something to do. She then picked up a small brush and was flickering crumbs off the surface around the nugget counter. If the franchise owner is interested, play the CCTV back because you’ll see for yourself my complaint is based on facts. I called the store to ask for the Store Manager details to send a complaint to. The male Manager jumped to his colleagues defence - saying “she was needed in the kitchen”. It wasn’t busy at the time and she had to look for something to do. Again, I find this also unacceptable! These two Shift Managers are meant to be role models to their team. On a positive note, the two ladies names beginning with K and G, should definitely be recognised for their excellent customer service. Visited Wednesday 17th Nov at 11:48am.

I ordered a big family meal as a treat from Uber eats and they whole meal was wrong and when I contacted Uber they refunded me £1.59 from a £21 meal... which just makes no sense. I'm disabled so I can't walk down to mcdonald to sort this so I can't afford to replace the meal and spend another 20+ pounds so I'm now left extremely hungry which 3 young children who were gutted about their treat being completely ruined. 😡😡

An absolute joke, supposed to be a fast food restaurant and yet I had to wait 30 minutes before receiving my food, they seemed more interested in talking and standing around than completing my order. The milkshake was warmer than the food itself and the Smarties McFlurry was missing the smarties.

Not happy! At least 20 Just Eat drivers all crammed in, making it awkward for everyone as you had to walk in between the all. It was most certainly not COVID safe! Over 30 minute wait for a fast food restaurant! Ended up getting a refund.

McDonald’s is Inside Asda which is very rare. Entrance is from Inside ASDA. Small McDonald’s. Parking at ASDA is free. Good Service

They forgot my chocolate milkshake

Paid for a large fries and got a tiny portion it was a small at best, really poor service in the macdonalds and you do not get what you pay for every time I've been the fries have been like this.

so basically i ordered mcdonalds from uber eats at this exact mcdonalds and my burgers came with no meat inside them it had everything else apart from my meat i am very dissapointed.

After a long day at work i ordered a macdonalds delivery1) The drink, not only missed the seal sticker but had travelled on it's side, so half the drink was swimming in the bag2)there was only half a box of chips3)the meal was cold

Ordered a home delivery, was told van broke down, and it may be late, or even next day, and that a manager would call in the morning, still no delivery, and 11:30 am next day now and still no call back, unable to get hold of store as too busy, TESCO is my shop from now on. A courtesy call would of been at least expected,

Restricted menu, not 24hrs even though the store is. Not very clean.

My two sons went for a meal .One of my sons were eating and the other was waiting for his order. The rude cleaner moved them twice so she could clean and go home.

Shocking behaviour by younger members of staff....they're rude and really helpful. The older lady whom helped us was amazing...think managers there need to look at who they're employing

Huge Asda, plenty of Car parking space and great to get the last bit of food shop done!

Average big Mac.. chips n coke.. off you pick up a table number they will bring it to you.. close your eyes and you can imagine your in holiday.. thank you to Adrian on table service he even wished me a good day.
