as a driver myself I know what happened, driver was multi apping, my food was ready about 40 minutes before he even headed there, as a driver myself this is what's all wrong with the business

Always understaffed so service is slow! Staff are as efficient as they can be under circumstances. Always polite 👍

I used the drive through facility and for the first and last time at this outlet the girl serving food told me and my wife that we were not entitled to The cash girl was fantastic but the blond girl serving food was so rude this was 3 pm on April 3rd I won’t be going there again 👎👎👎👎

expected time 15-30 mins. arrived 90 minutes later. apple pie was warm. didn't receive the brownie

They never deliver my food and I with for it almost 2h

Worst experience ever, ordered 3 happy meals to get different toys, and all of them were the same. I asked if I could swap one of them, and she just gave me the same box, so now I am out of 12 pounds and stuck with 3 replicas 😂. FYI you can see the size of the box and that they are going to be the same. I just wanted either the creeper or the bee.

Ordered with a 30 minute wait time waited over an hour for food to arrive. Arrived all mixed around with our drinks without lids and mcflurry’s all over the place and melted. Poor quality.

over 2 hours for the order and it arrived stone cold. literally no warmth at all. ordered just after 6pm received cold food at 8:44pm.

Was ordered over an hour late, had to ring the resteraunt twice and re order the food.

We visited this McDonalds after a long day at Chester Zoo and our autistic son had a meltdown whilst ordering. Vera went above and beyond to help us and our situation. We're not local but really wish the people at our local maccies were even half as attentive. Vera deserves all the 5 stars for this service review as she not only made our evening so much better, she saved it for our son. Thank you so much!

Ordered 18:51. Around 1915 said food was being prepared. Said driver picked up around 1945 got to us around 20:00 Chips cold and unpleasent. Chicken nuggets cold. Burgers tepid to cold. Order must've been left somewhere. More Refund should be given.

Good service times inside. Gets the order correct. Busy times can be a wait for the drive through but all things considered one of the most competent McDonald's I've been to.

Food was cold, when you order food you expect it too be hot and not cold, and I also asked for know cheese on my burgers I want a refund as food went into the bin, if I don't get a full refund I will contact my bank and get it that way,

Ordered the deluxe duo deal. 2 burger and 2 fries but didn't get the fries Spicy chicken burger was cold. Also ordered mozzarella dips with salsa but again no dips. £18.50 is very steep for half the order arriving

Food was meant to come at 10:30, tgen as it got closer to that time, it kept going up. The driver had another order but went to the wrong address first so my food was stone cold and I’ve had to airfry it to eat it. Terrible. It’s my birthday too so thats nice :/

the worst place to order food from on this app!! always deliver stone cold food and missing order items. the delivery time changes at least 3 times so you end up waiting an eternity, for food that arrives stone cold company is an absolute joke!

Fair enough I get a refund for the drinks but that does not help the situation right now iv 2 boys now eating with no drink !!! I appreciate the refund but I would have been happier with my children having a drink with their meal!!! I called McDonald’s where it came from and they said not there problem take it up with you??? Surely it is there problem as they sent it from there shop with no drinks

Best McDonald's I have had for a long time. Burger was well assembled Fries when hot, well salted, and crunchy. Milkshake was thick, but not so thick I could not get it through the paper straw. All in all good McDonald's!!!

Ordered food at 5:30 as the advertised delivery time was 30mins. Arrived at 19:45 and was cold

delivery time always changes, so when it's coming up to ur original delivery time it changes just before. all food was cold. asked for no pickles and extra onion...got no pickles and no onion.

No straws for our drinks, no paper cutlery for our pancakes, and no condiments like the syrup that comes with our pancake breakfasts. This meant our meals couldn’t be properly enjoyed.

Not easy to give great service at a drive through but a guy called Bailey (I think !) managed it… apologied for a 10 second wait at the drive through, pleasant and happy at the window then appogised whilst getting change as everything in the till was still in money bags… so easy to complain about service but so much good goes unnoticed— well done mate 👍
