Great friendly service from the gentleman who delivered our order. There was an item missing but this was not his fault.

The delivery driver got to me no problem and was so smiley and friendly. I knows its a tough job and he made me smile.

The delivery guy was extremely polite and the food was in good condition and on time, Bag wasn’t ripped or anything. But the food was missing items and the one wrap they did deliver out of two didn’t even have any bacon inside of it and the bacon McMuffin was missing too.

I ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin and the outside wrapping clearly said this but when I opened it and it was a bacon and egg McMuffin instead. Everdently the quality check missed this one. Very dissatisfied.

The chips were near stale. I asked for extra sauce and ingredients on my burger and that’s usually fine, but this time it was falling apart and drowning. The strippers were cold and chewy. The ice cream tasted off. They just opened (past breakfast) so there’s no reason for the food to have been like this. Don’t usually regret McDonalds because I always seem to like it anyway, but this was terrible so that’s saying something.

this was not the best service. the delivery driver was lovely but how does it take McDonald's to make meals on a Sunday. Don't bother ordering from them as it took 45 minutes for the restaurant to prepare and dispatch the order. And the also got it wrong. not impressed at all.

2 mc flurry’s were so small and at the cost of £2.09 for one and £2.59 for the other for them to be the same size and hardly any toppings on one !! Very disappointing

Waiting 20 minutes at the window with no update on food. Come inside to find out what's going on. Nobody at the desk. Muffin eventually comes out with no apology pr explanation and bun not toasted. Shocking.

I ordered a happy meal , chicken mayo x 2 , cheeseburger and a medium fries , how is it possible to deliver a whole lot of a different order when it states the order number on the receipt . Not happy with it usually it's all good but today a mistake was made after waiting for 40 minutes .

Been multiple times through the drive thru and sat outside a few times. Staff are usually friendly and rarely make mistakes to orders.

You get exactly what you expect! Inexpensive food in a cafe environment. On this occasion the service was very good. Just what we needed. Recently we went again. However, it took 24 minutes for our order to arrive on a Sunday evening. Unacceptable!

Firstly driver was lovely very professional and considerate of my additional notes, the issue was the food. Requested and paid extra for a vanilla shake, got an orange juice and no hash brown was with the sausage McMuffin mean bit of a let down

2 happy meals and 20 nugs. Half an hour and staff were barely doing their job. Completely full and borderline spilling over bins. Cold and unsalted fries. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to out of 30+ locations.

the time would change as the time, it went from being 20 minutes to a hr and a half to being 40 minutes

absolutely shocking service. waited 32 minutes for our food and saw one person who ordered a singular cheeseburger which took 25 minutes. there was one girl who looked busy as she must have been carrying the work load. the rest of the employees were just sat off talking to each other as the queue of people began to back up. the food was cold and unsalted. the entire place looked dirty. the drive thru was backed up to the entrance. all of the bins were absolutely overflowing as if they hadn’t been cleaned in hours. see picture below

It's not very often i would write a bad review. But it needs saying. I ordered 2 burgers to take out, mine had been stood on and dropped by the looks of it,the other one looked okay but had a hair on it that you couldn't miss. If I hadn't driven away I would have gone in and said something. 1 Star for the quality of the food. Usually it's really good.
