The food was freezing when it arrived so having to reheat it ruined the quality of it and the arrival time kept changing which meant it took and hour and a half fir the food to arrive which is unacceptable. I certainly won’t be ordering McDonald’s again from this app.

The slowest McDonald's! 2 visits 18 minutes wait each time!!. Maybe best just use the drive through

i dine in for mcdonald’s most weeks and i’ve noticed that the person called bailee is always trying to make customers happy and always there to sort out any problems he always makes me smile and makes sure my grandkids have a colouring book to make sure there happy and i’m happy

Arrived so cold it went straight in the bin. Abysmal

The delivery itself was appalling , I have selected to deliver to my front door which no other drivers have an issue with but it just happens that the driver delivering my food was too lazy to come up 1 flight of stairs to reach my front door and I am unwell which doesn’t help.

My food was cold. I just wonder if sealand road is just too far away from where I live to deliver hot food, and the order took over an hour from placing to arrival.

Visited for breakfast. The place was clean. The service was good and the ambience was calm. Manager was excellent

Waited 27 minutes to receive order Got to the car and realised they had Missed out half the order and got got it wrong No fries with the meal?! Share box cheese bites completely missed off. McFlurry had been customised to have no bits in only sauce yet the bits were in it and no sauce.. Returned to the shop to be greeted by a lady who listened to my problem with the order and she just walked away without saying a word.. 5 minutes later she returns with lukewarm chips and still no cheesebites, this point my food had been sat there going cold for approx 10 mins I said we still need cheesebites she looked at me like I was stupid and took another 4 minutes to get them. Food was freezing by the time I got to it, ice cream melted. Such AWFUL service I never write reviews but this was the worst service I’ve experienced no apologies from staff. Avoid this one at all costs if you like your food warm

The order took over 90 minutes until delivered. Arrived cold and the burger tasted iffy. Nuggets are the usual tasteless things. Fries cold. No sauces came. Wouldn't keep bothering if it wasn't for our home being neurodivergent and having specific needs and likes.

When placing the order delivery was estimated between 20-35 minutes and it took nearly an hour to arrive, delivery time kept increasing when checking on the order online. When the food arrived it was cold.

After waiting 90 minutes for a breakfast I’ve been told it’s been delivered. I’ve had nothing delivered. I could have gone shopping and cooked my own breakfast in that time. Refund me immediately along with a goodwill gesture. This is appalling

Absolutely useless, for the last 4 times we have ordered here. They’ve either sent us completely different items to what we have ordered or Missing items. How many times can you get someone’s order wrong. Read the receipts properly it’s really not that hard considering I work in retail myself I know that it’s not that difficult and you should look more carefully.

Sent the wrong drink. Half-filled the large fries; might as well have ordered a small. Fries also tasted starchy, as though they were old and re-heated. Not good.

Sealand Road McDonald’s is the best McDonald’s in Chester. We were treated with friendly faces and they gave us extra pickles when we asked. Sethu served us and was super smiley and friendly and made sure we had everything we ordered. Lovely lady thank you so much Sethu. 10/10

It was alright because I had ordered a plain mcchicken but I got it with lettuce and I paid extra to get ketchup but I didn't receive any.

I suggest that the delivery driver that delivered my meal should have a tracker fitted when it for deliveries, the maps showed that he drove past where I live in handbridge to the lache and just sat still in his car for about 25 minutes before driving back to where I live. my food was stone cold, I'm diabetic and could not eat the food that was delivered, the food was also damaged and drinks were spilt in their bag.

App wouldn't work here, staff just said "it's a nationwide problem" which didn't really help me use my points I have saved up. Really fancied a oreo frappé but was out of stock. Food took over 15 minutes to arrive which is too long for a mcdonalds hamburger, chicken nuggets, small fries and a coke.
