Food was cold due to driver being sat at maccies for over 15 mins

Food was very late, delivery time kept moving up

The food was great, as usual. They forgot two of my muffins so I got a refund. Always order with an account or from the app so you can do that.

burger patty, fries and cheese melts all were delivered in a barley Luke warm temperature, I couldn't eat half of it due to the lack of heat consistency and the coke was flat. very disappointed usually deliveries are ok but not okay

I ordered a double Big Mac and I got a single Big Mac I paid almost £10 for the meal and ordered a plain double cheeseburger and it wasn’t plain absolute joke £3.51 refund ridiculous

Very good restaurant with Helpful staff .Using the till reciept i filled in a customer reviews form and recieved a free burger .

this time the driver was polite wellspoken took care in handling the food did not have an issue at all this time the driver made sure it was the correct numbers for the correct order not like the rest of them

They forgot a an entire meal including one large Big Mac, large fries and large chocolate milkshake and the other Big Mac only had a patty, cheese and sauce instead of extra stuff as instructed.

Food was covered in cola because it fell all in bag and the bag was on top of the other bag of food all drinks had emptied in bag and was all over the floor outside house then the lady wouldn’t take the food back so brought the wet food in

Delivery driver called me as he went to the wrong address. Then hung up on me. I called him back and he was very rude. Litrally slung the food at me. I have never experienced anything like this.

Order placed at midnight, The order never arrived despite it saying that it had been delivered. In fact the ‘stated delivered time’ was 150 for reference the current time is 137. So I’m assuming that Marty Mcfly with his flux capacitor is going to deliver it!

I think this is the best McDonald’s restaurant I have ever been to, and I have been to many McDonald’s. The decor is always contemporary and nice to sit in and amongst, it is always nice and clean and the staff always very helpful. It is really easy to place your order here, there are automated ordering machines, order from your phone at the table, or traditional counter-based ordering. This place is open 24 hours and has a very easy to use drive-through. The only minor issue is the car park is somewhat small, but across the road there is a massive carpark which always has spaces in. I can honestly say also this is the only fast food restaurant that I have been to where the food, without exception, always looks like what is in the picture. The food always arrives promptly and there are staff on hand to tidy away the mess as soon as you finish. Sometimes I sit in this restaurant in awe and wonder if perhaps this is a flagship restaurant used to illustrate how good McDonald’s can be, I don’t know if it’s too much to hope for but it all McDonald’s restaurants can be as good as this one, we would all be living in a better world. In short, if you are ever visiting Chester, along with a Roman walls, the Victorian shops, this McDonald’s should also be on your to-see list. Highly recommended! UPDATED January 2024: For the last 10 visits (drive through) and deliveries from this place, each and every time, there has been at least 2 or 4 missing item - absolutely ridiculous!!! The care to attention of the staff has plummeted - I’m paying for things which I’m not receiving. Very very poor service. UPDATE OCT 2024: Just did a drove through for 5 meals, everything single one of the drinks was not given to me!!!! Into realised after I left, had to drive back and collect. Terrible service once again.

Cold and old fries. They were also half portions on each of the 2 meals we ordered. My BigMac was also cold and looked like it had been run over. The diet coke was the only thing that was good. Best avoid this McDonalds.

They tried telling me I could not take something off a breakfast muffin and I could not add brown sauce, so I said just cancel the order at this point the let me take the cheese off and add brown sauce but when it came it was cold but I was too annoyed to go back in .

IDE love to meet the male chicken head who made my McRib 1 piece of lettuce 2 small pickles 5 pieces of onion and enough sauce to fill a thimble you must not like your job but don’t take it out on paying customers.

Ordered food, got no straw when it arrived, the burger was ice cold, and stale, it was outrageous, and took 40 minutes just for a big mac and drink?!!!
